Chapter 845: Want It? Of Course I Do!

The next day.

Early in the morning, Summer Shawcross appeared at the hospital.

She wore a casual baseball cap with black slim jeans, and an outfit completed with a duckbill cap lowered to cover half of her face, discreetly heading to gynecology.

Katherine Irving accompanied Summer Shawcross for the examination, and the doctor took a long look at the test results.

Summer sat there, her mood inexplicably tinged with anxiety.

Originally, she hadn’t had much hope of being pregnant, but upon arriving here, her heart suddenly brimmed with anticipation.

The doctor put the paper down, glanced at Summer’s pretty face, and suddenly asked her.

"Miss Shawcross, do you plan to keep this child?"

"What? Am I really pregnant?" Upon hearing this, Summer was taken aback, almost unable to believe her ears.

Did the doctor mean she was really pregnant?

Summer’s excited reaction surprised the bespectacled female doctor, who adjusted her glasses and continued speaking to her.

"Yes, you’re already six weeks pregnant. If you don’t want this child, you can opt for surgery soon, otherwise, as the fetus develops, the risks will increase."

Summer only heard the doctor say she was pregnant and didn’t take in the rest of the advice.

Upon hearing the doctor’s confirmation again, Summer’s expression grew even more excited, her initially composed face now difficult to control.

Thinking about it, Summer subconsciously reached out to touch her flat belly, hardly able to imagine a tiny life was indeed growing inside her.

And it was happening without her knowing, and without much expectation either.

Six weeks pregnant... she thought, suddenly recalling some events.

That night six weeks ago... her poison had just been lifted, her body still weak, yet this little life had been inside her since then.

And when Katherine Irving heard this news, she too displayed a look of surprise.

Seeing the happy woman before her, the doctor was somewhat startled, and after a moment, continued to ask her.

"Miss Shawcross, are you sure you want this child or not?"

"Yes, of course I want him!" Summer blurted out!

She had hoped for a child for so long, now finally pregnant, with barely enough time to treasure him, how could she not want him!

Hearing Summer’s reply, the doctor nodded but once again couldn’t help but remind her.

"It’s best to think it through clearly. Now is the best time to abort the child, otherwise, if you regret it later, it will be too late."

As soon as the doctor finished speaking, Katherine Irving became somewhat angry, discontentedly questioning.

"Doctor, what do you mean by that?"

Listening to Katherine’s words, the doctor couldn’t help but sigh.

"I am also considering it for you both, as there have been cases where a celebrity came in to abort her seven-month pregnancy, and she almost lost her life."

Listening to the doctor’s words, Summer showed a slight smile and hastily explained to the doctor.

"I apologize, my friend is rather temperamental, but I am very sure that I will keep this child!"

Upon hearing Summer say this, the doctor showed a look of surprise; she had thought Summer would choose to abort the child.

If she remembered correctly, the girl before her was quite the popular singer recently.
