His Sovereign Tentacle descended from the ceiling where it had been coiled, no longer invisible but manifesting as a ribbon of darkness that seemed to drink the lamplight. It touched her spine between her shoulder blades, and the sound she made was somewhere between a gasp and a moan.

[Sovereign’s Domain active. Target resistance reduced by 50%.]

[Sovereign Tentacle effect activated. Charm multiplied by 15x. Current effective Charm: 2,145.]

The numbers were insane. His base Charm of 143, multiplied by fifteen, produced an effect so powerful that he could feel Rosalind’s consciousness wavering like a candle flame in a hurricane. Her thoughts, barely visible through Mind Fortress, had dissolved into pure sensation.

He let his five secondary tentacles emerge, each one wrapping around a different part of her body. One coiled around her left calf, another around her right ankle, a third traced lazy patterns up her spine while the fourth and fifth worked her shoulders from angles that would have been impossible for human hands.

[Secondary Tentacle effect activated. Charm multiplied by 5x.]

[Total effective Charm with all tentacles: 5,720.]

Rosalind screamed. Not in fear, not in pain, but in something that bypassed both entirely and went straight to whatever primal center of the brain processed pleasure. Her back arched off the table so hard that only her shoulders and toes remained in contact with the surface, her whole body trembling like a plucked string.

"Too much," she managed. "Too much, it’s too much, I can’t—"

Nacho dialed back the Domain by half. Even reduced, the effect was still stronger than anything his original tentacle had ever produced.

"Better?"

She couldn’t answer. Her mouth was open but no sound came out, tears streaming down her cheeks as waves of sensation crashed through her. The secondary tentacles continued their work, each one finding pressure points and nerve clusters that Nacho hadn’t even known existed until they lit up under his touch like constellations appearing in a darkening sky.

[Target’s receptivity: 34%.]

Thirty-four percent in under a minute. With his old abilities, reaching that level had taken careful work over extended sessions. Now the numbers climbed so fast he could barely track them.

[Target’s receptivity: 51%.]

[Target’s receptivity: 68%.]

[Target’s receptivity: 84%.]

The Sovereign Tentacle pressed against the small of her back and vibrated at a frequency that made the air itself seem to hum. Rosalind’s screams had faded into breathless whimpers, her body moving in helpless rhythm against the table, her robe long since fallen open to reveal skin flushed pink from collarbone to hip.

[Target’s receptivity: 92%.]

[Target’s receptivity: 100%.]

[Charm saturation complete.]

The climax that hit her was so intense that Nacho felt it through his connection to the tentacles, a feedback loop of pleasure that made his own breath catch. She convulsed on the table, her voice finally returning in a wordless cry that would have carried through the walls if the room hadn’t been soundproofed.

Then again.

And again.

And again.

Each pulse of the Sovereign Tentacle triggered another peak, stacking orgasms on top of each other until her conscious mind simply gave up trying to process them and retreated into something like sleep.

[Lewd Act Performed: Sovereign’s Touch]

[Talent Extraction initiating...]

[Talent Stolen from Rosalind: Alluring Grace (Uncommon)]

[Talent Stolen from Rosalind: Pain Tolerance (Common)]

[Talent Stolen from Rosalind: Emotional Reading (Common)]

[Talent Stolen from Rosalind: Memory Palace (Rare)]

[Talent Stolen from Rosalind: Feigned Submission (Uncommon)]

[All Talents successfully absorbed.]

Five Talents. Not one, but five, all at once, flooding into his consciousness like water breaking through a dam. His old ability had been like drinking from a cup. This was like being caught in a river, swept along by a current too powerful to resist.

[Pain Tolerance (Common) + Titan Body (Legendary) = Talent absorbed into existing Legendary Talent.]

[Memory Palace (Rare) + Mind Fortress (Epic) = Mind Fortress evolved! New effect: Perfect recall of all experienced events.]

The merger happened instantly, his Mind Fortress Talent expanding to incorporate the new ability. He could feel his memories rearranging themselves, every moment since his death and reincarnation becoming sharp and clear and perfectly accessible.

Nacho withdrew his tentacles slowly, letting them fade back to invisibility. Rosalind lay motionless on the table, her chest rising and falling in the deep rhythm of satisfied exhaustion. She wouldn’t wake for hours, and when she did, she’d remember only the most incredible massage of her life.

He tucked a gold coin under her pillow as payment and slipped out of the room.

The test was complete. His new abilities worked exactly as promised, possibly even better than the status screen had suggested. The combination of Sovereign’s Domain and multiple tentacles produced an effect that was frankly terrifying in its intensity.

Any target, regardless of their mental defenses, would fall before this level of power. All their Talents, stripped away in a single session.

He returned to his room and pulled Vance’s file from his inventory, spreading the papers across his bed with renewed focus. The Gilded Lily. Elena. Lord Daven.

Tomorrow night, he’d put his evolution to real use.

The Gilded Lily occupied a converted mansion in the transition zone between the merchant quarter and the Low District, close enough to respectability that wealthy clients didn’t feel ashamed entering, far enough from the good neighborhoods that the Guard didn’t bother patrolling.

Nacho arrived an hour after sunset, wearing clothes he’d purchased that afternoon from a tailor who didn’t ask questions. The outfit was simple but expensive, the kind of thing a young merchant or minor noble might wear when visiting establishments they didn’t want to be seen visiting. He’d kept his Siren features but altered the specifics, silver hair darkened to black, crimson eyes softened to a muted amber.

The doorman barely glanced at him before stepping aside.

The interior was everything the Velvet House pretended to be. Real silk on the walls instead of cheap velvet. Crystal chandeliers instead of oil lamps. Women in gowns that cost more than most people made in a year, moving through the crowd with the grace of trained dancers.

He spotted Elena within minutes.
