My Skills Can Evolve Infinitely in a Game-Like World
Chapter 130: Sun Knight — Video
Aurelius held great expectations for his last three remaining Skill Points.
He believed he might have discovered a loophole in the Player Panel, a bug that he could exploit to improve his strength even further.
Unfortunately, his idea was soon proven wrong.
When he summoned the Player Panel and stared at the Skills column with eyes full of expectation, he discovered that there was no (+) button beside it.
It was not that he couldn’t use Skill Points to upgrade it like his Talents.
Rather, it was as though he did not have enough Skill Points to perform the upgrade.
’Does Mutated Demigod’s Physique require more Skill Points than other skills?’
This was the conclusion Aurelius instantly arrived at.
Until now, every skill he had tried to upgrade had followed the same formula.
From Level 1 to 2, the upgrade required a single Skill Point. From Level 2 to 3, it required two, and so on.
According to this formula, upgrading Mutated Demigod’s Physique to Level 2 should have cost a single Skill Point.
Yet it did not. This had already revealed everything.
’Will I need to spend 6 Skill Points, as much as it would have cost me to upgrade Awakener’s Physique to Level 7, or do the two have no relation to each other?’ Aurelius couldn’t help but wonder.
He was quite disappointed. It was clear that his attempt to exploit the loophole had failed spectacularly. The Player Panel did not let him take advantage of it.
Moreover, he always had a bad feeling.
To further upgrade Mutated Demigod’s Physique, the cost might be higher than he was guessing!
Perhaps even the large number of six Skill Points would not be enough!
’It should be my imagination.’ he shook his head.
’There’s no way that’s true! It’s only a Level 1 skill,’ Aurelius tried to convince himself, though he didn’t believe his words either.
With the principle that a problem did not exist as long as you didn’t acknowledge it, he chose to shift his attention to another skill to calm his tense mind.
He still had three remaining Skill Points.
It was enough to further upgrade at least one more skill.
This time, his decision was no longer difficult to make.
Immediately, he settled on Ocean’s Wrath, choosing to upgrade it twice and bring it to Level 3.
The reason was simple.
Ocean’s Wrath was Aurelius’ most powerful skill. When combined with Sea God’s Trident, it was by far his strongest trump card.
Even Rank 3 Awakeners would suffer.
The only reason he had not upgraded it before was that he was afraid its Spirit consumption would increase and he would be unable to sustain it with his current Spirit.
Now, however, having engraved this skill into his own body, Aurelius faced no such issue.
With a thought, his remaining Skill Points quickly disappeared.
In exchange...
[Ocean’s Wrath has reached Level 2.]
[Ocean’s Wrath has reached Level 3...]

Aurelius spent the entire night consuming all the hidden potential he had accumulated over the past few days.
Using whatever methods he had, he decided to strengthen himself, barely leaving any remaining trump cards in case he needed them.
Meanwhile, the Blood Sun City remained silent, just as always.
The entire Dawn Kingdom was sleeping, as though the God of Sun was slumbering as well.
In the "real world," however, there was someone working overtime in their fight to be the best.
Aurelius would have no way of knowing their efforts under normal circumstances.
Yet when he opened his eyes the very next morning, the results of that hard work were laid before him.
As soon as he opened the game’s forum, a post right beneath that of the announcements and the trailers attracted him.
It was impossible not to pay attention to it.
It had already accumulated millions of likes in a matter of hours. Furthermore, this number showed no signs of stopping.
It was quickly becoming the most highly liked post in the forum’s history.
As for the post’s subject?
One did not need to open it. It was clear from the title.
"First Awakener Class: Sun Knight [Rare]."
It was evident who posted this.
TheoryMaster69!
Surprisingly, this woman, who had just managed to obtain the Sun Knight Class and should be training her new skills, had actually decided to post about it.
Judging from the thumbnail attached to the post, it wasn’t a mere announcement that she had become an Awakener.
Rather, it was something far grander. Something that required way more effort.
Aurelius raised his eyebrows.
He had to admit that TheoryMaster69 was quite hardworking—at least when it came to vying for internet points. It was no wonder she had become the Goddess in the minds of male and female Players alike.
Even so, while slandering TheoryMaster69 inwardly, Aurelius clicked on the post, his eyes filled with curiosity.
A video instantly materialized in his field of vision. However, he didn’t rush to press "Play."
He first looked at the text attached to it.
"Announcement: "
"After so long, the first Awakener has appeared among Players!"
"Everyone! After many days of effort, I managed to collect enough Experience to exchange for the Sun Knight Class."
"If it were other people, they would have surely kept the Class’s details a secret, wanting to grow stronger before others could learn about it."
"However, I’m unwilling to do so!"
"Not only will I reveal the information of the Sun Knight Class, but also what I managed to learn inadvertently about Classes and Awakeners as a whole."
"I hope everyone will obtain the Sun Knight Class too and follow me in my journey! Please enjoy!"
Aurelius skimmed through the text.
He had no intention of watching TheoryMaster69 show off in front of the other Players, boasting about her achievements in a form that made her seem humble.
What he was most interested in... was whether he could show off instead!
With that in mind, he clicked "Play" on TheoryMaster69’s video.
Instantly, the image of a familiar forest appeared in his field of vision, as well as the outline of two people.
