Strongest Hammer God - Chapter 841 - The Cult’s Support

Kyle focused on the Blessing of the Lord, and moments later, it activated.
Once again, Kyle saw the image of the Lord appearing in front of him.
“What is it?” the Lord asked.
Usually, the Lord just ordered Kyle to report, but since their last conversation, his attitude and tone had shifted.
“Good news, I’m no longer a criminal,” Kyle said. “Bad news, I’m still somewhat stuck, but for a different reason.”
Kyle gave the Lord a quick rundown of what had happened since they had last talked, but the Lord quickly interrupted him.
“What title are you currently using?”
“Azure Comet,” Kyle answered.
When the Lord heard that, one of his brows rose.
“Have you been in conflict with some powerful Organizations recently?”
“Yeah, how did you know?” Kyle asked.
“Just to be sure, everyone currently knows you as Azure Comet, and most people know you because of your Formation Arrays, correct?” the Lord asked.
“Wait, you heard of me?” Kyle asked in surprise.
The Lord nodded. “I have,” he answered.
“How?” Kyle asked in shock. He knew that he was quite famous, or infamous, but he was only famous in the Secondary Sector. Yet, even someone like the Lord had heard of him.
“We have Parasites,” the Lord said.
“Not all Parasites are talented enough to join a Lower or even Higher Supreme Organization. One of your original targets was a Lower Primary Organization. Naturally, we also have Parasites who operate in Secondary Sectors.”
“My Parasites have told me about Azure Comet. In fact, if I hadn’t known about your status as a criminal, I would have already sent someone to recruit or kill Azure Comet.”
Kyle took a deep breath. Without noticing, his new identity had already become a target of the Cult of Final Fate.
“What do you need?” the Lord asked. “I would assume that you’re currently facing a problem.”
Kyle rubbed the back of his head. “Yeah, I might need some help or advice.”
“What can you offer us in exchange?” the Lord asked.
“I killed Ray of Judgment, a member of the Contrast Empire. Most likely, he would have also become a Legendary Crusher. I also destroyed Dawnlight, one of the biggest Organizations in the Secondary Sector, which was also associated with the Contrast Empire.”
“I stopped all the other Organizations from creating Legendary Crushers, and if everything works out, I will continue to do so for over a thousand years. I’ve also killed five Disciples of Inner World. That should be worth something, right?”
The Lord nodded. “That’s worth quite a bit. With these contributions, you can ask for a couple of things. Tell me about your current issue, and I will advise you accordingly.”
“Thanks,” Kyle said before telling the Lord about his current situation.
“I probably need about a thousand more years to comprehend my Complex Law, and I will need another century or two to advance. However, the Chief Overseer believes that I don’t have that much time left. I probably only have a couple of centuries left. I need more time, but I don’t know how I can possibly gain more time,” Kyle explained.
The Lord looked at Kyle with a serious expression.
“My first and most important piece of advice: Never join Inner World unless the Cult explicitly tells you to.”
Kyle blinked a couple of times. “Why? I thought you would be interested in Inner World’s secrets.”
“We are,” the Lord answered, “but I do not have the power to keep your identity secret. We have a couple of Parasites in different Higher Supreme Organizations, but we only have a single one in Inner World. The reason is that Inner World’s Formation Arrays are so advanced that we can’t hide our Blessings in front of them.”
“You have my Blessing, and my power is not sufficient to keep it secret in front of Inner World.”
Kyle took a deep breath.
He remembered how he had thought about accepting the recruitment offer.
“If he had accepted, he would have died,” Kyle thought.
“Well, lucky I didn’t accept then,” Kyle said with a helpless smile.
The Lord nodded. “As for your actual problem, there are some things we can do. One of these is to attack the Secondary Sector.”
“How would that help?” Kyle asked.
“Secondary Sectors are important locations for the Contrast Empire, and they almost always harbor important Disciples from powerful Organizations. We usually focus on some of these Secondary Sectors at a time.”
“We launch several raids at several locations. We destroy resources and Law Wells, kill most Transcendents and Primals, assassinate individual powerful Crushers, eradicate all the beasts, and other things.”
“This ruins the natural cycle of the Secondary Sector. Seekers will leave, and the Organizations lose security, making them less prone to send declarations of battle.”
“The Secondary Sector has to go through a lengthy period of recovery as a result. This might buy you another 500 to 1,000 years, since we are doing these raids anyway. I only need to redirect a planned attack on another Secondary Sector to yours.”
“However, there are some problems, which I’m sure you have already noticed.”
Kyle nodded.
“An attack from you would summon Sages, Spirit Lords, and Ascendants from the Contrast Empire, who might recognize me as a Disciple of the Array of Stars. The timing of the attack would also be too coincidental. The Array of Stars wouldn’t suspect that I’m still working as a Parasite,” he said.
“Correct,” the Lord said. “Another option would be for us to participate in the Secondary Sector. I can send some of my Crusher agents to the Secondary Sector undercover. With their substantial power, they can create a new Organization, which will act very aggressively.”
“This can also buy you a couple of centuries. However, this option also has problems.”
Kyle nodded again.
“It’s risky for them, and if they get found out, some people might suspect me of being a member as well. After all, I would be the one who would benefit the most.”
“Correct,” the Lord said. “Another option would be to give you access to substantial learning materials about Formation Arrays.”
“Compared to other Organizations, we do not need to act like we don’t know how Formation Arrays work since we already have them.”
“I can give you access to them, and after some learning, your Formation Arrays will be powerful enough to defend against several Unique Crushers.”
Kyle sighed.
“Yeah, as always, there are risks.”
“This would only help him against the Contrast Empire’s first attempt to get rid of him. A second one would soon follow, and that one wouldn’t be easy to resist. Even more, if Kyle managed to kill a bunch of Unique Crushers from the Contrast Empire, they might just decide to declare him a criminal.”
“On top of that, the power of his Formation Arrays couldn’t possibly be hidden, which would indirectly confirm that he knew a lot about Inner World’s Formation Arrays.”
How could he possibly explain or justify knowing that much about their Formation Arrays?
Additionally, learning about Formation Arrays would take time away from Kyle’s comprehension, not add more.
“These are all the ways that can buy you more time,” the Lord said.
Kyle sighed.
He didn’t like any of them.
“However,” the Lord said, “while I can’t think of more ways to buy you time, I can think of a way to save time.”
“But it’s dangerous.”
