Omega Summoner - Chapter 2916: The First Queen

“The queen?” Anastacia asked.

“Of course, that would be you, my child. Who do you think would rule this land if not for the owner?” The Avatar of the World Tree stated as if she was stating a fact.

[The World Tree has declared the new Queen of Alfheim.]

[The World Tree has decided that the coronation shall be within 5 days.]

[All the beings of the world will be invited to Alfheim for the coronation]

[All guests during the coronation shall be given the Blessing of the World Tree for a given time.]

After lots of world messages that appeared, another round of them came and this is now regarding the new title that Anastacia would receive. She wanted to decline the offer but the Avatar of the World Tree is looking at her like she will not change her mind. Anastacia could not really debate with a being that is akin to a goddess in terms of power which is why she just accepted the declaration.

“That will be all my children. The Triumvirate will need to convene so representatives of my children must go to the castle beneath my roots. We shall see each other again during the coronation.” The Avatar of the World Tree stated as she vanished into a beautiful and colorful pile of leaves.

“Congratulations, Anastacia.” Adrian stated as he is genuinely thankful that the title is for one of his friends.

Adrian knew that players would one day rule a kingdom but he did not expect that it would be one of his close friends. There have been players that have usurped the thrones of other smaller kingdoms but the weight of that is not the same as the actual tree of life declaring it. Anastacia is reinstated by the actual representative of this world which means that the world itself acknowledges her claim over Alfheim.

As soon as Adrian greeted her, the other guild leaders also came to greet her as well. They were all given the invitation for the Coronation which means they will need to either return in five days or stay until the coronation. Some of the players decided to return in five days while others decided to stay since they were curious of what the lives of the Faekin and the Elementals are like.

“Come to me, my child. We have something to discuss.” The voice of the Mother Tree whispered to Adrian’s ears via a gentle gust of wind.

Adrian then looked towards Levin Cloud as it seems even, he is being summoned as well. The players that had no relation with Evergreen could only say their congratulations and leave. Anastacia did tell them that they are welcome to return for the ceremony as Alfheim will be receiving visitors after three days. The players that left are also curious on what the blessing will be as it might be an extension of the blessing given by the world tree which is already great.

As Anastacia and the Evergreen guild were busy dealing with the other guilds, Adrian and Levin Cloud vanished from the location and appeared on top of the world tree. This is a special space where only those invited by the world tree can access. It was especially easy for Adrian to enter the space since he was already guided by the wind carrying the leaves.

“Apologies for having you come to me, my children. The matter that I am going to tell you is something that must only be for your eyes and ears after all.” The Avatar of the World Tree stated as she manifested a humanoid body and then sealed the space around them. Even Adrian will have a difficult time breaking the seal on this space as it is basically filled with the world tree’s energy.

“It is of no concern, Mother Tree. We are the Envoy of the Twin Gods and the Champion of the Twin Gods. Any concern of yours will also be our concern as we handle all things related to life and death in the mortal realm since the gods cannot descend.” Levin Cloud stated as he flattered the world tree.

“Always the smooth talker, my child. It seems that spending too much time with the playful Faekin has also rubbed their smooth mouths to you. I did not call both of you here for something trivial as I need your help in doing something for Alfheim.” The Avatar of the World Tree stated but Adrian and Levin Cloud could be seen scrunching their faces.

Adrian and Levin Cloud would have done anything for the world tree if it is related to the gods of life and death or the Twin Gods but she was asking them a favor to benefit Alfheim. Adrian is a lord of a territory that is very unique hence he is in an awkward position but Levin Cloud should be able to do it. Adrian is about to push Levin Cloud to be their representative for the task as it would be awkward encroaching on a territory of another guild leader after all.

“Why does it seem that both of you are not willing to help me?” The Avatar of the World Tree asked in a playful tone.

“It is not that we cannot help you but your request is directly tied to this territory. It is not something that we can just push because we can do it. We also need the presence of the queen that will be coronated as she does own this land after all.” Adrian stated honestly.

“Oh? It is rare for you to decline an offer that comes from me. It seems that you do not like the reward that I will give you for this task. I was even thinking of giving you the Sigil of the Elements since you seem to have a fascination for it.” The Avatar of the World Tree stated which made Adrian tremble.

“For Levin Cloud, I was about to gift you a very special spell that can fully summon the power of the Winter Tree in your body but I guess that is also out of the picture.” The Avatar of the World Tree stated in a teasing tone which made it look youthful even though it has this motherly vibe to it after its transformation.

“We should at least hear her out as it might be beneficial to her.” Adrian interjected and Levin Cloud could be seen nodding along as if his head has become a moving vehicle’s bobble head.

“I knew that both of you have such magnanimous hearts. My requests for the two of you are to be done separately since this is not something that both of you can do together. I shall say my request for Levin Cloud first. I want you to create a magnificent Church of the Twin Gods in Alfheim and it should be able to accommodate all the beings.” The Avatar of the World Tree stated as she knows that only a priest of a high position could enact a law to renovate or build a church in a place.

Neo Alfheim, which is now the capital of Alfheim, does have a Church of the Life and Death in the premises. The only thing that the Avatar of the World Tree wants to improve is the overall grandiose and size of it. It seems that the world tree wants Alfheim to be the main location for worship for the Church of Life and Death. Avalon might be the headquarters of the members of the Church of Life and Death or Church of the Twin Gods but they do not let just anyone in the church.

The ones that could enter the Church of the Twin Gods in Avalon are those that are citizens. The players that want a blessing from the Gods of Life and Death would visit the statues or little shrines scattered in the territory instead. What the world tree wants is a place of mass worship for the gods of life and death which means a place where their power is the thickest.

“Do you want them to be able to descend?” Adrian asked straightforwardly as having the gods of life and death descending is a big matter.

“Yes, my child. There are forces at work that cannot be solved by demigods like yourself alone. If the Gods of Life and Death can descend unto the world without restriction then it will be a good thing for us. If they are invited in a way that does not break the laws of life and death then they could also come to our aid.” The Avatar of the World Tree stated which shocked Adrian and Levin Cloud as they did not think that was possible.

“We were told that they cannot descend though. Is there something that we do not know of?” Levin Cloud asked.

“It is not that they cannot descend. It is just that they cannot descend in their godly bodies perfectly as they require far more faith and devotion to summon them.” The Avatar of the World Tree stated.
