Song Heping stood up and walked to another screen.

It displayed the topographical map surrounding the evacuation points.

"Unless you were already on the move before the release of Titrick's gas, for instance, deployed at a rally point five kilometers away before the attack started, waiting for the signal."

Duke remained silent.

His fingers gently tapped the edge of the console, as if calculating something.

"Let me tell you about my situation, General." Song Heping turned around, with his back to the screen: "My technical team analyzed the distribution of the gas release points. Seventeen release points form a precise grid, with three main release points creating an equilateral triangle that covers the city center. This setup requires fluid dynamics calculations, chemical engineering knowledge, and precise explosive technology—it's not something a terrorist can casually accomplish."

He paused: "But if there's professional guidance, say a former university chemistry professor, it makes sense. And if the US Army knew this professor was in Titrick, knew he was responsible for chemical weapons deployment, and even knew the approximate activation time…"

"What are you implying, Mr. Song?" Duke's voice lowered.

"I'm stating facts."

Song Heping extended his hand, Jiang Feng handed over a tablet, and he unlocked the screen smoothly.

"Here is the evidence my team gathered within forty minutes after the gas attack. Drone footage of the release point locations, ground troops reports on explosion time sequences, and this—"

He pulled up a video.

The footage was shaky, clearly filmed by a helmet camera.

Several mercenaries from the "Musician" company wearing high-grade hazmat suits were working at a basement entrance, dressed in basic protective gear, using tools to pry open a metal door.

Behind the door was a simple laboratory, with beakers, conduits, and a laptop on the table.

The video zoomed in, focusing on a paper next to the laptop.

It was a handwritten list in Arabic, detailing chemical materials and quantities.

In the lower right corner of the paper, there was a scribbled signature and date: "Misu, March 10."

"March 10."

Song Heping said: "That's four days ago. This list was found in the basement of Titrick Central Police Station, one of the main command points of 1515. The materials listed were enough to produce at least five hundred kilograms of mustard gas mixture. And interestingly—"

He switched the screen, showing a satellite image analysis report:

"On March 11, three days ago, a US Army MQ-9 'Grim Reaper' drone hovered over Titrick for six hours and seventeen minutes. The flight altitude was only three thousand meters, clearly conducting high-precision reconnaissance. Later that day, the drone transmitted over two hundred GB of image data back to headquarters."

Duke's expression finally changed.

His jawline tightened, his face stiffer than a stone sculpture.

"This is just the beginning." Song Heping continued to slide the screen: "In the early hours of March 12, thirty-six hours before the attack began, the US Department of Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) submitted a 'Titrick Potential Chemical Weapons Threat Assessment' to Central Command, classified as 'Secret/No Foreign'. A summary version of this assessment circulated within the Alliance Army intelligence sharing system at two o'clock that afternoon, but the key part, analyzing the possible deployment locations and trigger mechanisms of chemical weapons, was deleted."

He raised his head, staring directly at Duke: "Who deleted it, General?"

The command car was silent.

Jiang Feng's hand was already on the gun handle, but he didn't move.

The two US Army officers behind Duke exchanged glances, one quietly moving his hand towards the radio at his waist.

"I'm curious where you got this intelligence." Duke took a deep breath, clearly shocked inside.

Song Heping said: "My intelligence network may not be as powerful as yours, but it doesn't mean I have no network. Your question is pointless; do you really think I would tell you the source of the intelligence? Now, tell me, why did you do this."

"You know I can't answer that question." Duke finally said, his expression as rigid as his attitude.

"I don't need your answer."

Song Heping put away the tablet, handing it back to Jiang Feng.

"I just need you to know: I have evidence including drone flight records, timestamps of intelligence reports, lists of chemical materials found by ground troops, and the testimony of my command intelligence officers who said they asked the US military liaison about rumors of chemical weapons before the attack and received the answer 'unverified, proceed as planned'."

He leaned forward slightly, adopting a posture that was aggressive:

"This time the Kurd people's forces and the government army forces lost so many because of 'unverified' intelligence. Civilian casualties may also exceed five hundred. And you—you knew all along. Maybe you didn't know the exact coordinates of each release point, but you knew the chemical weapons existed, knew they might be activated when the city broke, knew Misu was in the city."

"So what do you want?" Duke asked.

His tone became calm again, but Song Heping could see the undercurrents beneath that calm.

It was a warning signal after being pushed to the limit.

"I want three things." Song Heping raised three fingers: "First, a full set of chemical weapon decontamination equipment: at least thirty decontamination vehicles, one thousand A-level protective suits, five mobile labs and corresponding disinfectant agents. I've sent the equipment list to your encrypted mailbox, and I want them in place within forty-eight hours."
