"Be careful," Jared Quinn knew she wasn’t someone who easily suffered losses, but he still couldn’t help worrying.

"I know," Melody Thorne stood on her tiptoes and kissed Jared Quinn’s lips.

Melody Thorne lowered her head and wrote a few more words, "I miss home!"

"Miss home? Who dares say they miss home after entering my Knight Palace Gate? Are you joking with us?" A bodyguard quickly walked over, grabbed Melody Thorne by the collar, and lifted her up, "Master Ethan, I’ll throw this kid into the sea to feed the sharks right away!"

"Did I give you permission to throw?" Ethan Knight kicked over, "Get lost!"

Melody Thorne was put down, looking at Ethan Knight. This demon-like figure finally acted like a real man for once!

With a swift motion, Melody Thorne wrote two more words for Ethan Knight to see,

She conveniently added a tearful Emoji.

The servants around involuntarily twitched their lips; this was someone even more unmanly than their young master!

Ethan Knight looked at her like he was looking at a puppy, especially with that little mustache on her mouth, resembling a small wolfdog.

"Next time, don’t leave the Knight Palace Gate without my permission, understand?" Ethan Knight rubbed her head.

Had she not failed to obtain the painting, Melody Thorne would never have allowed such an unpleasant hand to touch her head; she would certainly have crippled this flamboyant dandy in the fiery-red suit before her!

"Could you let him go?" Melody Thorne wrote a few more words, gesturing towards Chloe Summers, who was still hung on the large tree.

"Let him go," Ethan Knight raised a big hand.

"Yes."

"Master Ethan, a woman broke in!" A bodyguard behind him spoke, "Should we handle her like before?"

Upon hearing the word ’woman,’ even from a distance, Melody Thorne felt the aggressive, disdainful vibe emanating from Ethan Knight.

"Woman?" Ethan Knight sneered with a seductive curl of his lips, "Go have a look!"

"Yes."

Melody Thorne and Chloe Summers followed behind, approaching the gate of the Knight Palace. A woman suspended high by a rope kept screaming. The rope swayed up and down, and beneath, a few sharks continuously surfaced their heads, opening their mouths wide,

Whenever the woman fell, her clothes and skin were grazed by the sharks’ jaws, leaving a trail of blood!

It was a terrifying sight.

Nearby bodyguards laughed loudly; the woman would be gradually devoured from foot to head!

"I... I’m feeling faint," Chloe Summers spoke, horrified. She had heard from Leon Rivers on their way here that regardless of what they saw, they should never rely on appearances, that the Knight Palace Gate was indeed brutally fierce, unsurpassed as the top gang!
