By the Ancestral Hall on the Main Peak.

Ji Hai gazed at the misty clouds ahead and chuckled. "Zhilin, stand aside. I’ll open this Restriction."

Zhang Zhilin nodded and slowly backed away.

Ji Hai silently chanted a Mantra and formed a hand seal. In an instant, surging Primordial Qi unfurled around him, pulsing out in all directions.

The ethereal illusion ahead—the auspicious clouds and curling wisps of color—dissipated, revealing a massive Four Extremes Palace before them.

Meanwhile, inside the Ancestral Hall.

Wen Qingye’s eyes fluttered open, the light within them as brilliant as dazzling stars in the sky. His aura surged once more, and his mind became crystal clear.

Seventh Heaven of Destruction Realm!

"Qingye, come out! Your punishment is over!"

Suddenly, a resonant voice boomed from above.

"What’s that?" The Ice Python raised its head, looking upward in confusion.

Wen Qingye smiled and said, "It seems Xia Liu and the others have woken up. Otherwise, this wouldn’t be happening."

The Ice Python said joyfully, "Does that mean we can leave now?"

The Yin Qi in this place was agonizing, clashing with its own frosty energy. The Ice Python had long grown weary of the atmosphere here.

"Mm," Wen Qingye mused for a moment. Recalling Lei Hao’s eyes, he shook his head and said, "I can’t let anyone know my meridians have recovered just yet. Killing intent lurks everywhere, and the situation is grim and uncertain. Only overwhelming strength is real security. For now, the best I can do is lie low."

The Ice Python nodded in complete agreement. If news of Wen Qingye’s repaired meridians got out now, it would attract an immense amount of killing intent.

It was a good thing the Cyan Cloud List couldn’t perceive heavenly secrets; otherwise, word of his repaired meridians would have probably spread long ago.

WHOOSH!

A black silhouette shot toward the heavens, bursting out of the Four Extremes Palace and landing beside Zhang Zhilin and Ji Hai.

Upon seeing Wen Qingye, Zhang Zhilin laughed heartily. "Qingye, are you all right?"

"I’m fine," Wen Qingye replied with a smile.

Ji Hai looked at Wen Qingye in surprise. "You actually broke through."

Wen Qingye nodded. "I had a moment of insight inside and managed to break through."

"Your meridians right now... Don’t be in such a hurry to break through. Wait until I find a solution," Zhang Zhilin said, his brow furrowing slightly.

Wen Qingye replied, "Yes, I’ll remember that."

Ji Hai glanced at the sun in the sky. "Alright, Zhilin, we’re running out of time. Let’s hurry to Absolute Peak."

"Okay, let’s go now."

「Absolute Peak Hall.」

Countless experts from various Sects and countries had appeared, leaving many of the younger generation dumbstruck.

Among them were many unaffiliated top experts, such as Kong Tianao of Yihai Country and Duan Chi, the Xiaoxiang Wanderer of the Great Zhou Imperial Dynasty. These were all people who had some connection with Hua Lie, so they had all come for his grand birthday celebration.

In a corner of the hall.

Jun Buwu whispered to the old man beside him, "Ancestor, believe me, that Wen Qingye is definitely the one. Finding him will solve everything."

The old man’s clothes were a mess. He was holding a whole roasted chicken, devouring it ravenously as he mumbled, "Are you sure? I find that a little hard to believe. If that kid’s dead, won’t those old geezers from the Celestial Profound Sect want to kill me?"

Jun Buwu watched as the old man, using both his hands and mouth, made half the chicken disappear in the blink of an eye. He said anxiously, "Ancestor, you have to leave some for me! I haven’t eaten either, and you’ve already had two servings by yourself!"

"Leave some for you? I’m an old man with one foot in the grave, and you won’t even let me eat? Soon enough, there’ll be no one to fight you for it."

"Pah! That’s what you told my father back in the day!"

"Since when..."

The old man suddenly noticed Jun Buwu staring blankly ahead. Curious, he followed his gaze.

It wasn’t just Jun Buwu. At that moment, everyone’s eyes were fixed on the entrance of the hall. They were all dumbstruck, their faces filled with utter shock.

Three figures stood at the entrance—one old and two young. But they were dressed in the robes of the Taiyi Pavilion. Hua Du stood frozen to the side, at a loss for what to do.

The old man smiled faintly, handed a pill to Hua Du, and said with a chuckle, "Here. Announce it. A Dragon Tiger Pill."

A look of astonishment flashed in Bu Yanting’s eyes as she muttered to herself, "Gu Yifeng... Even Gu Yifeng from the Taiyi Pavilion is here. One of the Taiyi Pavilion’s three great elders has come."

Gu Yifeng, one of the three great Elders of the Taiyi Pavilion. He was the very person Chuu Guang had told Wen Qingye about. Many years had passed, and the handsome youth of yesteryear had become a stooped old man, but his cultivation was enough to shake the entire Eastern Profound Domain. His fame was so great that it was known even on the other side of the Demon Prison Sea.

His mastery of the Alchemy Dao was the finest in the Taiyi Pavilion. And to be the finest in the Taiyi Pavilion was more than enough to prove Gu Yifeng’s incredible skill.

Yum Tianyang’s brow furrowed. ’He actually came. It seems this won’t be a simple affair.’

"A Dragon Tiger Pill? Hmph." Chuu Qi couldn’t help but sneer upon hearing this. ’A provocation? A mere Dragon Tiger Pill isn’t nearly enough.’

Chu Bufan stared at the calm, composed man in white behind Gu Yifeng, a sharp glint in his eyes. ’Ling Tianyu. I never thought you’d dare to come to my Celestial Profound Sect.’

Ling Tianyu. A peerless genius ranked fourth on the Cyan Cloud List. He was one of the most mysterious figures in the Taiyi Pavilion, as well as one of its "Seven Venerables." He was the senior brother of the Little Demon Venerable Huangfu Tian. Both his cultivation and his true strength were an enigma.

Instantly, an irrepressible wave of discussion erupted from the crowd.

Gu Yifeng clasped his hands behind his back, looked at the crowd, and couldn’t help but laugh. "A guest who has traveled from afar is still a guest. Surely the members of the Celestial Profound Sect don’t mean to tell me I’m unwelcome?"

Hua Lie walked down from the head of the hall, laughing loudly. "Hahaha, you should know that I’ve never been fond of people from the Taiyi Pavilion."

Gu Yifeng smiled. "I know. And yet, here I am."

A fierce red glint appeared in Hua Lie’s eyes as he stared daggers at Gu Yifeng. In the next moment, an overwhelming pressure filled the entire hall, making everyone’s heart tremble.

At this moment, Tangg Guanzhong quickly stepped forward, positioning himself in front of Hua Lie. "Since you have come, you are a guest. Please, have a seat."

"Brother Tangg, your magnanimity is as admirable as ever," Gu Yifeng said to Tangg Guanzhong with a slight smile. He then slowly took a seat in one of the designated areas. The two youths behind him followed suit. Seeing this, the crowd let out a collective sigh of relief.

Tangg Guanzhong whispered, "Senior Brother Hua, don’t act on impulse."

Hua Lie took a deep breath and nodded. He knew he couldn’t lose his temper now. This was his own birthday celebration; he had to remain calm.

"You bastard! How dare you try to deceive me with a fake Dragon Tiger Pill? Do you take me for an idiot, Sunx Li?!"

In the next instant, Hua Du’s shrill, piercing voice echoed throughout the hall. Everyone looked over, confused.
