My All Powerful System
Chapter 156: Lynx charm. Isabel fears.
Up until now, Raven had always kept her distance. She was a Year 2 student, just like Lynx, but she actively avoided reading news about him, listening to gossip about his harem, or engaging in the widespread fan club worship that infected the academy.
She had convinced herself that he was just another once in a lifetime ridiculously talented guy who happened to be absurdly good looking.
She was sure she had succeeded in remaining completely indifferent to his existence.
So why couldn’t she look away?
Lynx’s face was beyond human comprehension. The golden rings inside his irises seemed to spin slowly, pulling her conscious mind into a deep, endless vortex.
Raven felt her heart slam against her ribs like a trapped bird. A bizarre, unnatural heat bloomed deep within her lower abdomen, making her fingers tremble around her metal flask.
For a terrifying second, an overwhelming urge washed over her, a sudden, insane impulse to stand up from her chair, walk straight over to his grand table, drop to her knees, and confess a deep, burning love she was dead certain she didn’t actually possess.
Five seconds passed. Ten seconds. Raven remained completely frozen, staring into Lynx’s eyes like a hypnotized deer.
"Raven? Hey, Raven!"
A sharp voice broke the spell. Her friend, Diana, a girl with short brown hair, was waving a sloshing cup of wine directly in front of Raven’s pale face.
"I was literally talking to you about the matchups tomorrow. Where are you looking?!" Diana whined, following Raven’s frozen gaze across the room.
Diana’s eyes landed straight on Lynx, who was still looking directly at their table.
When Lynx noticed Diana looking, he casually raised his large wine cup and flashed them a slow, breathtakingly handsome smile.
"AHH—!!"
Diana gasped loudly, her hand twitching violently in pure shock. The heavy wine cup slipped right out of her fingers, pouring dark red liquid all over her pristine white blouse and lap.
"Yo, what the fuck, Diana?" Sol, a male Earth Affinity sitting at their table, yelled out, jumping up as the wine splashed across the wooden tabletop.
"Can you hold your drink?!"
The commotion snapped Raven entirely out of her trance. She blinked rapidly, her face burning with a sudden, furious heat as she forced her head down, staring intensely at her own hands while her heart hammered a violent rhythm inside her chest.
Back at the main table, Lynx watched the quick disaster unfold with a silent, amused chuckle.
’That Raven girl...’ Lynx thought, swirling the golden liquor in his glass. ’She’s easily the strongest Year 2 student I’ve seen so far. Her stats, Wind and Earth Affinity comprehension and Rank are good, A Rank and B Rank and also good combat experience. And I haven’t even slept with her yet...’
His eyes critically analyzed her distant frame. ’Her dual Earth and Wind blessings are top tier. She’s extremely gorgeous too, maybe not quite on the level of Eleanor or my girls yet, but if I start sleeping with her and nourishing her with my pure Yin Yang Energy, she’ll easily match them.’
He licked his lips slowly, ’And damn... those breasts and that ass she’s hiding under that uniform are definitely among the biggest I’ve seen among the second year students.’
"What’s so interesting over there, Lynx?" Kira’s smooth, dangerous voice cut through his thoughts.
Lynx turned back to see Kira leaning against his shoulder, her deep orange eyes narrowed in a playful, possessive pout.
"You’ve been staring at that dark haired girl since we sat down," Ava grumbled from his left, crossing her arms over her massive chest and huffing.
"He was totally teasing them. Did you see how he made that other girl drop her whole drink on herself just by smiling?"
"Alright, alright, I’m back," Lynx chuckled softly, raising his hands in fake surrender. "I was just observing. That Raven girl is ridiculously strong, and it honestly surprised me considering I haven’t even touched her yet."
SMACK!
A sharp, stinging blow landed right on Lynx’s stomach.
Professor Rose withdrew her hand, resting her chin on her palm while glaring at him with a mix of utter exasperation and smoldering annoyance.
"Ouch," Lynx said flatly, holding his stomach with the most deadpan expression imaginable.
"Don’t ’ouch’ me, you shameless brat," Rose scoffed, rolling her deep red eyes. "It took you three full seconds to even pretend that hurt! And you..."
She shook her head. "You have a table full of the most stunning women in the entire empire sitting right in front of your face, and you’re casually discussing sleeping with another girl right to our faces?"
"Hey, I was just making an objective observation, Professor," Lynx grinned smoothly, leaning back and resting his arm behind Ava’s chair. "She’s strong, and it caught my attention."
"Well, she is strong," Rose admitted, taking a slow sip of her wine. "I personally monitored her during the training in the academy’s forest restricted area. She slaughtered scores of high tier beasts completely solo without wasting a drop of energy. Her dual affinity comprehension is abnormal for a Year 2."
Lynx looked back toward the edge of the room one last time. Raven happened to peek up again at that exact moment.
Seeing her dark eyes, Lynx flashed her a subtle, devastatingly charming wink. Raven’s head instantly snapped back down, her ears turning bright red as she buried her face in her hands.
Satisfied, Lynx turned his full attention back to his women.
As the conversation flowed, Lynx could constantly feel heavy, intense gazes lingering on his body from all corners of the room.
From the Professors table, Professor Selene and Professor Mira were repeatedly stealing long, lingering glances at him over their glasses.
Around the lounge, female students from various years were practically burning holes through his back, while the male service staff working for the Void Empire were actively questioning their life choices, looking utterly depressed whenever they had to walk past Lynx’s table.
Anyone else might have assumed the sheer concentration of Blessed beings in one room was causing the tense energy, but every single person in the hall knew the truth.
It was entirely because of Lynx.
A few meters away, at Eleanor’s table, the four escort queens were engaged in their own quiet chatter while secretly watching the main table.
"He’s at it again," Layla murmured, her heavy breasts resting heavily against the marble tabletop as she leaned forward, her fierce amber eyes glued to Lynx.
"Look at him... he’s completely surrounded by stunning women, and he still looks like he owns the entire world."
"His passive aura has grown denser since last week,"
Iris observed softly, her long black hair swaying as she tilted her head, her delicate silver eyes reflecting Lynx’s form. "His real presence is completely masking itself completely, yet the natural pressure around his chair is suffocating."
Rhea, styling her short icy blue bob with a slender finger, let out a soft sigh, her tight hourglass frame shifting in her chair.
"His looks are actually getting worse for my mental health. I caught myself staring at his silver sigil and his face for five straight minutes during Match 5."
"You girls are completely hopeless," Nadia scoffed gently, though a faint blush was visibly creeping up her dark, rich skin.
Her massive, round hips shifted against her skirt as she reorganized her plate. "He’s just a arrogant second year who happens to have a absurdly good face."
At that exact moment, Lynx turned his head and looked directly at Eleanor’s table.
Meeting the gaze of all five women at once, Lynx didn’t say a word. Instead, he slowly swept his blue and silver eyes over their bodies, his lips curving into a mischievous, silent tease, mouthing a few complementing perverted quiet words directly at them.
Instantly, Layla choked on her breath, hiding her burning face behind her fan. Iris lowered her eyes with a tiny, incredibly rare giggle, while Rhea’s cheeks flushed a bright, soft pink as she quickly took a gulp of ice water.
Even Eleanor, the proud Queen of the academy, felt a wave of intense heat strike her face, her imperial purple eyes fluttering as she forced herself to look away with a small, embarrassed smile.
Nadia simply rolled her hazel eyes as hard as she could, muttering under her breath, "Insufferable bastard..." though the dark blush spreading across her cheeks completely betrayed her tough act.
While the lounge buzzed with excitement, Isabel sat quietly at Lynx’s table, her fingers tightly holding her large wine cup.
As the only non Blessed human in Lynx’s immediate group, a sudden, heavy weight began settling over her heart.
Back then, when he newly awakened or few months ago, it had never bothered her. But sitting here, in a hall filled to the brim with strong Blessed humans, the contrast was brutal.
Every single Blessed student around them possessed a faint, ethereal golden glow on their skin, centered by the glowing golden sigils stamped onto their foreheads.
They looked divine, radiant, and immortal. And then there was Lynx, a being whose beauty and presence surpassed what they can comprehend.
His women were all legendary, their beauty heightened to absurd levels by his constant touch and mana.
Isabel looked down at her own pale, normal human skin. She was undeniably breathtaking and possessor of a lush, incredible body, but in this room, without a glow on her body and a sigil on her head, she felt agonizingly ordinary.
Looking at Lynx’s side profile, a quiet, painful thought invaded her mind: ’Am I really enough for him?’
Suddenly, a warm, soothing sensation washed over her mind.
The emotional link, anchored deep by the intricate mark Lynx had etched onto her inner thigh, pulsated with intense, comforting heat.
Through their connection, Lynx instantly felt the exact wave of insecurity rolling through her heart.
"You will always be more than enough for me, Isabel," Lynx’s voice echoed directly inside her mind, smooth, clear, and dripping with absolute sincerity.
"Blessed or human, it doesn’t matter. You were my first. And trust me, when the time comes, I will personally turn you into a Blessed that will make this entire continent bow."
Isabel’s head snapped up. She met Lynx’s warm, softened eyes from across the table.
The oppressive knot in her chest vanished instantly, replaced by a deep, surging wave of affection. A genuine, radiant smile returned to her lips as she gave him a subtle, grateful nod.
Ability wise, Lynx’s connection with his women had reached an absurd tier.
He could easily send his thoughts directly into their minds, feeling their emotional flow clear as day, while they enjoyed the comforting safety of his anchor.
And despite the unique fact that Isabel and Kira were literally mother and daughter, the atmosphere at the table wasn’t awkward in the slightest.
In a world governed by Blessed beings, raw strength, ancient blessings, and supreme beauty, mundane societal taboos meant absolutely nothing, especially when it came to Lynx.
Check marking the grand crystal clock mounted on the wall, Lynx saw the hands approaching 9:00 PM.
