That’s right! Both Roshi and Han were Quasi-Kage in their base form, only reaching Kage level with Tailed Beast Chakra.

(A/N- This is a setting I made because their strength mainly came from their Tailed Beast, like Killer Bee, but they weren’t even a Perfect Jinchuriki.)

His speed was so fast that he caught Hinata by surprise, landing a solid kick on her face and sending her back, tumbling on the ground.

She quickly got up. Except for some marks on her face that came from Tailed Beast Chakra, there wasn’t even a graze on her skin.

’Why is her defense so good?’

This didn’t make sense. Ninjas were capable of strengthening their defenses, but while being attacked, they couldn’t maintain their chakra control.

So, it was normal for them to receive some damage after being attacked.

The mark on her face quickly disappeared as Hinata got up and her eyes changed. From pale, pupil-less eyes to eyes with blue pupils.

Sun Goku was stunned. When he saw Hinata’s eyes, he couldn’t help but remember the Sage of Six Paths.

But he quickly shook his head.

During the war, the only reason why he was able to use their powers carelessly was due to their combined hatred towards Konoha.

Konoha was made by Hashirama. Hashirama was the one who captured them. So, of course, they would hate his village.

That’s why Two-Tails, Five-Tails, and Seven-Tails didn’t come to the meeting when Naruto asked for it.

They did respect Naruto, but he was still from that village. As for the other tailed beasts who came, they were somehow connected to Naruto.

Shukaku didn’t need a statement. Three Tails had already met Naruto before he was captured. Sun Goku was properly the second one to accept Naruto.

Saiken had also met Naruto through Utakake. As for Eight Tails, he didn’t need to be mentioned.

That’s why Roshi quickly entered his Lava Chakra Mode, which he had mastered through his years of experience.

(A/N- Only Killer Bee and the Fourth Mizukage are known as Perfect Jinchuriki, but it was mainly Killer Bee.

Because Three Tails seems too chill to care about anything. But during Minato’s one-shot, we saw chakra avatars from Roshi and Han. So, this is a setting I made for this book.)
