Chapter 471 - 305: Not Wearing Pants? (Part 2)
"I’m just holding you."
Chen Yuan buried his face in the crook of her neck and took a deep breath. Her pleasant scent was intoxicating, and her body was exceptionally soft, a wonderful sensation to the touch.
"Alright, I trust you, Brother. You keep your promises. We won’t do anything today, just sleep. That’s what we agreed on."
"What did you call me?" Chen Yuan froze.
"Brother," Jiangg Yao whispered softly, her warm breath tickling him. "You don’t like it?"
’She’s definitely doing this on purpose,’ Chen Yuan thought as their eyes met.
Few men could resist being called that, and he was no exception. He instantly felt his ’little monster’ starting to stir, his imagination running wild.
Chen Yuan hugged her tightly, their bodies pressing together.
A different kind of warmth spread between them.
He held Jiangg Yao down and leaned in for a kiss. She gave him a gentle push but then let him do as he pleased.
Their lips met, and the night grew hazy...
...
「Half an hour later, in the bathroom.」
Chen Yuan sat alone on the toilet, scrolling through his phone. He felt completely at ease, his mind clear, filled with an indescribable sense of relaxation.
After all, he was eighteen. If he didn’t release that pressure, he’d feel pent-up and frustrated. Now that it was gone, he’d feel clear-headed for a few days.
The pleasant scent of shower gel filled the air.
After they had been intimate, Jiangg Yao rested for a bit before coming to the bathroom by herself.
Chen Yuan didn’t know what she did. It didn’t look like she’d taken a shower, and she returned looking completely nonchalant.
He didn’t know much about girls’ matters, so he didn’t give it much thought.
Finished with his business, Chen Yuan reached for some toilet paper. A moment later, with a soft rustle, he pulled up his pants and threw the paper into the trash can as usual.
But as he stood up, he glanced at the trash can and froze on the spot.
It wasn’t that he was a pervert, but there was something in the trash can he’d never seen before. After examining it for a moment, Chen Yuan was sure Jiangg Yao had thrown it in, and his expression turned strange.
...
"You’re back? Hee hee." Seeing Chen Yuan get into bed, Jiangg Yao reached for his waist. "Pat, pat, pat. I like my Young Master the best."
Chen Yuan was still thinking about what he’d just seen. He snapped out of it and gave her a small smile.
Half a minute later.
He spoke hesitantly, "Yaoyao, I’ve actually had a question for a while. Can you answer it for me?"
"Just ask whatever you want, Young Master." Yaoyao blinked her delicate eyes and tilted her head.
"It’s just... am I being really selfish sometimes?"
"Why would you say that?" Jiangg Yao was a little stunned.
"In the bathroom just now, I saw what you threw away." Chen Yuan took Jiangg Yao’s hand and rested his head on her arm, whispering, "Was that... disposable underwear? It seems like when we’re intimate, you’re always the one helping me. And after I’m satisfied, I just ask for the next time, and the time after that. I’ve never really done anything for you."
"Well..."
"A relationship isn’t supposed to be like that, right? Even the closest couples need to have some give-and-take. You have to give as much as you take, otherwise it’s unbalanced."
Chen Yuan finally understood why Jiangg Yao had told him to go on ahead while she ’got ready.’ It turned out she needed to change her disposable underwear. That way, she could just throw it away if it got dirty, instead of wearing something uncomfortable.
Girls really do have a lot of things they can’t easily talk about. These were the kinds of details a couple would never notice unless they lived together. That’s why trial marriages were becoming more and more popular in this era—cohabitation was a way to see if someone was truly the person worth spending a lifetime with.
This wasn’t the old era of arranged marriages dictated by parents and matchmakers.
Nor was it just that times were more open.
Rather, people were gradually discovering that marriages without a trial period could easily lead to tragedies where both partners were unhappy.
Living under the same roof fostered a deeper, more tangible understanding, and it allowed partners to patiently and subtly smooth away each other’s rough edges.
"Unbalanced..."
Jiangg Yao slowly mulled over the word. After a moment, she seemed to understand what her Young Master meant and nodded.
It was the first time the two of them had brought such a bittersweet topic out into the open.
Their relationship had truly progressed, opening the door to more fascinating conversations.
She said softly, "I understand. You feel like you’re the only one enjoying it, that our exchange isn’t equal?"
"Yes, that’s exactly it."
"But... there are some things I’ve been hesitant about. I always feel like it’s too soon. What are your thoughts?"
"You mean... *that*?"
"What else could it be?" Jiangg Yao’s cheeks flushed crimson, and she lowered her head, her voice barely a whisper. "Some things are very precious to a girl. They can’t be given away so easily."
"Then there must be some way for me to make you happy."
There was no wicked lust in Chen Yuan’s eyes, only a clear desire to understand. His thoughts were simple: he just wanted Yaoyao to be as happy as he was.
"Let’s not talk about this anymore. It’s so embarrassing."
After a moment of silence, Jiangg Yao, completely out of character, abruptly changed the subject, refusing to discuss it any further. She pulled the blanket up, turned her back to him, and grew still as the night, with only the rise and fall of her breathing.
Now Chen Yuan was completely lost.
’We were having such a good conversation. What just happened?’
’Is Yaoyao rejecting me?’
A sense of defeat welled up inside him, leaving him bewildered, as if he’d been dropped into a vast wilderness with no idea where to go. In the end, his knowledge in this area was just too lacking.
Rejected.
Chen Yuan immediately wanted to give up. ’I’ll bring it up next time,’ he thought. ’We can just talk about something else. If I push it, Jiangg Yao might misunderstand...’ He reached out, about to place his hand on her tense shoulder.
But his hand stopped abruptly.
’Sometimes, a ’no’ doesn’t really mean ’no.’ Sometimes, a rejection just means you need to be more resolute.’
Every major leap in his relationships with Jiangg Yao and Jiangg Ning had usually been initiated by the two sisters. Chen Yuan didn’t like that, but his timid nature meant he often just went along with it, even if he didn’t want to.
He had put in so much effort, even trying to learn how to be a player, all to change this dynamic, right?
Chen Yuan realized this was the perfect opportunity to test himself. He was the man, the pillar of support in the twin sisters’ hearts. Why couldn’t he be the one to take the lead?
Having figured out the key, Chen Yuan steeled himself, grabbed Jiangg Yao’s shoulders, and turned her back to face him.
Yaoyao was startled by his rough movement and shrank into his arms. Their eyes met, and he could clearly see her eyelashes trembling in panic, as if she thought he was about to do something reckless.
"We’ve been dating for so long. What’s there to be shy about? It’s fine, just tell me."
"Young Master... you... you really want me to say it?"
Jiangg Yao’s lovely little face was so red it looked like it might burst, and she nervously wrung her hands.
Just as he thought. The moment Chen Yuan became firm, she softened.
’So this is how you’re supposed to interact with a girl...’
Chen Yuan was speechless. It was like his entire relationship up to this point had been for nothing; he’d been going about it the wrong way the whole time.
"You don’t trust me?" he challenged.
"Of course, of course not."
"Then that settles it."
"Okay... Actually," Jiangg Yao puffed out her cheeks in an adorable way, her gaze darting about. "Actually, some things about me are different from other girls. I’m afraid you’ll laugh at me."
"Huh?"
"It’s... haven’t you noticed, Young Master? On my arm," Jiangg Yao held out her slender, pale arm for him to see. "There’s no hair. See?"
"What’s wrong with that? You can always remove hair."
"No, it’s not that. On my legs... and other places..."
Jiangg Yao pulled the blanket up to cover her face and said with a sense of resignation, "There’s no hair anywhere. Except on my head."
As her words fell, the entire bedroom fell silent. Chen Yuan’s brain short-circuited, replaying her last few words over and over. At first, he didn’t understand what she meant.
After a long moment, it finally dawned on him.
"WHAAA???"
