Chapter 1088: Chapter 1091: Someone Hacked My Computer

“Okay,” Leon Rivers swiped a few times on the phone, finding the imprint on the pillow he photographed yesterday.

A glint flashed in Ethan Knight’s eyes, quickly denying, “We’re not the only ones with the X, might I suggest you keep looking, Leon.”

Leaving Knight Palace Gate, Melody Thorne felt even more dejected, for the original clue had now been severed.

“I don’t think Knight Palace Gate would lie. He truly has no reason to capture the Thorne Family members!” Leon Rivers spoke, reaching out to hug Chloe Summers.

Chloe Summers glared at him fiercely, “Don’t come so close; you stink!”

Leon Rivers leaned his handsome face closer, “I hugged a guy—you still find that dirty?”

“That wasn’t a guy; clearly, it was a drag queen!” Chloe Summers snorted, “If you touch those people again, don’t come back to touch me!”

“Alright, both of you, stop it with the touching. If you really want to touch, go home and do it,” Melody Thorne said irritably.

Chloe Summers: “…”

“Let Jenson Ona keep watch here; the rest go investigate all places marked with X!” Jared Quinn instructed.

Quinn Family.

Harold Chapman delivered some news; he’s been suspecting since yesterday that Thorne dad’s disappearance might be linked to the painting, after all, the painting surfaced first, followed by the Thorne Family being kidnapped.

So he began investigating in this direction.

“What we’ve found is that Levin Thorne indeed has a connection with the painting. A few years back, the Thorne Family’s company ran into trouble, and Levin Thorne disappeared afterward. However, I discovered through some people that he has been consistently searching for the painting’s existence during this time and has collaborated with someone.”

“Are you saying my dad has been looking for the existence of that painting? But how did he even learn about that painting?”

If she hadn’t married into the Quinn Family, she wouldn’t know about the painting either!

“That’s a question for Uncle Thorne.”

“But we can’t find them right now.”

“Ding,” Melody Thorne’s computer suddenly received a document automatically.

“Someone hacked my computer!”

“Let’s see what it is?” Harold Chapman walked over and clicked on the file sent over, revealing a few photos. In the photos were Levin Thorne, Lady Thorne, and the locked-up Finn Thorne!

None of them seemed hurt, but Finn Thorne was severely beaten, his gaze at the camera extremely angry.

“Who are you? Why did you capture the Thorne Family people, let them go immediately!” Melody Thorne immediately sent back an email.

“Miss Thorne, I am completing an unfinished agreement with Levin Thorne. He might not be able to return now, but I will take good care of them for you.

However, the task Levin Thorne left unfinished may fall to you. When I saved him back then, he promised to help me search for a painting from the last century. It should be no problem for you to take over, right? If you want to see them, quickly bring the painting to meet me!”

“I don’t understand what you’re saying. I haven’t seen the painting you mentioned!”

“It doesn’t matter if you haven’t seen it. To my knowledge, you visited Knight Palace Gate today, then keep going; it’s there!”

Melody Thorne stared at the screen, which had already turned black where the email originated.

“He said there’s a painting in Knight Palace Gate, asked me to find a way to get it out to exchange for the Thorne Family members!”

“They’ve discovered the painting’s whereabouts?” Leon Rivers was somewhat surprised.
