Minecraft: The Conqueror of Multiverse
Chapter 169 The King of the Absolutians!
The Absolutian homeworld was already approaching its final days.
Compared to the Plasma Spark Tower of the Land of Light, the Absolutians’ own energy tower was far more violent and unstable.
Its uncontrollable power was gradually tearing the planet apart, pushing their entire civilization toward destruction.
The planet itself had taken on a dark golden color.
Viewed from space, its surface was riddled with enormous cracks.
“Let’s get started.”
Vane waved his hand.
“Time to settle the conflict between these two races once and for all.”
Countless Ultra Warriors transformed into streaks of light and charged toward the planet’s surface.
Energy beams erupted across the vacuum of space, creating a spectacular display of brilliant explosions.
The Absolutian warriors immediately realized that their homeworld was under attack.
One after another, they rose from the planet’s golden surface, charging into space to confront the invading Ultramen.
The Absolutians were towering warriors clad in dark golden armor.
Every single one radiated a suffocating aura of power.
Zero charged at the very front of the Ultra army.
The glowing Wings of Noa swept across an Absolutian warrior’s chest, sending sparks flying and leaving the enemy severely wounded.
Not far away, Gaia and Agul stood back-to-back.
Their red and blue light intertwined across the dark crimson battlefield, forming an unbreakable defensive line.
The Emperor, Ultraman King, and Father of Ultra, however, did not join the fighting.
Instead, they remained floating beside Vane, patiently waiting for the appearance of one particular individual.
As time passed, the fighting grew increasingly intense.
The Absolutian forces gradually began losing ground.
And just as defeat seemed inevitable…
BOOOOM!
A massive golden pillar of light erupted from the planet’s core.
It pierced through the entire cloud layer and stretched deep into the darkness of space.
Within that pillar of light, an enormous figure slowly began to rise.
Its entire body was covered in golden armor.
A pair of dark golden wings made of light spread out behind its back, while dark crimson flames burned within its eyes.
This was the very individual Vane had come to find.
The King of the Absolutians!
The moment he appeared, his gaze immediately settled on Ultraman King.
“So… the Land of Light has finally come.”
“Then how about surrendering?”
Vane, currently in Godzilla’s Space Form, flew directly toward the King of the Absolutians.
“It would save us all a lot of trouble.”
“You think you’ve already won?”
The Absolutian King stared at Vane.
“You know nothing of the true power of the Absolutians!”
As soon as he finished speaking, golden light exploded from his body.
His already enormous form began expanding at an incredible rate.
Within moments, he had grown to several thousand meters tall.
An overwhelming golden radiance enveloped his entire body, illuminating the surrounding darkness of space.
“Oh, so you think you’re the only one who can get bigger?”
Seeing the Absolutian King’s transformation, Vane immediately switched to Godzilla’s Stellar Form.
BOOOOM!
Violent crimson lightning erupted around Godzilla’s body, completely engulfing him.
His entire form began undergoing a dramatic transformation.
When the blinding light finally faded, an entirely different Godzilla stood before the gathered warriors.
A colossal monster engulfed in deadly flames.
His entire body was covered in crimson, flame-like scales, with glowing red cracks spreading across their surfaces.
From the top of his head all the way to the tip of his tail, massive dorsal fins stretched along his back.
They resembled a row of burning blades, cutting through the cold, dark void.
His eyes blazed like miniature suns.
Wherever his gaze fell, space itself began to distort.
The sheer pressure radiating from Stellar Godzilla caused the Absolutian King’s expression to change.
“What… what exactly are you?”
“Why do you care?”
Vane answered impatiently.
“Just tell me whether you’re surrendering or not.”
He summoned the Ultima Blade and equipped the Flawless Suit, giving the Absolutian King one final opportunity to back down.
“Never!”
“Go to hell!”
The Absolutian King unleashed a massive torrent of golden energy toward Vane, intending to destroy him completely.
Unfortunately for him…
The defense provided by the Flawless Suit was absolutely ridiculous.
An attack powerful enough to destroy an entire planet slammed directly into Godzilla’s body.
And yet…
It couldn’t even break through his defenses!
Meanwhile, the Ultima Blade in Vane’s hand possessed enough power to annihilate virtually anything.
With a single downward slash, he unleashed a brilliant wave of energy capable of cutting through all creation.
The Absolutian King immediately tried to summon an energy barrier to block the incoming attack.
But the barrier only lasted a few seconds.
CRAAACK!
It shattered completely.
Countless explosions erupted across the Absolutian King’s body, sending sparks flying in every direction.
“AAAAARGH!”
He let out an agonized scream.
The sight left countless Absolutian warriors staring in utter disbelief.
Impossible!
Even our king can’t withstand a single attack from that monster?!
Father of Ultra watched the scene unfold, his expression growing increasingly serious.
The Traveler’s combat strength had far exceeded anything he could have imagined.
Ultraman King really was wise to back down before.
If we had actually ended up fighting this outsider, even mobilizing every last warrior in the Land of Light might not have been enough to defeat him.
“Seriously? Is that all you’ve got?”
Vane sighed.
He put away the Ultima Blade, leaving only the Flawless Suit equipped.
He was genuinely worried that another swing of his sword would erase the Absolutian King from existence entirely.
“Damn you!”
The Absolutian King’s voice trembled with frustration and disbelief.
“How could I possibly lose?!”
“For my people!”
“For our honor!”
“For our hope!”
With a furious roar, the Absolutian King gathered every last ounce of his strength.
He carried the hopes of his entire race, their expectations, and the future of their civilization.
Refusing to give up, he charged toward Stellar Godzilla and threw a devastating punch.
His fist slammed directly into the shield created by the Flawless Suit.
BOOOOOOM!
The resulting shock wave shook the surrounding void.
However…
Even after putting absolutely everything he had into that attack, the Absolutian King still failed to break through the Flawless Suit’s defenses.
Stellar Godzilla responded by whipping his massive tail around.
THWAAACK!
The blow struck the Absolutian King squarely, sending his enormous body flying hundreds of thousands of kilometers through space.
Before the king could recover, Stellar Godzilla instantly teleported above him.
Then…
BOOM!
A massive foot came crashing down, pinning the Absolutian King helplessly beneath it.
And now came everyone’s favorite part.
The classic monster beatdown.
First, force open the enemy’s jaws.
Then, unleash the finishing move straight down their throat!
An unimaginable amount of energy erupted from within Stellar Godzilla.
It was like witnessing the explosion of an entire planet.
The terrifying power gathered into a concentrated beam before shooting directly into the Absolutian King’s open mouth.
“AAAAAAAARGH!”
His agonized screams echoed across the battlefield.
The beam punched straight through his head and continued flying into the endless depths of space.
When Stellar Godzilla finally stopped attacking, the Absolutian King’s enormous body began slowly dissolving.
Within moments, nothing remained of him.
Nothing…
Except for a single crystal-like heart.
The mysterious object was automatically collected by Vane’s inventory.
Curious, Vane opened its item description.
[Item: Heart of the King of the Absolutians]
[The heart left behind by the King of the Absolutians. It possesses unimaginable power. As long as sufficient energy is supplied, it can be used to summon the King of the Absolutians once again.]
[Evaluation: “Conceptual beings like this are a real pain to erase completely. Somehow, they always find a way to come back.”]
“Oh, so it’s basically a resurrection item.”
Vane examined the heart for a moment before losing interest.
He didn’t bother destroying it, either.
After all, he didn’t have any personal grudge against the Absolutian King.
He had only come here to complete his quest.
Besides, who knows?
Once I’m done clearing these quests, maybe I can put this guy to work for me.
No reason to destroy something that might come in handy later.
Just then, a notification visible only to Vane appeared out of thin air.
[Quest: Defeat the King of the Absolutians — Completed]
[Quest Rewards: Quest Progress +15%, EMC Points +15,000]
“Another quest down.”
Vane smiled faintly.
“Next up is the Perfect Life-Form, IF.”
With a casual wave of his hand, he dismissed the notification and turned his attention back to the chaotic battlefield.
Now that the Absolutian King had fallen, the remaining Absolutian warriors were completely shaken.
Many simply stood there in disbelief, having lost all desire to continue fighting.
“Cease fighting. The war is over.”
Ultraman King finally spoke.
His voice reached directly into the minds of every Ultra Warrior from the Land of Light.
Their purpose was to maintain peace and order throughout the universe, not to slaughter their enemies.
Now that the Absolutian King had been defeated, there was no reason to continue the bloodshed.
Father of Ultra immediately ordered the Land of Light’s medical teams onto the battlefield.
They began treating the wounded and restoring order among the surviving warriors.
As for Vane…
He had no intention of sticking around any longer than necessary.
Taking the Emperor and Ultraman King with him, he set off to find his next target.
The Perfect Life-Form, IF.
