Reborn as the Genius Son of the Richest Family - Chapter 1177 Global

The notifications kept on coming without any intentions of stopping. It actually made him panic.
But he shouldn’t have, right? This wasn’t wrong, per se. After all, he was earning Spirit! This was the very thing that allowed a Nascent Spirit cultivator to increase their cultivation! Many of his peers would kill to earn a single spirit.
However, he was unnerved by the fact that he was earning so many of them even though he didn’t know why.
He was earning tens of them in mere seconds.
It didn’t stop until he reached 65 spirit earned in just less than twenty seconds. Then, a new notification popped up.
[You have earned the maximum amount of Spirit for your current level. Please advance to the next stage to accept new Spirits. The subsequent Spirit earned will be stored until you have achieved a breakthrough.]
Michael was flabbergasted. He actually earned enough Spirit to advance to the 2nd stage of the Nascent Spirit realm!
He was very much glad to see this happen, but he just couldn’t understand why. He’d think that if he earned this much Spirit, he’d immediately know what he did to earn it.
But now was not the time to think about that. He had four Nascent Spirit cultivators to fight off!
Huntrax brought out his sling, and began shooting the Ersatz cultivators, keeping them at bay. Each one of those shots pierced through the very veil of reality itself.
The Ersatz Diamonds did all they could to defend from the attack, using their Nascent Influence to deflect some of the attacks.
Michael had a feeling that if he got in the way of this fight, he’d quickly find himself in a very dangerous situation.
“Escape now!” said Huntrax. “I’ll hold them off!”
He was only in the 1st stage of Nascent Spirit. His opponents were in the high 6th stage and above. Huntrax himself was at the peak of the Nascent Realm. The difference between him and them was as vast as the difference between a mortal and a 1st stage Nascent Spirit Maugnetic.
A large shadow manifested on the bottom of Michael’s shoes as he used his Shadow Teleportation magic to disappear from everyone’s sight.
The Ersatz Diamond leaders cursed under their breaths. But they couldn’t follow after him. Huntrax was holding them down with his Nascent Influence.
Now that Michael was gone, he was able to unleash his power in its fullest form.
A powerful surge of power emanated out of Huntrax. It reached the Ersatz cultivators, blinding them.
This was a different kind of blindness. They didn’t just lose their sight, but all of their senses as well.
They lost their sense of touch, sight, scent, hearing, and even their tastes. It would feel like they were in a deep sleep, like their souls were frozen in a deep black space that they couldn’t run away from.
Their real bodies staggered, unable to move at all.
“Star-ending cluster,” Huntrax mutters as four flaming gas giants emerged in front of him.
These were real stars. Pure, heavenly bodies with sizes much bigger than that of the world. Its destructive power was enough to destroy anything it touched.
It was only through Huntrax’s reality-bending powers that he was able to contain its size in a pellet as small as a pebble.
And just as he was about to shoot them towards the Ersatz warriors, a change in the atmosphere broke his concentration.
It was subtle. Like a soft breeze turning the warm ambiance into something much cooler.
Except, this one was more insidious. The cold crept into Huntrax’s heart, even making his core drop a few degrees of temperature.
He couldn’t believe it. “Nascent Influence?!” This was Nascent Influence, but at a scale, magnitude, and power that was so unbelievable that Huntrax could barely believe that it was even possible.
This Nascent Influence was even enough to disrupt Huntrax’s own power, allowing the four tErsatz Diamond leaders to break out of their stupor.
But instead of focusing on them, Huntrax simply looked up at the skies. Fear, worry, and anxiety flashed across his face.
“No, no, no,” he repeated. “This can’t be.”
The four Ersatz leaders laughed as they looked at the skies. Their eyes reflected worship.
“HAHAHAHA! GRANDMASTER!”
“He has done it! Now the world will know to appreciate what we have done!”
“All hail the new world. Destruction to the old!”
Huntrax dropped down to his knees, utterly defeated. “I should have known, damn it. This was just a distraction!”
It was only now that he realized that everything that had been happening was simply a way for everyone’s eyes to steer away from Ersatz true goal. From the Grandmaster’s true goal.
And now, they have succeeded. The Grandmaster was able to ensnare the entire world in an unbreakable Nascent Influence, forever changing the reality of the world.
He couldn’t even think of the consequences of such actions. The way that this would disrupt everything was still unspoken and unrealized, but Huntrax could surmise that it would literally turn the whole world upside down.
Or worse, it could cause turmoil, strife, and war that would decimate populations.

[Nascent Influence detected…]

Michael was above the island Fortress that had imprisoned the Heavenly Shooter.
He said that he would escape, but he just couldn’t leave Huntrax alone. He had been thinking of a way to help Huntarx defeat those Ersatz leaders, when he felt the same dreadful feeling come from him. It was like a signal that came from the very center of the Earth itself.
And for the first time, even ChatJK6 was unable to fully protect him from the insidious effects.
ChatJK6!
[Permis—permission to%^#*]
A high-pitched noise echoed inside Michael’s head, making him wince.
[Protocol 16259 taking place. Using all Soo drops in inventory to forcefully induce an evolution.]
Then, ChatJK6went silent. The only consolation he had was the fact that the invisible, insidious Nascent Influence had finally gone silent, and he had returned to his normal self.
