Hello, all…

We, of the Human Council Official, are proud to announce that we are accepting applications for the initial migration to the Crimson Womb Chaos Realm and the Black Pegasus Chaos Realm.

We know this will come as a shock to all of you, and we promise that this isn’t a joke, a prank, or a social experiment. We are, indeed, looking for people who are willing to migrate to the two chaos realms we mentioned.

Your doubt is understandable. After all, there was that one post back in the day that states that rejuvenating and revitalizing the Crimson Womb Chaos Realm simply wasn’t worth the effort. That, even if we empty our treasury, it still wouldn’t be enough and that the idea is just an endless money sink.

We used to think the same, and we also thought about simply letting that place collapse on its own. It’s far enough from us that, if there are any side effects, they wouldn’t reach us.

But, to our fortunate luck, we discovered another way…

We encountered a friend, a hermit whose talent and skill in formations were so incredibly high and profound, and he, on his own volition, helped us a lot by doing what we couldn’t.

Using the skills he polished and taken to the utmost degree of mastery, one that even left our very own councilors speechless with its profundity and depth, he alone staged the rebirth of an entire chaos realm.

Thanks to him, the Crimson Womb Chaos Realm was reborn. It’s practically unrecognizable from its previous state. (See the proof below.)

The formation he used was so potent and incredible that what should normally be impossible to happen was made possible. And this rebirth took, at most, mere hundreds of years to be completed.

And this friend was nothing but generous to us. He claimed that he felt that it’s a pity for a whole chaos realm like this to just perish, especially since it never really stood a chance against the foul means of the bug empress. So, out of pity and willingness of his heart, he initiated its rebirth and gave it another chance to flourish.

And, because it was us who won the war against the Horde, he said that this was our prize. He claimed no space in the Crimson Womb Chaos Realm; he only gave it a second chance and handed it to us for development.

One thing to note is that we never saw this friend face-to-face. He did this all without us seeing even a sliver of his shadow.

If it weren’t for the fact that our very own Primal Origin Lifeforms, Councillors Nicholas and Patricia, saw the transformation that occurred to the Crimson Womb Chaos Realm and that he left a message on a stone wall, we would’ve never known that he did it at all.

We only discovered his actions after it was done. As reported by our dear councillors, they found traces of a mirage that cloaked the entirety of the chaos realm, preventing the massive changes happening within from being sensed or seen by anybody; yes, that includes our very own Primal Origin Lifeforms.

Such was the mysterious and profound means of this mysterious friend of ours that called himself ‘CS.’

Yes, even we don’t know his name. All we have as proof of his existence was the message he left on the stone wall, the one he personally wrote himself, and the orb that contains the detailed and vivid information of the Grand Formation he used to stage the rebirth of the Crimson Womb Chaos Realm.

Moving on…

After discovering the changes that happened to the Crimson Womb Chaos Realm, our dear councillors made decisions and plans right away, especially after seeing the abundant life and resources overflowing in the new lands and worlds of the Chaos Realm.

Especially since we don’t just have one Chaos Realm to colonize…there are two, actually.

The other chaos realm was the Black Pegasus Chaos Realm, which could be considered our neighbors.

Please keep in mind that the events of the Black Pegasus Chaos Realm actually happened before the extinction of the Horde.

To summarize, what happened there would be like this:

Tracing back to the War of Sovereignty, we were hunting down the last remnants of Great Demons. We nearly drove them to extinction, and the ones that were still left had been thoroughly cowed by our incredible might. However, some of them escaped and fled to the Black Pegasus Chaos Realm and managed to find a new home.

Surprisingly, they thrived and plotted. They took advantage of the civil war in there and swooped in to subdue everybody. They drowned the entire chaos realm with infernal energy, which turned them all into demonic entities who only knew how to fight, kill, and devour each other endlessly.

It was our dear councilor Urek who discovered this and infiltrated the realm to bring back this information. (See proof below.)

Demons weren’t a problem. We could’ve eradicated them all with just our weaponry. They originally planned on aligning themselves with the Horde to fight against us, but the Bug Empress didn’t even look their way. Although they managed to declare themselves a sovereign race of the Black Pegasus Chaos Realm, their foundations were too shallow, and they were drowning in their own madness so that any form of ruling or discipline was basically impossible for them.

Again, we never saw demons as a threat. It’s what they did to the Black Pegasus Chaos Realm that’s tricky.

Like we mentioned, the whole chaos realm drowned in infernal energy, which corrupted it deeply. It wasn’t as bad as the final state of the Crimson Womb Chaos Realm after the extinction of the Horde, but it’s still bad.

Still, we saw hope. We have the means of dealing with infernal energy, and so long as we give it enough time and assistance, the Black Pegasus Chaos Realm could’ve recovered nicely. Sure, it would take some time, but it was possible.

But before we could take action, it was our mysterious friend ‘CS’ who beat us to it.

He wiped out the demons and used a grand formation to recycle infernal energy and revitalize the Black Pegasus Chaos Realm. The one he used here was weaker than what he used in the Crimson Womb Chaos Realm. And we’d have to wait for a minimum of a thousand years before we could start colonizing this chaos realm.

So yes, it was ‘CS’ who was responsible for us now having the chance to colonize two additional chaos realms.

And the readiness of both chaos realms aligned perfectly with one another so that we were able to send teams to both at the same time.

Actually, in the past 1000 years, our teams have been working really hard to lay down our people’s foundations for both chaos realms.

We divided our Space Marine fleets to guard both chaos realms. We invited the Makers Guild and the Golden Bangle Nation to join us in our efforts to build the necessary platforms for our eventual future.

And we also invited many experts in different fields to thoroughly explore, discover, and map out both of the chaos realms fully.

Everybody on our team did a wonderful and amazing job with that; they worked really hard, and we couldn’t have done it without them.

Now, the foundations are laid, but our job is far from being done.

We have two massive chaos realms badly in need of modernization and careful development. The teams we’ve sent before could only do so much for the initial phase, and they’ve already done more than enough.

But, although they are still willing to continue working hard for the opportunities, we also understand that we need more people to not only accelerate the pace but also cover everything.

That’s why this announcement was made.

We are now turning to you, dear citizen. We are in need of diligent, hardworking, and willing workers to develop these two new territories of our race!
