Sumatra's Greatest Fan - Chapter 194: Precursor To Nusantara Expedition

Chapter 194: Precursor To Nusantara Expedition
Mystic Sumatra Art–Complete Satiety!
Three days later, Torq returned to the Gold Varahan Library and obtained the commissioned Skill. As he accessed the Information Slip containing the respective Skill, SaeKera explained its properties.
“You can completely switch off your sense of hunger. You will feel bloated however, during the duration of your deactivation of this sense.” SaeKera continued, “We’ve already confirmed its effectiveness on a Spectral Boar who is serving as a Librarian.”
The Skill of Complete Satiety cost a total of 9850 Credits, most of which went to the Spectral Boar who was instrumental in its creation.
Mystic Sumatra Art–Prana Blood!
By taking advantage of the imprinting characteristics of Mystic Sumatra Art, a greater amount of Prana could be added to the blood circulating through the body. It did cause strain to the blood vessels, and can even explode them, if pushed beyond tolerance capacity.
However, by ensuring the majority of the strain was placed on the blood vessels instead, the Spirit Container wasn’t harmed by this action. Thanks to it, physical injuries didn’t matter, as they can be easily healed.
When pushed to the limit, the Skill of Prana Blood can circulate the entirety of the Spirit Container’s Prana capacity within the blood stream. This was limited to the Body Stage.
If the Life Stage’s worth of Prana was used, the blood vessels would instantly rupture, so caution has to be placed while using the Skill.
Since the Skill already existed in the Gold Varahan Library, it was pretty cheap, only costing 160 Credits.
Mystic Sumatra Art–Influence Ejection!
Among the various choices, Torq selected this Skill, since he liked its functions the best. The Skill of Influence Ejection takes advantage of Mystic Sumatra Art’s imprinting capabilities to selectively filter through the accumulating influence across the body and imprint it upon the blood in a certain portion.
This spot was the lungs, and through the Skill, either lung could be selected. Upon activation, foul blood will gather in the lungs, imprinted by the excess influence plaguing the body.
The user will then have to rip out the lung, effectively getting rid of the excess influence. The Skill has to be practiced repeatedly, as its efficiency of filtration and accumulation wasn’t high.
It cost a lot of Prana. However, its usage effectively allowed one to shave off a good portion of their accumulation influence, which was a godsend for Torq.
It only cost 130 Credits, despite its impressive uses.
Mystic Sumatra Art–Glove Slip!
This was by far the most mysterious Skill of them all, allowing its user to detect the existence of all Information Slips in their vicinity and access or add information to them all.
Wean Clansman could only treat Vara as their Spirit Weapon. With the Skill of Glove Slip, however, they can treat every Spirit Weapon as an Information Slip.
Even the Rutham Slips used by the Brimgan Royals could be accessed by Wean Clansmen possessing the Skill of Glove Slip. It had strategic uses, and hence, even at the Wean Clan, it had been heavily restricted.
Only those permitted by the Celestial Boar could learn this Skill. And if anyone were caught disseminating the information of this Skill, they will obtain his ire.
’There’s only one existence who could create something this absurd.’ Torq thought upon staring at the Skill of Glove Slip.
The Skill’s creator was the same individual responsible for creating Mystic Sumatra Art–Yarsha Zahara. At present, it cost a whopping 1700 Credits, the most expensive in the Gold Varahan Library.
’If only she hadn’t gotten killed, Sumatra’s situation would have been leagues better.’ Torq shook his head and bode farewell to SaeKera.
Other than the four Skills he had purchased, Torq also had one other Skill, developed during his previous life. And through extensive usage recently, he had developed it to its true potential.
Prime Skill–Empyrean Extraction!
With Four Skills and one Prime Skill, he was ready to enter Nusantara Continent. Torq had also extensively purchased the processed meat of Gold Grade Pranic Beasts, which had been preserved by sprinkling a variety of medicines upon.
This way, the Prana present in the processed meat will be retained for an extended time, ensuring they won’t lose their value over time. Torq paid a premium to ensure the medicines were the highest quality possible, so that when the meat was stored in his Storage Lantern, they would never be spoiled.
He casually strolled through the Wean Clan’s territory, appearing free, without any bearings upon him, when in reality, he had everything in his Storage Lantern. The space of the Storage Lantern was retained within his bones, compressed to the extreme without affecting the goods stored within.
And upon a thought from him, the Storage Lantern would exit his bones and appear outside, allowing him to interact with it.
Moreover, with the way it is created, the Minor Treasure won’t sustain any damage as long as even a single portion of Torq’s bone remains intact. As long as he ensures that, the Minor Treasure would be able to preserve itself.
Of course, if his entire skeletal system gets crushed, the Minor Treasure would equally suffer damage. And depending on the extent of damage, it would be fully destroyed.
And upon destruction, the space within the Storage Lantern would synchronise with reality, which meant a volume of 8000 cubic metres would erupt out of him, vaporising his body in the process.
This was something he had to keep in mind, before recklessly going about with his fights.
As for his Tangible Natures, Torq had two–Empyrean Rhully, and Boutique Lizard.
The Boutique Lizard Tangible Nature had obtained the genetic material of a Yoked Wyrm, able to spawn as many Yoked Wyrms as it wanted. Torq could add them to a forest patch and allow them to propagate in large numbers, which he could feast upon next.
’Attach, defence, research, detection, and recovery, I have covered all of them to the best of my current capabilities.’ Torq thought and let out a mild sigh, reaching his home to see AuraBuntara jump into his embrace.
“Don’t GO!” She shouted, prompting Torq to focus the next couple hours on consoling her. And then, he had to stop upon hearing a loud knock on the door. Torq’s body grew alert in response, feeling his heart accelerate in tension.
“I’ll return safe and sound.” He patted AuraBuntara, “Promise me you’ll grow strong by the time I return.”
“I’ll become stronger than you.” AuraBuntara wiped her tears and spoke in sadness, “I’ll be so strong, even Ancestor won’t be my match. That way, I can protect you.”
“Alright, I’ll count on you for that.” With a soft tone, he got up and approached the door to his house, stunned to see the person standing in wait, “Mother?”
“Let’s go,” MyuraBuntara expressed curtly, “The expedition is starting soon.”
