"Not even the White Bear in the restroom, but Illiguo's unexpected orientation nearly made the bunch of straight-as-an-arrow guys in the car under the tree across the street from the bar puke out their overnight meal."

"Good Lord!"

Jiang Feng's face twisted in disgust.

"This guy's really a 'glass'! Fuck!"

Song Heping had no experience in this area.

Undeniably, even the usually unflappable him felt his hair stand on end as if electrified.

What the hell!

What kind of luck is this today?!

Illiguo was strong and sturdy, fierce-looking, muscular...

Who would have thought he'd swing that way?!

It's absolutely defying nature—defying nature to the extreme!

Song Heping had seen many a heart-stopping scene.

But nothing gave him the goosebumps quite like this occasion.

He was actually doing okay, all things considered.

The Queen, sitting at the bar and watching White Bear and Illiguo walk out hand in hand, chatting and laughing, and then sitting down directly at the table with the smugglers, thought her drink must have been spiked with hallucinogens.

She rubbed her eyes several times, unable to believe the scene before her.

"I have to kill him!"

On the tactical channel, the Queen said through gritted teeth.

As for who she wanted to kill, everyone could only guess and not speak.

"Stop gawking, everyone! Get back to work!"

Watching White Bear and Illiguo leave the bar and head toward the parking lot behind, Song Heping quickly interrupted everyone's soaring thoughts.

The group got out of the car, concealed their weapons, and took a detour toward the parking lot.

Barrett from the bar also came out and met with Song Heping at the entrance to the parking lot.

"White Bear is a good brother!"

He gave a thumbs up.

"Yeah..."

Song Heping sighed inwardly, thinking to himself that White Bear had made quite the sacrifice.

As he glanced toward the corner of the bar, he saw White Bear and Illiguo getting into a van.

"Let's go, to work!"

Song Heping pointed left and right.

"Jiang Feng, you and Hunter take the left side; Barrett, you're with me on the right."

"And me, boss! I'm with you!"

The furious Queen suddenly appeared behind him.

Song Heping frowned and said, "You'd better stay here."

With the Queen looking like a raging tigeress ready to attack, send her over?

There was a real risk she might lose control and shoot Illiguo in a fit of rage.

They quickly approached the vehicles.

As they circled, they heard the sound of a scuffle inside, with something banging loudly against the door.

"White Bear, White Bear!"

Worried something had happened, Song Heping hurried forward to open the door.

Inside, Illiguo was already passed out, head covered in blood, limp as a dead fish in the cabin.

White Bear was kneeling on the floor, grabbing his hair as if it were not a head but a football, and slamming it hard against the side of the vehicle.

"That's enough!"

Song Heping went over and grabbed his hand.

"That's enough, you'll kill him if you keep this up!"

Seeing Illiguo was under control, Song Heping waved his hand: "Jiang Feng, you get in the van with me; everyone else, back to your cars. We'll meet at the safe house!"

After saying this, he hopped into the van without further discussion, closed the door, and Jiang Feng stepped on the gas as the driver, the van roaring away from the parking lot, quickly disappearing into the night.

White Bear swore nonstop the entire way.

Cursing all along.

As if wishing to tear Illiguo into a million pieces.

"Do I look like a 'glass'? Do I?! Boss, you tell me, do I?! I look like this, and he actually thinks I'm 'glass'! Suka!"

Song Heping tried to console him: "Relax, doesn't this prove you're charming? Look at Barrett inside; he didn't get hit on. Out of so many men in that big bar, he singled you out. Shouldn't you be happy?"

White Bear spat on the floor: "Pah! The last thing I need is his attention!"

Traditional thinking in Da Maozi's country is very anti-'glass', especially among men, who value masculinity.

It can't be denied, being considered 'glass' was indeed an insult to White Bear.

An hour later, the vehicle stopped in front of a courtyard gate outside a house in the suburbs.

Song Heping made a phone call, and Collins Wang from the safe house appeared before the group.

He hurriedly opened the yard gate, the vehicle drove in, and soon, another car arrived.

The yard gate was closed once more, and the surroundings fell into silence again.

Minutes later, in the basement, Illiguo was tied up with ropes on a wooden rack, shaped like the letter "T."

Jiang Feng brought over a bucket of water and poured it over Opalini's head, hoping to wake him up.

After two buckets, there was no response; Opalini remained limp as a dead fish.

Song Heping quickly checked his pulse and then breathed a sigh of relief, "He's still alive."

Jiang Feng poured another bucket.

Opalini's condition remained unchanged.

Jiang Feng couldn't help but worry, "Did we turn him into a vegetable after that hit?"

Everyone had seen White Bear smash Opalini's head against the car door, and given White Bear's rage at the time, it was uncertain if he had shown any restraint.

He looked at White Bear.

Fearing that he had caused a serious problem, White Bear hurriedly defended himself, "I just lightly knocked him a few times and knocked him out, that's all!"

Song Heping checked Opalini's pulse again, finding the pulse strong, and scoffed, "Damn, this guy's faking death."

After saying that, he threw a punch into Opalini's belly.

That punch was no light hit.

Unexpectedly, Opalini still did not wake up.

But Song Heping had noticed a slight frown on Opalini's face when he landed that punch.

This meant he was definitely playing possum.

Probably guessed who these people were, so he simply pretended to be dead.

He pulled out his gun, flicked off the safety, and planned to shoot Opalini in a non-lethal spot.

There's no way someone could endure the pain of being shot, right?

The handgun was fitted with a silencer; the sound was very soft.

Song Heping aimed for the leg, hitting him right in the calf.

The pain should have been excruciating.

And yet, Opalini didn't react!

"Come on!" Even Jiang Feng couldn't help but exclaim.

"Well done!" The group was somewhat stunned.

They had seen people who could endure pain, but never to this extent.

Song Heping aimed at the other leg and fired another shot.

Pop—

The 9mm warhead pierced through the calf muscle, and blood gushed out.

Opalini continued to endure.

"Such talent!"

Song Heping couldn't help but praise him.

"Send this motherfucker to the Special Forces for training, and he'd be a tough guy!"

"Boss, let me handle this."

Collins spoke up from behind.

Song Heping slapped his forehead.

"Fuck, how could I forget about you!"

Collins Wang, an interrogation expert.

That was what he had listed under "expertise" on the form when he applied for the job at the company.

The company had never really needed to conduct interrogations, so Collins had been quite idle since joining, always staying in the Illiguo branch without ever leaving there.

He felt somewhat embarrassed himself, earning a high salary without doing much work.

Now that Song Heping had brought him to Mexico, Collins was extremely excited; it was finally his turn to shine.

"You got this."

Collins brought over his briefcase, placed it on the table, and then opened it.

Everyone's eyes lit up.

Inside were tools that resembled surgical instruments, shiny and capable of sending shivers down one's spine.

The briefcase had three layers, the top two holding tools and the bottom one containing syringes and small bottles, which looked like liquids.

Collins skillfully put on gloves, then casually picked up two tools to compare, and finally chose a spiraled awl.

Hunter, standing nearby, couldn't help but say to Jiang Feng, "See? That's what professional means. This is professional."

Jiang Feng was also starting to understand.

These tools were for torture, and the medicines were likely truth serum or hallucinogens.

Compared to the simple water torture, this was more professional.

"I wonder which is more effective, water torture or these tools?" he curiously asked Hunter.

Hunter replied, "It depends on how you see it. Water torture is simple and crude, easy to use. All you need is a towel, a bucket, and enough water, but some people can withstand it for a long time. Professional interrogation, with tools and drugs, the duration depends on whether the technique is professional. Just as every chef has their own unique skills, interrogation is also an art."

As they were speaking, Collins had already moved in front of Opalini, smilingly saying to the pretending-to-be-dead man, "Opalini, you still have a choice. Do you want to wake up now and honestly tell us everything we want to know, or do you want to wait until after I start?"

Opalini didn't speak, but Song Heping noticed the sweat beads seeping from his forehead were increasing.

"Do you know what this is?" Collins held up the spiral awl in his hand.

"This is a nice piece…"
