My Online Girlfriend Has a Twin Sister - Chapter 387 - 251: I Got Married? (Part 2)

Jiangg Yao gave him a push on the back, urging him off the deck and toward their cabin.
Every step he took was heavy, thudding on the cabin floor. He steadied himself against the narrow, cold walls and walked forward in a stupor. The shock had left his mind a temporary blank. ’The hardest thing to accept is that I actually married both Jiangg Ning and Jiangg Yao. My life is going to be so miserable… I’m speechless.’
Chen Yuan was deeply troubled.
Fragments of the wedding surfaced in his mind, shattered like shards of a mirror. He caught a glimpse of a lush, green lawn and gentle sunlight. All the guests were gathered in a semicircular outdoor venue where countless tables were laden with champagne and desserts. Red and white roses adorned every visible corner.
He glimpsed the two sisters in pure white wedding gowns, one on his left arm, the other on his right. Music began to play, and the officiant’s voice sounded distant and hollow, impossible to make out. Then, pink petals rained down from the sky. In the audience, some people were laughing, others were crying. Then came the sound of thunderous, unending applause.
He glimpsed two bouquets tossed into the air by gloved hands. A crowd of people scrambled to catch them, and among them were countless familiar faces. Even his best friend from childhood was in the crowd.
He saw a blurry figure—his mother, long since passed and in heaven. But in the blink of an eye, she was gone…
“What a beautiful wedding,” Chen Yuan muttered. He had, without realizing, entered an impossibly luxurious room. On the large bed lay his black suit, ironed to perfection, its edges unnaturally crisp. ’So meticulous. This has to be Ningning’s handiwork.’
’I’ve already married them, and the wedding is over. No matter how hard it is to accept, I just have to live with it.’
With that thought, Chen Yuan changed into his suit, straightened his tie, and returned to the deck. He squinted, his gaze falling upon the two sisters. They were by the railing, laughing and pointing at the dolphins beside the ship. He could hear their voices.
They seemed very happy.
Chen Yuan watched the heartwarming scene. In the distance, the sea and sky merged at an endless horizon. The sight of them before him filled his heart with peace. Simply watching them like this, it felt as if true happiness was within his grasp, and he could ask for nothing more.
The salty sea breeze, the vast ocean, wives who got along harmoniously… It was every man’s fantasy realized. He still had a destination to reach, and countless wonders of life left to see.
’To have them with me, to experience everything together… This is happiness.’
’Wait a minute. How did I convince my mom? There’s no way she would’ve agreed to me marrying two of them. Didn’t she threaten me with her own life, her face livid with rage as she yelled at me?’
A shiver ran through Chen Yuan at the thought. His mind turned to mush again; no matter how hard he tried, he couldn’t think straight. He stopped in his tracks, his brow furrowed in pain.
“Agh, my head hurts!” he cried out, clutching it in his hands.
“Hubby, come take a picture for me! That dolphin is saying hello to me! It’s so cute, and it’s glowing!” Jiangg Yao hopped in place, waving him over.
“Hubby, stop spacing out. Come closer. Don’t you like our dresses? They’re beautiful, aren’t they? Don’t you want to be with us?” Jiangg Ning said, lifting the hem of her ethereal gown. Her pure white high heels tapped against the deck as she walked, and her delicate ankles looked dazzlingly fair in the sunlight.
One look was all it took to captivate Chen Yuan, and he instantly forgot his troubling thoughts.
In a flash, Jiangg Ning and Jiangg Yao were on either side of him, taking his hands. Their combined playful charm was utterly irresistible, and hearing them call out “Hubby” in unison filled Chen Yuan’s heart with a peculiar sense of bliss.
They pushed him to the side of the ship. The sea breeze tousled his bangs, carrying with it the scent of freedom. A dolphin leaped from the glittering surface of the sea, letting out a series of chirps that sounded like unrestrained laughter, or perhaps a cheer for the two beautiful, wedding dress-clad women on board.
The dazzling Jiangg Ning and Jiangg Yao huddled together and handed their phone to Chen Yuan.
“Wait till I get my pose right, then take the picture. I want to look cute, so make sure you get a good angle.”
“Okay, Yaoyao, wrap your arms around my waist. Let’s do that pose we used to do for pictures when we were little.”
“Okay, Sis, I remember now!”
Jiangg Yao’s eyes lit up. She wrapped her arms affectionately around her sister’s waist, puffed out her cheeks, and pouted, giving Ningning a pleading look. Ningning, meanwhile, stood with her hands on her hips and turned her head away, feigning indifference and radiating an air of haughty tsundere pride. The scene was so adorable that Chen Yuan couldn’t suppress a smile as he opened the phone’s camera app.
Behind the two sisters was a canvas of ever-shifting clouds, with sunlight streaming through them in layers of golden light.
It was breathtakingly beautiful.
“Let’s do another one, another one!”
“Okay, Sis, you lift me this time. I’ll gather up my dress. Be careful not to drop me, okay?”
“Don’t worry. Squat down. It’s time to show you your big sister’s strength,” Jiangg Ning said. She bent down, placed her hands behind her sister’s knees, and with a sudden grunt of effort, shouted, “Hup!”
With a shriek from Yaoyao, Ningning staggered and nearly fell, stumbling backward several steps—THUD, THUD, THUD. A look of immense strain appeared on her face, and she only stopped when her back hit the railing.
Chen Yuan jumped, rushing forward to help, terrified they would get hurt.
“I’m… I’m okay. I’ve got her…” Ningning said, panting. “By the way, little sis, you really need to go on a diet. You’ve gained weight again.”
“I have not!” Jiangg Yao protested.
