Minecraft: The Conqueror of Multiverse

Chapter 154 Absolute Torture

  • Next Chapter

The team navigated the bizarre, shifting lights of the dimensional tunnel until they popped out into a bleak, dreary grey wasteland.

A massive mob of Kyrieloids was huddled together, staring blankly at the human strike team that had just literally popped out of a hole in reality. Either out of sheer shock or absolute confusion, the monsters didn’t run, and they didn’t attack. They just stood there, frozen.

Vane touched down, casually walked right up to the closest Kyrieloid, and poked it in the chest.

“What are you staring at? We’re here to collect.”

The Kyrieloid finally snapped out of its daze. It let out a piercing screech and instantly hurled a ball of raw plasma at Vane.

Vane casually sidestepped the blast. He slipped the Dragon’s Breath Ring onto his finger and unleashed a terrifying torrent of arcane fire, instantly incinerating the monster into a pile of ash.

The rest of the strike team immediately opened fire. A dense hail of high-energy lasers tore into the Kyrieloid mob, blasting the aliens to pieces.

Suddenly, the entire dimension violently shuddered. A colossal, 150-meter-tall Kyrieloid manifested right in front of the team.

“Humans! How dare you trespass in my divine realm! Your arrogance will be your undoing!” the towering entity bellowed. “You will all die here today! And when I am finished, I will turn your Earth into my personal hunting ground!”

Moments later, a small army of giant Kyrieloids began to materialize around their God.

Keigo Masaki calmly pulled out his transformation device, then turned to look at Daigo.

“Daigo, what are you waiting for? Are you just going to fight them on the ground?”

The rest of the GUTS squad turned to look at Daigo, completely confused by Vane’s words.

Daigo pulled the Sparklence from his jacket, looking slightly embarrassed. “Actually, guys… I’m Ultraman Tiga.”

What?!

The entire GUTS squad’s eyes practically bulged out of their skulls. They all shouted in perfect unison:

“You’re Ultraman Tiga?!”

“Yeah,” Daigo nodded, walking over to stand next to Keigo Masaki. “And everyone in the Earth Defense Force is a Giant too.”

Right on cue, Keigo and the rest of the strike team raised their transformation devices. Daigo hoisted his Sparklence high.

In a massive, blinding cascade of light, a small army of Ultramen materialized on the battlefield.

As the GUTS team watched in complete shock, the Giants immediately charged the Kyrieloids, plunging the dimension into a chaotic, massive brawl of fists and laser beams.

“So, the cat’s out of the bag. How does it feel?” Vane asked, casually strolling over to the dumbfounded GUTS team.

“Why are you telling us this now?” Munakata asked, still trying to process the revelation.

“Because Earth is about to enter a new era, and GUTS is going to need a massive overhaul to serve as an auxiliary branch for the Earth Defense Force. After all, we can’t deploy a squad of Ultramen for every minor incident,” Vane explained simply.

“Wait, hang on a second,” Horii interrupted. “Are you a Giant too?”

“Nope. I’m a monster,” Vane said, pulling out a stylized transformation device.

“Why the hell would you be a monster?” Shinjo asked, thoroughly confused.

“Because monsters are cooler.” Vane held up the device. “When darkness falls, when monsters run rampant, and when Earth bleeds, the masses shall scream your name. Arise… King of the Monsters, Godzilla.”

Under the horrified gaze of the GUTS squad, violent red lightning arced across the grey sky. With an earth-shattering roar, Godzilla (Earth Form) materialized onto the battlefield. Towering over three hundred meters tall, the colossal beast dwarfed even the God of the Kyrieloids.

Godzilla Earth was a literal avatar of nature’s wrath, possessing catastrophic ambient power capable of forcefully assimilating the environment around him. His primary weapon was a devastating charged atomic beam, and his ultimate attack, the Red Spiral Atomic Beam, possessed absurd, planet-cracking yields. Given enough charge time and cooling capacity, this form could casually wipe out moon-sized celestial bodies. Even his tail was a weapon of mass destruction, capable of generating a thousand-meter-long super-heated plasma blade and swinging at speeds up to Mach 3 or 4.

The second Godzilla Earth appeared, the God of the Kyrieloids immediately launched an attack.

Godzilla simply spun around and whipped his massive tail, unleashing a blinding wave of plasma that swatted the Kyrieloid God out of the sky.

BOOM!

The deity violently crashed into the dirt. Just as it tried to scramble back to its feet, Godzilla opened his maw, roaring furiously, and blasted a charged atomic beam that sent the extra-dimensional God flying all over again.

The Kyrieloid God struggled weakly, trying to push itself up, only for Godzilla to casually step forward and stomp his massive, mountainous foot squarely onto its chest.

BOOM!

The deity was pinned flat against the ground, completely immobilized.

BANG! BANG! BANG!

A series of deafening, bone-shattering impacts echoed across the dimension as Godzilla mercilessly beat the Kyrieloid God into a bloody pulp. The so-called deity couldn’t even put up a fight.

“Damn you! I am a God!” the Kyrieloid deity roared in absolute fury.

“Gods these days are weak as hell,” Vane mocked.

The insult only fueled the deity’s rage. This arrogant bastard! How dare he humiliate me like this!

The Kyrieloid God attempted to violently detonate its remaining energy, hoping to force a reversal. Unfortunately, the gap in raw power was too massive. It couldn’t even budge under Godzilla Earth’s foot, left entirely helpless as it was mercilessly trampled.

The sheer, continuous humiliation finally broke the deity’s spirit.

“Let us parley! We surrender, exalted God of Mankind! I swear we will never invade the Earth of dimension B-17 again!”

“Sorry to disappoint you, but I’m no god. I’m just an average, everyday human,” Vane replied cheerfully.

The words made the Kyrieloid God want to break down and cry. You’re literally crushing my ribcage under the foot of a three-hundred-meter radioactive dinosaur, and you have the nerve to call yourself an average human? Is beating me half to death not enough? Do you have to emotionally destroy me too?

“You called my timeline ‘Dimension B-17’. Have your people invaded other timelines as well?” Vane asked.

Stripped of all its former arrogance, the crushed deity immediately spilled everything.

“Y-yes! We invade any timeline we can locate! Some humans are foolish and gullible, serving as easy prey and devout worshippers. But other timelines are guarded by Giants of Light, and our invasions are often repelled.”

“But those Giants never counter-invade! Your people are the first humans to ever breach our dimension!”

The God was internally weeping. This was supposed to be a standard, routine invasion. How the hell did it turn into this? Weren’t humans supposed to just be food? If they managed to fight off the invasion, they were just supposed to go back to their peaceful lives! Who the hell launches a full-scale interdimensional crusade just out of spite?!

Having extracted the intel he needed, Vane didn’t bother wasting any more time. Godzilla reached down, grabbed the Kyrieloid God’s massive jaws, ruthlessly pried them open, and fired a point-blank charged atomic beam straight down its throat, completely obliterating it.

With their God dead, the remaining Kyrieloid forces completely broke. The Emperor, Keigo, and the rest of the strike team ruthlessly slaughtered every last one of them.

“That felt good,” the Emperor breathed, reverting to his human form and repeatedly punching the air in sheer excitement.

This was what the Master of Mankind was meant to do. He was so sick and tired of watching Earth constantly play the victim. A brutal, overwhelming preemptive strike—that was the imperial way.
