"What? Is Naruto gonna be Hokage? How can that be?"

Kiba slapped his hands on the table and stood up. A bowl on the table rolled and fell to the ground.

"KIBA!"

Tsume’s roar shook his ears. She stood up and rolled up her sleeves to smack some sense into her son’s head.

"But Mom, isn’t Naruto too young to become Hokage?"

Hana looked at her mother in surprise and asked. Although she was also surprised, her reaction wasn’t as intense as her brother’s.

Still, she posed a good question. Even Kiba looked at his mother for a reasonable explanation.

"Bullshit! If you can destroy the village by yourself, you can also become a Hokage. Do you know how strong Naruto has become?"

Tsume snorted as she sat down and explained.

"In yesterday’s meeting. I truly understand what monsters can be. Even when he was standing in front of me, I couldn’t sense his Chakra."

"He was invisible to my senses. More importantly, when he released his Chakra, that was enough to suppress all Jonin in that room."

She looked at Kiba and sighed.

Both emotions were directed towards different people.

A mother could tell what her son was thinking. Tsume smiled and said

"Don’t think too much! Some people are just different. At least, Naruto was weaker than you during the Academy years."

"I studied with Fugaku. How do you think I felt when fighting him? No matter how hard you try, you can’t win against some people."

Kiba grumbled.

"Even so, that guy will definitely brag about it, and I am not going to hear that."

"Hahaha!"

Tsume laughed. If Naruto did brag about it, Tsume would be even happier.

Even though she was a mother, she was also the Clan Head. Naturally, she wanted her son to be as close as possible to Naruto.

That was important for her clan.

"Yeah, yeah! Even if Naruto is super powerful now, that’s the Hokage. That’s the most powerful person in the village."

Ino nodded her head and tried to explain to her father how ridiculous his statement sounded, only for her to tell the truth herself.

"You said it. Hokage is the most powerful person in the village, and the most powerful person in the village is Naruto."

Ino’s face almost twisted as she asked.

"Really?"

Inochi nodded.

"Really!"

"Really, really?"

"Yes, Ino! Naruto is the strongest person in the village."

"But how?"

Nara Clan Household;

"How? Like? How did he become the first option in the eyes of the Daimyo?"

Shikamaru looked at his father and asked.

"Well, why don’t you guess?"

Shikaku chuckled. His wife started putting food on the table as the father and son started talking about Naruto’s position as a Hokage.

"I can’t guess. Like, I can’t understand why Daimyo would think that way. Does he want to control the Hokage?"

Shikamaru asked.

Shikaku realized it wasn’t that Shikamaru wasn’t able to think like that, but he didn’t want to.

This realization brought a smile to his face. Because this meant Shikamaru treated Naruto as a friend.

He sighed.

"Why don’t you think the other way around?"

"Impossible! I know Naruto. He is not that kind of person. Besides, this is impossible. Only Genjutsu can do that, but Genjutsu can be exposed, right?"

Shikamaru frantically shook his head, not even touching the food.

Yoshino’s mood suddenly turned worse.

She turned her head towards Shikaku and struck him on the head.

"Food is getting cold. Just tell him the truth!"

"Sorry!"

Shikaku apologized to his wife before turning towards Naruto.

"Don’t worry, Naruto is safe. We don’t know how he did it, but Daimyo was indeed controlled or at least influenced."

"The only one who can do this is Naruto, but we still don’t understand how he did this. So, don’t think about it."

"Naruto is the strongest person in the village, and he has also inherited Minato’s mind. So, he will be able to do the job of Hokage."

Hearing his words, a complicated look appeared on his face.

’What changed, Naruto?’

As someone who understood Naruto, Shikamaru couldn’t understand why Naruto changed so much.

Naruto would influence others, but he would never force such influence.

Unless he was forced to.

That’s right! Naruto must’ve been forced to use this method. Maybe the memories of his parents revealed some information to him.

’Could it be Naruto wants to take revenge for what he suffered but without rebelling against the village?’

If Naruto learned that his father was the Fourth Hokage, he would definitely be enraged and try to take revenge.

Shikamaru wondered what Choji was thinking about Naruto becoming Hokage.
