Lightning bolts appeared in all corners and crevices to everyone’s astonishment.

“Hide!” They saw the ominous signs but couldn’t run.

The bolts suspended vertically in the air, bursting forth with sparks and a blood-red radiance. They appeared to be alive.

“Up there!” An immortal pointed at the sky.

Everyone looked up and saw a vague figure, perhaps the shadow of the high heaven. However, a rising sun above the shadow was even more conspicuous. Its light was the blood-red radiance pulsing from the bolts – a sign of resonation.
