In an instant, an overwhelming chill spread outward from her body. The air itself seemed to solidify as frost rapidly covered the ground, the surrounding space, and even the dummy enemy standing before her.

Everything within the domain was frozen solid, locking the opponent in place before it could react.

Even though the enemy was stronger than her, the sudden suppression left it completely immobilized.

Asia knew, however, that the advantage would not last long. The Frozen Domain could only restrain a stronger opponent for a limited time.

Without hesitation, she began preparing her next move, gathering her power while the enemy remained trapped within the ice.

Although Asia’s domain was still far from matching the true domain of an Emperor, repeated training had sharpened her control considerably.

Through constant use, she had refined not only her Frozen Domain but also the various skills she had gained after her bloodline awakening.

In the next moment, several ice spears formed around her and shot forward with precision, piercing through the immobilized enemy and ending the battle.

She could have used more overwhelming skills, but her mana reserves were limited — unlike Nova’s — and she had already been training for a long time.

Having already expended much of her strength on her strongest moves, she chose to finish the fight cleanly and efficiently.

"That was good," Velena said as she approached. "You are clearly stronger than Lady Rieka, thanks to your Divine Bloodline and Physique... and of course, your hard work as well."

She paused for a moment before adding,

"Still, I would advise you not to underestimate any opponent, Lady Asia."

Asia gave a small nod, her tired expression softening slightly. "Thank you for your help, Velena... I’ll be going now to see my husband."

With that, she disappeared from the training grounds, leaving Velena alone.

Watching how eagerly both women rushed off to find Nova, Velena felt a faint trace of envy. After spending so much time around him, she could not deny that she was being drawn to him more and more.

He possessed many of the qualities she had always wanted in a man.

Yet when her thoughts drifted to Nyxara, a quiet sense of guilt followed. More than that... would Nova even accept someone like her? Someone so much older than him?

For now, she pushed those thoughts aside.

This was not the right time to dwell on such feelings. At present, she was simply content to remain by her princess’s side — and by Lord Nova’s.

With that quiet resolve, Velena also disappeared from that area.

....

Velena appeared on the other side of the training space and immediately noticed Rieka and Asia standing there with slight pouts on their faces.

"What’s going on?" she asked.

Rieka answered, "Darling is still training with your princess."

They all looked up toward the sky.

High above, Nova and Nyxara stood face to face. Nyxara was giving instructions, and Nova carefully followed her guidance.

Although Nova already possessed Void Steps, the skill only contained faint principles of the void and space, making it appear like a spatial ability from the outside.

What he truly wanted to learn, however, was the technique Nyxara used — the ability to tear through space itself and cross vast distances in a single step.

His comprehension of space had already improved significantly after the Second Evolution, especially with the help of Demon Lord Raze’s soul.

Even so, he still could not perform the technique as skillfully as Nyxara. That was why he had spent nearly all of his remaining time inside the training space focused solely on mastering it.

In this world, there were two types of skills.

Some could be learned by anyone who possessed sufficient understanding and the appropriate affinity.

Others were created by individuals through intense personal training and insight. People often referred to the latter as "techniques," though many still simply called them skills for convenience.

Under the watchful eyes of the three women below, Nova suddenly raised Rouve high and slashed the air in front of him.

In the next instant, the space within the training grounds tore open.

Nova stepped into the rift and vanished. A moment later, space split apart at a distant location, and he emerged from the second tear, far from where he had originally stood.

Looking back, he could see Nyxara and his wives standing a great distance away.

A wide grin spread across his face.

"Haha... finally!!"

Ding!

[Congratulations!]

[You have learned an active skill: Spatial Traversal]

[Rank: S]

Nova’s eyes lit up with pure excitement. After an entire year of hard work inside the training space, he had finally succeeded. Although his mastery was still far below Nyxara’s, it did not diminish his joy in the slightest.

He quickly checked the skill description.

++++

Discription:

[A powerful spatial technique that allows the user to tear open the fabric of space and create a direct passage between distant locations. By traversing through this spatial passage, the user can cross enormous distances within seconds, effectively bypassing the physical space between their starting point and destination.]

++++

Ding!

[Your comprehension of space has increased drastically!]

Nyxara appeared beside him in a flash and immediately pulled him into a tight hug. Without hesitation, she kissed him deeply, her voice filled with excitement.

"You’re amazing, Husband... It took me hundreds of years to learn this skill, and you managed it in just one year."

Nova held her close and chuckled.

Of course, much of it was thanks to the Infinite Adaptation Core, which had greatly accelerated his ability to adapt to and comprehend the laws of space. Without it, mastering such a technique in such a short time would have been nearly impossible.

Soon after, Velena, Rieka, and Asia appeared beside them as well. Rieka and Asia immediately jumped forward to congratulate him, each placing a kiss on his lips.

"Congratulations, Darling!"

"Congratulations, Husband!"

"Congratulations, Lord Nova."

Nova smiled and gently patted Asia’s and Rieka’s heads... and by pure habit, his hand also landed softly on Velena’s head.

"Ah—sorry. That was a mistake," he said with an awkward laugh.

A faint shade of red appeared on Velena’s cheeks. Her expression remained calm as ever, but if one looked closely, her lips trembled ever so slightly for a brief moment.

Nyxara noticed it immediately.

She said nothing, however. She was not foolish enough to miss something so obvious. For now, she chose to remain quiet.

Whatever path Velena decided to take would be her own choice... and if that choice eventually brought her closer to Nova, Nyxara would not object. In fact, she would even be happy for her.

A moment later, Liya also appeared and kissed Nova in celebration.

Afterward, they all descended from the sky. Liya cleaned the lingering traces of training from their bodies, and the group soon settled into a peaceful garden within the system space.

There, they sat together and enjoyed a pot of refreshing tea prepared by Velena.

As they leisurely sipped their tea, they chatted casually among themselves. After a while, Nova turned toward Asia and Rieka with a curious smile.

"So, how was your training? What kind of progress did you two make?"

Both of them immediately began sharing their experiences, their voices filled with excitement as they described the techniques they had refined and the improvements they had made under Velena’s guidance.

Velena also spoke up several times, offering them genuine compliments. As a powerful demon who had been a member of the Zarok Clan for a long time, she had also been responsible for training new recruits in the past.

After spending so much time guiding Asia and Rieka, she was clearly impressed by how talented the two of them were.

Especially Rieka.

Even though she was at a clear disadvantage — still having yet to awaken her bloodline and physique — her combat strength remained impressive for someone of her level.

After listening to them, Nova nodded with a serious expression.

"Still, both of you need to remain careful. There will be many talents we haven’t accounted for. The human continent is vast, and heirs from the great families will also be participating. It won’t be easy."

Rieka smiled and replied without hesitation.

"Yes, Darling. We know."
