Gravity Mage with Level-Up System - Chapter 1865: Back to my alternate identity

Chapter 1865: Back to my alternate identity
Crystal City
That night, the shop was closed. All the customers had left the place. The members had healed completely. They could resume work the next morning.
I waited until midnight. The red smoke entered the window gap before appearing in front of me. It transformed into the Zero Puppet.
The Zero Puppet then started briefing me. It had succeeded in the task.
A few minutes later,
A bright smile appeared on my face. The Zero Puppet didn’t fail me. It had found out the Black Tower’s plan.
Then I collected my thoughts and put the puppet away inside the mansion. I left the room and went to the rooftop terrace.
I started waiting for the informer to arrive. But I couldn’t help but think about the Black Tower. They wanted me to leave the Mage Union Territory.
“Harumph,” I gave a cold snort in my heart.
I’m sure that they must have wizards stationed outside the territory. I wouldn’t be surprised if the Forbidden Wizard Remi was among them.
Swoosh!
At this time, the system reminded me that someone had entered the community. My gaze fell on the field ahead.
I saw a black shadow coming towards the house.
A couple of seconds later,
The black shadow took the shape of the Black-Clad Wizard.
“Everyone is looking towards the Silver Tower and Mage Union to take action. But still, there has been no news from them.”
“The other Magic Towers are hesitant. They are wanting to see the reaction from the Mage Union first,” the Black-Clad Wizard said.
Hearing that, I remained quiet. I didn’t comment on anything.
A few minutes later,
“Good, you can go now,” I said to him.
The black-clad wizard nodded his head before transforming into a black shadow. Then the black shadow left the place.
In the blink of an eye, he left the Crystal Community.
Phew!
I breathed a sigh of relief. Everything was going well. Because of this intel, I was one step ahead of everyone.
Now, I knew what the Black Tower people were up to. I decided to use an alternative identity the next morning.
I had told others that Appraiser Frank had gone away for important work.
“It’s time for him to return,” I muttered.
Then I went to my room.
The following day,
I woke up early. After getting out of bed, I started doing my morning routine. The morning routine lasted for one hour.
Then I sat down in the room to meditate. I took a few super-grade mana stones out. I held them in my palm and started running the Gravity Ark Mental Method.
The gravity mana from the surroundings entered my body. The gravity mana from the stones entered my body as well.
I guided the gravity mana as per the route mentioned in the mental method. The mana flowed through my body.
After circulation, the refined gravity mana entered the mana core space. The gravity mana core absorbed the mana.
It absorbed it completely. Then I continued to repeat the process. I didn’t stop the practice until I felt the limit.
Then I started paying attention to the gravity rule power. I spent an hour deepening my knowledge.
I entered the bathroom to take a shower. The bath lasted for 20 minutes.
I walked out and changed into new clothes. I wore a white magic mask to cover my face.
Time passed.
After getting ready, I left the room. I went downstairs to see the others. I saw that Hank, Patrick, and Otto had all recovered.
They were in the living room. Old man Rock was with them as well.
“Master,” they greeted me in unison upon seeing me.
I nodded to them before using the system probe function on them. Their health status was shown on the panel.
I confirmed that everyone had recovered from their injuries, thanks to their own condition and healing magic resources.
They were back to their peak right now.
Then I told them that I was going to use an alternative identity from now on. If anyone asked, I told them to tell them that Wizard Vincent Carey had left the place.
The members understood. There was no need for the Master to use his original identity now.
Time passed.
When the shop opened, the customers started coming as usual. They noticed the new staff had left. The old staff were working now.
They were happy. Not only that, but they saw Appraiser Frank had returned. The shop owner, Wizard Vincent, was nowhere to be seen.
Then they speculated that Wizard Vincent might have left. He is a Supreme Wizard. He must have a mission to do.
So they were convinced. They were happy that Appraiser Frank was here. They could approach him.
Appraiser Frank was easy to talk to compared to the Silver Tower’s Supreme Wizard.
As time passed, more and more customers came to talk to me. They wanted their items to be appraised.
I appraised the items for a reasonable price. One by one, the happy customers left the place. Word started spreading outside.
Soon, the locals in Crystal City heard about it. They were happy and surprised that Appraiser Frank had returned.
Some of them hadn’t gone because of the Green Elemental Tower. They were not familiar with Wizard Vincent.
Since Appraiser Frank was back, they took their antiques and went towards the Crystal Community.
Meanwhile,
Infinite Wizard Association Leader Edmund heard the news.
“Ha… Ha… Ha…,” he let out a laugh of relief.
He had tons of delayed missions. All of them were related to antiques. Ever since he had learned that Appraiser Frank left the place for some important mission, he had been disappointed.
He had been waiting for him. It’s not like he didn’t trust Wizard Vincent, but he had personally tested the skill of Appraiser Frank.
So, he had more trust in him. Edmund collected his thoughts and quickly wanted to make an appointment with Appraiser Frank.
Because he knew there were many like him wanting to meet Appraiser Frank, he needed to be the first one. He immediately summoned his assistant.
Assistant Jonah came to see him.
“I heard Appraiser Frank is back from his mission. Go and meet him to get an appointment. We have tons of products waiting to be appraised by him,” Edmund said to him.
