100X Returns System: I Dominate the Age of Gods - Chapter 278. The New Dawn - 3

Chapter 278: 278. The New Dawn – 3
Both Tamasya and Elion gawked at the severed head. Words could not explain what they were feeling right now. William had just dropped something far beyond shocking into their laps.
“William??” Tamasya looked at him and demanded an explanation. Her voice was tight with worry, disbelief, and fear for his safety.
William looked at her and spoke in her mind, “It’s time I tell you some things about myself that I have been hiding till now.” he then turned to Elion, “We will be back in a minute,” he said before nodding at him.
Elion sensed the unspoken and just nodded before digging into his cup of warm water.
Meanwhile, William entered the Infinite Domain with Tamasya.
As both of them appeared inside the domain, Tamasya hurriedly said in a worried tone. “William, we cannot leave him outside,” she said as she raised both her hands and held his face, demanding his full attention.
William gently caught her hands in his own. “It will not take more than a minute,” he said softly. “This domain’s time works differently.”
Tamasya stopped urging him further as she listened. She already knew about the time dilation from the last time William had brought her here.
She crossed her arms while biting her lip, still confused. “Tell me what is going on,” she said. Earlier, she would not have forced William to reveal things he did not want to.
But after seeing Winston’s son’s severed head, her blood had run cold. She feared William was taking too much of a risk with whatever he had been doing behind her back. She needed to know because she cared and wanted to keep him safe.
William did not try to avoid the question or make her guess. Instead, he quietly took two steps back.
Tamasya looked at him in silence. A strange anticipation began building in her mind as she tried to understand what he was about to reveal.
Then, in front of her eyes, William took out the white raven mask. He looked at her briefly before putting it on.
In an instant, his eyes and hair turned white.
Tamasya froze.
Her widened eyes remained fixed on him, now standing before her as the White Raven. Silence stretched between them as the revelation settled in.
William felt the silence becoming awkward. He slowly took off the mask and looked at her, expecting her to say something.
Meanwhile, Tamasya was fighting an inner battle just to keep her expression under control.
“Phew… it is fine, Tamasya. He is just a member of a mysterious and powerful organization. Nothing to get flustered about. It is fine,” she told herself in an attempt to normalize what she had just seen.
Andrea had told her how the eternal sovereign cult had helped her stop an invasion of a demon Lord. Tamasya’s impression of this organisation had risen instantly as she had heard the miraculous abilities from Andrea’s mouth.
Now, suddenly knowing that her man was a part of it felt quite strange, but still mindbending in a way she could not describe.
A few seconds later, Tamasya finally opened her mouth.
“So… when did you join this organization?” she asked in as normal a tone as she could manage without sounding too affected.
William shook his head. “I am not part of the organization. I am the organization. I am the Eternal Sovereign.”
He deliberately said it as simply as possible to not make Tamasya too flustered, but he still felt that Tamasya was too good at hiding her emotions.
Although she didn’t know that William was using omniscient eyes on her, she was able to sense the massive fluctuations happening in her mind.
But on the outside, there was nothing.
Only silence.
A few minutes later…
“Will you say something?” William asked with a smile that suggested he might have overwhelmed her.
Tamasya, who had remained stunned the whole time, finally came out of her stupor but still downplayed her reaction.
“I need some time to process this,” she said before turning and walking toward the hut.
“Wait, listen to me,” William said quickly, but Tamasya simply waved her hand.
“I need some time away from you. I do not want to see you right now. This is too much to take in all at once.”
William only shook his head. She would come back out in less than ten seconds, after all, he still had to inform her about Lia.
A few seconds later…
Bang.
The door of the hut swung open.
[Seven seconds]
“Who is this woman lying on your bed???” Tamasya strode out in long steps before stopping in front of him with her arms crossed and eyes narrowed.
William chuckled. “I thought you were not against the idea of a harem.” He was only teasing her. He did not mean it. He simply wanted to provoke her a little.
Tamasya’s expression darkened immediately. “Does Seraphine know about that girl lying on your bed?”
“Alright, calm down. I was joking,” William said with a laugh before pulling her into his arms and planting a kiss on her head.
“Her name is Lia. She is Maximus’s lover. I happened to save her during the time the Clayman cult’s kidnapping scandal was exposed. I am searching for a cure so that she can be saved,” William explained calmly. He did not want to ruin Tamasya’s mood any further.
“Is her condition that serious?” she asked.
William nodded simply.
She let out a breath of relief.
“Do not ever go after a woman without telling me. I do not want you to make bad choices. Get your wives approved by me. Hmphh!!. I was your master before I became your woman.”
William could not help but laugh out loud at her comment.
That earned him a sharp elbow to his side, which was not gentle at all.
“Ow… forgive me, Master. I will always ask for your guidance before making a decision,” William said in an exaggerated thin voice, imitating a scolded child.
Tamasya looked at him with a smile before gripping his face and pressing his cheeks together. She looked angrier than usual, but there was mischief in her eyes that did not miss William’s eyes.
“If I ever catch you even glancing at another woman without my permission, Kaiser… I won’t let you sleep for nights to come. I will punish you so badly that by the time I’m done with you, you’ll be so exhausted you won’t even be able to form words.
Am I clear, baby?” she asked with a meschivious smile.
William stared at this side of Tamasya in genuine surprise.
For a moment, he was speechless.
Then he simply nodded.
“Good.”
A satisfied smile appeared on Tamasya’s face before she leaned forward and kissed him lightly on the lips, only to pull away immediately and leave him wanting more.
<“Yes, that is how you show your dominance and make him beg for your attention.”> Shadow spoke inside Tamasya’s mind as she turned and began walking back toward the hut.
“Tsk. Why did you even tell me to say those things? I feel like I was too mean to him,” Tamasya muttered uncertainly.
<“Trust me, it worked.”>
Shadow replied with complete confidence.
Before Tamasya could argue further, she suddenly felt William appear in front of her.
He moved so quickly that she barely had time to react. The next instant, his lips were on hers.
One of his hands swept around her waist and settled firmly on her hips, pulling her close.
What followed was one of the deepest and longest kisses they had ever shared.
William did not give Tamasya even a moment to recover. She could feel it clearly. He was excited, almost as if she had unknowingly awakened a hungry beast.
His hands moved along her back with a boldness she had not felt from him before, and the warmth of his lips sent a rush through her body that left her breathless.
Time seemed to blur.
By the time William finally pulled away, neither of them could tell how many minutes had passed. His breathing was rough and uneven as it brushed against her skin.
He leaned close to her ear while keeping her firmly in his embrace.
His voice dropped to a low murmur.
“You wanted some space to digest what i said today, so i will give you that for now. Let us have a wonderful and memorable night after we sort this mess out. I would like to know much more about what you hide behind that face of yours.”
As he spoke, his thumb brushed softly against her cheek while his fingers rested lightly against the side of her neck.
Then, before stepping back, he lightly nipped at her ear.
The simple gesture was enough to leave Tamasya flushed and completely unsettled.
The next moment, William disappeared toward another corner of the domain, already beginning preparations for the conflict ahead.
For now, revealing that he was the Eternal Sovereign was enough.
Anything more would have been too much for Tamasya to process all at once.
William had realized today that simply dropping every truth on her without warning was not the right approach. At least not with her.
He would have to take things slowly and let her adjust to the different sides of his life.
As for everything else, he would reveal it when the time was right.
Still, William could not help but smile.
He was both surprised and delighted that Tamasya seemed ready to take their relationship to the next level.
He even smiled faintly as he remembered her words before shaking his head and forcing himself to focus.
Meanwhile, Tamasya remained standing in place.
For the third time that day, William had left her completely speechless.
Her pupils shifted slowly as she processed what had just happened.
Her pristine face was flushed red as she thought about what the shadow’s advice had led to and the promise William had just left her with out of nowhere.
