"Finn! Shut up for me!"

Old Master Chambers couldn’t tolerate others pointing out his mistakes.

"What do you know? The Chambers Family’s business cannot fall into the hands of outsiders. Girls ultimately have to marry, and women managing companies will inevitably make mistakes because of emotions!"

"Have I ever caused any trouble for you or the Chambers Family?"

Finn asked, and Old Master Chambers’ face turned a few shades paler as he stared blankly at Finn.

Finn was right.

Outside, Old Master Chambers squinted against the blinding sunlight, but kept looking, as he would soon no longer be able to see the sun while at The Chambers Residence.

Yet, even if he wanted to imprison Finn, it was impossible!

At this point, with each step of retaliation, he no longer knew what he wanted to do!

After Old Master Chambers left, the door was locked from the outside again, and Finn didn’t know if Serena Sullivan had successfully sent someone to follow Third Young Master Chambers.

No accidents could happen in the meantime, and Third Young Master Chambers mustn’t find out!

Otherwise, everything would be for nothing, and this madman might do something to Little Bao!

Finn tried to calm her emotions, took off her coat, and pretended to clean the bathroom.

Before entering the bathroom, the sound of the door lock echoed again from outside.

A man stood in the doorway, his face initially blurred by the sunlight until Finn adjusted to the light and slowly recognized him.

Coming to The Chambers Residence, Finn imagined dealing with Old Master Chambers and Third Young Master Chambers, not expecting to encounter him.

"Why are you standing here stunned! Hurry up and run!"

Mr. Chambers came in, saw Finn standing in place, and angrily shouted at her.

"How is it you?"

Finn asked.

Mr. Chambers didn’t answer, quickly grabbing her hand and pulling her outside.

"If Old Master Chambers returns, you won’t be able to escape."

"Old Master Chambers is truly insane this time."

Mr. Chambers kept talking as he dragged Finn forward.

"Wait!"

Finn wasn’t unwilling to run; she was afraid her escape would implicate Little Bao.

"If I escape, Grandpa will be even angrier."

Until confirming whether Serena’s people had found Little Bao, she couldn’t run.
