When he got to the new place, he saw the place was an abandoned residential area. He walked into the area.

Then he found the old man at the end of the residential area. He was living all alone in the last building.

“Old man,” Remi called out in a surprised tone.

The old man was a Dark Faction Wizard. Upon seeing Remi, the old man understood that Remi had come here to ask for his help.

Remi walked up to him. He looked at the old man. The old man’s face remained unchanged.

“I know why you have come here. But I can’t help you. My body has already weakened. If I use my magic spells, then my body will be further weakened,” the old man said to him.

Remi was no idiot. He knew that Fate Magic comes with a cost.

Then Remi told the old man about his situation.

I don’t know when I will be coming back. Then I set the destination on the map and put the aircraft on autopilot mode.

The aircraft was smoothly flying in the air. I then phoned and informed Otto that I had left the border.

I told them to take care of themselves and the shop before ending the call.

So he was not worried. But he had to convince the higher-ups. He then phoned them and told them about his trip to visit the Fate Wizard.

The higher-ups were shocked. They didn’t expect Forbidden Wizard Remi to have easy access to the Fate Wizard.

What could they say? If the Fate Wizard believed that Wizard Vincent was still inside the city, then they could still try to find him.

The higher-ups acted. They agreed to pull together resources to look for Wizard Vincent.

Only then did Forbidden Wizard Remi relax. His trip to the Fate Wizard was worth it. But he didn’t know it was too late.

His target had already left the border. He wouldn’t be able to find him.
