The very next day;

Kumogakure;

"What do you mean they selected a thirteen-year-old kid as a Hokage? Has Konoha gone mad?"

Fourth Raikage slammed his fist, with golden vambraces on his wrist.

He was a tall man with a muscular body, brown skin, blonde hair, a mustache, and a short beard.

He wore a white haori and no shirt underneath. His pants were dark, and there was a Fuma Shuriken Tattoo on both of his shoulders.

There was also a gold belt with a bear face designed on his waist. His action spoke of violence, but his face showed joy.

"Yo, yo, yo, bro, don’t underestimate Nine. Its power is above Hachi, but we partners are just as fine."

"Shut up, Bee!"

The Fourth Raikage shouted before turning towards the beautiful secretary Mabui. She had dark skin and wore a dark blue coat and skirt.

"Mabui, show me that photo again!"

Mabui nodded and showed him the picture of Naruto in his Kyubi Chakra Mode.

"That’s not normal, Bee."

Gyuki’s voice rang in Bee’s head as he instantly appeared above Gyuki’s head.

"What do you mean, bro?"

"This form of his. You see that Chakra Haori behind him? That indicates Naruto’s connection to Kyubi’s Chakra."

"Without that Chakra, it would just be Kyubi’s pure Chakra flowing over his body, not transforming into a cloth for him."

Gyuki’s tone was full of resentment as he replied.

Bee looked down at Gyuki with shock in his eyes. Fortunately, their eyes were hidden by sunglasses.

"Bee, I will say it again. Don’t underestimate the Nine Tails. You should be glad that Konoha has not been able to communicate with the Nine Tails before."

"If this brat can really communicate with the Nine Tails, we would need more than just you and me."

Hearing his words, Bee nodded and came out of his psyche.

"Bro, Hachi just said we shouldn’t underestimate the Nine Tails."

"You know what, I just got the same response from Two-Tails."

That’s right! Unlike Gyuki, Yugito wasn’t a perfect Jinchuriki. She could utilize its Chakra and remain in control of her power.

But she also ran the risk of having her Chakra siphoned by the Two Tails. This was the reason why she lost to Hidan and Kakazu.

With Hidan and Kakazu’s immortality, they could fight her for a very long time while also trying their best to not kill her.

But she couldn’t. If she used Tailed Beasts Chakra for far too long, she would lose her Chakra to the Two Tails.

Otherwise, she could’ve just run away when she realized she couldn’t win.

The Tailed Beasts were nothing to scoff at. Each of them possessed the power to destroy a mountain with a single attack.

"It seems like we have to be careful of the Nine Tails, but that’s exactly why we should start a war."

The Fourth Raikage continued.

"This boy is already a perfect Jinchuriki, right? So, if we let him grow, he will only cause more problems."

"Of course, we have signed a peace contract that we won’t start a war. Although those agreements are nothing, they still matter for the future."

"So, we need another way to start a war. Any ideas!"

"Lord Raikage, is there a reason to start a war right now?" Dodai asked.

The Fourth Raikage folded his hands and said.

"Our military has gotten stronger; we have recovered our forces, but I won’t forget our main enemy."

"You mean?"

Dodai’s eyes widened while the Fourth Raikage clenched his fists and said.

"Onoki has grown old. If he sees our attack, he will definitely target Konoha. That will give us a perfect opportunity to attack Stone Village."

"So, we need a perfect idea to start a war with Konoha while shifting blame on them."

Hearing his words, Mabui said.

"Lord Raikage, there is one method."

She took out the bounty poster of Danzo Shimura.

"I was just about to mention him. Danzo Shimura has been listed as the first Triple S Rank Traitor Ninja of Konoha."

"They have placed a bounty of 200 million ryo on his dead body and 500 million ryo alive body."

"At the same time, they said nobody is allowed to cooperate with Danzo; otherwise Konoha will declare war on the participant."

Hearing her words, the Fourth Raikage blinked his eyes twice before he burst into laughter.

Mabui nodded her head and helplessly replied.

"Any person who has been connected to Danzo or his roots has been trying to leave Konoha, but alongside them, some of our spies have been found out."

Hearing her words, the Fourth Raikage became a bit silent.

"Compensate the families of those who have been caught. Their sacrifices will not go unnoticed."

"Also, contact Danzo Shimura. Use all the manpower we have to find him and cooperate with him."

Hearing his words, Dodai asked.

"Do you think he will cooperate?"

A look of sarcasm appeared on the Fourth Raikage’s face as he said.

"That old guy will do anything for himself. He was jumping too high when Hiruzen was alive. Let’s break his spine first!"

Yugito looked surprised as she read the news.

"If I remember correctly, his reputation as the Darkness of Konoha is quite loud. Would he really betray Konoha and work with someone else to cause the death of the Fourth Hokage?"

Dodai chuckled.

"Even if he didn’t, so what? Didn’t you read the previous lines on that report? He is the one who orchestrated the leaks of Naruto’s identity."

"So, unless he comes out and lets others read his mind, he can never clear his name, and the Fifth Hokage can do whatever he wants."
