Primordial Chaos Dragon Tower: Harem System - Chapter 1533 Five Maids

Chapter 1533 Five Maids
With Kailan taking the lead, they soon arrived at the battleground.
So far, the battle against the Silent Graves was over. The only one still raging was the one between Uncle Drake and the Tattooed Man.
“Master, this is Princess Luciana, the one we were sent to rescue, and her friends.”
Kent turned and looked at the Rabbitkin, then at the four other maids with her. His gaze turned to the slave collar around their neck, causing him to frown.
“Kenna,” Kent called out, and the sexy soul warrior appeared and leaned on his shoulder. When Inaya saw this, she frowned. However, her expression softened the next moment.
“Take care of their slave collars.”
“Okay, Master.” Kenna moved toward the five ladies and extended her hand, causing five identical runes to fly out and merge with the shackles around their necks.
The next second, a clicking sound was heard, and the slave collars that could only be removed by the slave master came undone, clattering to the ground.
Everyone who witnessed this gasped, some even wondering just what the hell had just happened. A slave master has complete control over the slave collars that they put around the necks of their slaves. Before that connection can be broken, the slave master must willingly cut it, or it automatically breaks when they are dead.
Warlord Biana is not dead yet, so her hold over the five maids remains intact.
That, of course, means they cannot be freed. However, in what could be said to be a simple wave of the hand, all five collars came off.
“Why does it feel like all I have learned and known in the 100,000 years I have lived seems to be useless when trying to understand these people?”
“Where are they from? Who are they, and why does it feel like the most monstrous of them is that dragon kid with the beautiful hair?”
“Indeed. They all seem to refer to him as master, yet I don’t see any slave collar or slave mark on them.”
“Very strange indeed. I wonder which powerhouse gave birth to such a monster.”
While everyone was filled with questions with no answers, Inaya looked at Kenna and then turned to Kent and asked, “How was she able to do that? Even it would have taken me a minute to sever the slave link.”
Kent smiled and looked at Kenna before answering, “She is special.”
Kenna liked her master’s response, so she kissed him on the cheek before vanishing back into the Soul Universe. Inaya smirked but planned to ask Vexthra and the rest of her sisters.
If only she knew that not even Vexthra had met the three soul warriors Kent had created so far. Kenna was the second soul warrior, whose nature as a Void Reaper enabled her to infiltrate souls unnoticed and sever soul connections.
Her [Astral Severance] allows her to perceive the connections linked to the soul and sever them. She usually has to enter the soul, which she could do using the void. So the slave collars were merely trinkets before her.
After she was gone, Kent turned and looked at the five ladies, who had become stunned, staring at the shackles that had bound their souls in servitude for years now broken on the ground.
“I know you all have questions, which I will answer. But for now, follow Kailan. He will take you somewhere to rest. I will come see you when I am done here.”
They nodded, and before long, they appeared somewhere in Gaiaville.
Kent and the rest continued to wait for Uncle Drake to finish torturing the poor Tattooed Man. Thankfully, after a few minutes, he managed to bring him to the door of death.
[Master, I would like to harvest this man’s soul,] from within the Soul Universe, Bello, Kent’s third soul warrior, requested. Kent didn’t even have to ask what he would do with it since he knew Bello was basically the Grim Reaper, or at least a messenger of the Grim Reaper.
Hearing his request, he called out to his old-time friend, “Uncle Drake, a subordinate of mine needs his soul, so if you don’t mind.” Turning sharply, Uncle Drake’s eyes finally landed on Kent, bringing a smile to his face. He took one step and appeared before Kent, the Tattooed Man, held by the neck.
“Long time no see, Kid, or should I say Chaos?”
“Whichever you prefer, old friend.” Uncle Drake laughed joyfully and tossed the near-death Tattooed Man to Avotha, who caught him and pressed his finger against his forehead.
This time, instead of sealing him, he mouthed a few creepy words and pulled back his finger, reaping out an astral copy of the Tattooed Man, his soul.
The man screamed and tried to fight back, but it was futile. All around watching, many flinched, and a few took several steps back, their backs breaking into cold sweat.
Avotha retrieved a black talisman and pressed it against the forehead of the soul he had extracted. It shrank, and before long, the only thing that remained was a ball of soul.
Kent reached for it, and after a quick look, it vanished into the Soul Universe, appearing before Bello.
[Thank you, Master. I will be going into seclusion now. Once I am out, I will hopefully reach the Immortal Emperor or Immortal Monarch stage.]
‘Good luck, buddy. Just don’t be there for too long. It won’t be long before we embark on our final mission in the High World.’
[Okay, Master.]
Uncle Drake sized Avotha up and smiled. “Some friends you have, Chaos.”
Kent smirked and turned toward the darkness a couple of kilometers away. “The same can be said for you. If I didn’t know better, I would say she is one of those creepy shadows that used to follow you around.”
Uncle Drake smiled and scratched his head. “My Dragon Warriors all fell during the Great War, but fate had mercy on their souls and reincarnated them. I have only managed to reunite with Daliah and Umai.”
“Daliah was the one who severed my ear back then, right?”
Uncle Drake laughed and tapped Kent on the shoulder. “You aren’t still hung up on that humiliation, are you?”
“Of course not. I have already formed millions of ways to torture her. But that is all in the past now. I am a new person, a changed person, if you will.”
Kent turned and looked at the darkness and smiled. “Daliah dear, no need to hide from me. Big Daddy Chaos has already forgiven you.”
Hidden inside the darkness, Daliah trembled, her legs turning wobbly. Kent could not see her, but Inaya, Avotha, and Uncle Drake could.
Seeing her reaction, Inaya grabbed Kent’s slightly long dragon ear and pulled on it. “Stop scaring the young lady.”
Inaya turned and looked at Daliah. “Hi, my name is Inaya, the Ten Emotions Sword Supreme. Why don’t you come out? I will not allow this brat to hurt you.”
Daliah hesitated for a few seconds, and then she cleared the darkness. It was then that everyone saw why she had put up the darkness in the first place.
They all gasped, some taking even more steps back.
All around the black mansion, three Demigods and twenty-four Immortal Lords had been tied up using a strange-looking red rope, all of them unconscious. The rest had been killed, their heads arranged into a pyramid.
