If one were to describe the Primordial Beast Nidhogg then the best description would be an elemental nightmare. Not only does it have the immunity to elemental damage but it can also transform its body into other elements that are found in nature. This would not have been an issue if its elemental immunity vanishes if it transforms its body into an elemental body but it does not.
The Primordial Beast Nidhogg still has its elemental immunity but also gains a significant boost to the element that it has transformed into. Right now, the Primordial Beast Nidhogg is currently entirely made of ice as its entire body has become that of the ice element. Fire would have been good against it but high temperature flames are not easy to come by.
If flames were the solution, then Soleil and the fire elementals would have been a good choice but the Primordial Beast Nidhogg is still immune to elemental damage. The elementals can only do defensive protocols which is why they cannot actively do damage. Even the elemental mages famed for their destructive power in the elemental spells cannot deal damage to the Primordial Beast Nidhogg.
As such, players that deal high physical damage and can boost their bodies are the ones that are leading the attack. One of which is Siegfried as he held his grand war axe and attacked the Primordial Beast Nidhogg. There are not a lot of players that deal pure physical damage because some form of energy or element is needed to become more powerful in this world.
Even Siegfried cannot release a 100% of his strength since his fire elemental aura is currently sealed. He would have dealt more damage to the Primordial Beast Nidhogg if the latter did not have any sort of elemental immunity. The only good thing is that in its Ice Beast Form which makes the Primordial Beast Nidhogg unable to use any other type of element other that the one it is currently transformed into.
“Faust! Get ready!” Siegfried shouted as he jumped high into the sky while Faust used a spell call Igniting Boost to double the strength that the former has.
“Strike of the Grand Chasm!” Siegfriend shouted as he slammed towards the back of the Primordial Beast Nidhogg creating a powerful shockwave that actually made the latter bend down for a bit.
The Primordial Beast Nidhogg did not expect there to be a mortal that has this much raw strength but it might also be due to the fact that it is being cursed by numerous beings. The Primordial Beast Nidhogg saw a Contracted Witch, an undead, and a Black Fairy using their curses on it. The Primordial Beast Nidhogg is susceptible to curses and the only reason it has not croaked from it is due to the fact that its body has large energy reserves.
One of the ways where one can ignore the curses casted on them is to have a body abundant of natural energy. This will naturally repel the curses away but that is only available for normal curses. The Primordial Beast Nidhogg is shocked to see that a Black Fairy is alive to this day as they went extinct long ago. In fact, the Primordial Beast Nidhogg helped in making sure that the Black Fairies became extinct by using a crazed one to cull their numbers.
The Primordial Beast Nidhogg knows how powerful curses created by the Black Fairies are and it is very susceptible to them. The Primordial Beast Nidhogg should have powerful armor of ice on its body right now but the two layers easily cracked under the attack of one demigod being. This should not have been possible unless the curse of a Black Fairy has eroded its defenses without it knowing.
The Primordial Beast Nidhogg might not want to admit it but the large amount of energy in its body also renders it unable to detect curses that is applied on its body. The Primordial Beast Nidhogg will never be able to know if the reason why its defenses has been shredded is that of the curse of a black fairy. The Black Fairies might be powerful curse casters but the two other beings next to her are also powerful curse casters.
“Since all of you are putting up a fight, I shall deliver all of you the punishment for daring to stop me!” The Primordial Beast Nidhogg shouted as its body suddenly lit up in a blue colored light.

The Primordial Beast Nidhogg started to glow with a powerful pale blue light. The Primordial Beast Nidhogg did not just activate a powerful skill but it has also started to absorb all of the cold in the area. The area that was cold from the Primordial Beast Nidhogg’s earlier skills are now hot as the summer. The Primordial Beast Nidhogg intends to finish all of the players and living beings around it.
“Only the tree that is my food shall be safe from this!” The Primordial Beast Nidhogg stated as it showed a devious smile.
“Die from the cold that I have brought!” The Primordial Beast Nidhogg shouted as its entire body that was filled to the brim with ice elemental energy exploded.
The explosion of the ice elemental energy of the Primordial Beast Nidhogg swept across a large area. The alliance and the other players knew that the warnings are not just there to tell them. The warnings are there to give them a way out and that way out is to use a life-saving skill.
Life-saving skills might be commonly known but not everyone has them. To those that has life-saving skills, the disparity in rank is also evident which means they can only save lives of players at a certain condition or threshold. Most players have a skill that can only defend them against a certain damage threshold as skills that fully revives a player are one in a million.
The players that saw the explosion of ice elemental energy swooped in across the area. The icy fog that traveled at a terrifying speed froze even the ground. The players have given up escaping and just prayed that their life-saving skills can actually save them from this crisis.
Seeing the desperation in the faces of the people, the Ice Elemental King and her subordinates immediately went to action. The Ice Elemental King and other ice elementals came forward and used their abilities to block the icy storm that is ravaging the land. The Ice Elemental King believed that she will be able to block an elemental attack that carries her element but she was thinking too naively.
The power of the ice element that the Primordial Beast Nidhogg possess is actually far superior than her which is an elemental king. The Primordial Beast Nidhogg already possesses the power of an elemental king at its base form. When it changes its element, the Primordial Beast Nidhogg becomes two times stronger in its transformed element.
“To think that I and the ice elementals are being overpowered by our own element! Everyone, escape while I delay the storm sweeping across us!” The Ice Elemental King shouted but that is only under the assumption that the Primordial Beast Nidhogg cannot move while its attack swept across the area.
A large tail suddenly swung towards the Ice Elemental King which shattered her and the ice elementals into pieces of shards. The Ice Elemental King is still alive but it has entered a state where it must lay dormant. With the Ice Elemental King gone, the icy storm continued towards everyone as all began to panic.
“Can you do anything, Anastacia?” Mariposa asked as she cannot move her insect minions as they would just become frozen statues.
“I have already created a temporary solution that I have disseminated to the High Elves that we have.” Anastacia stated as she touched the tree of life and used her connection with it to make the plants in the area grow.
All of the High Elves immediately knew that this was the signal that their leader which is the only current known Alfara. The Alfara are basically the evolved versions of the High Elves and are their demigod equivalents. They are beings that closely resemble nature elementals as they can command the nature that is around them.
“Our Queen has made a move! High Elves! Protect the new Mother Tree!” The High Elves shouted as all of them poured their mana into the ground to sprout large roots that tried to block the icy storm that the Primordial Beast Nidhogg created.
