"What do you mean, son?"

Seeing his gentle mother’s bright, curious eyes, Nova could only smile helplessly.

What surprised him was that neither of them asked a single question about Nyxara or Velena.

A moment later, they pulled back slightly. Both women looked at him with matching smiles... and then suddenly pushed him backward.

Caught off guard, Nova fell onto a soft surface. When he opened his eyes, he realized a large bed had appeared beneath him. At the same time, the surroundings began to shift.
