Summoners War: Only I Summoned Divine Beasts - Chapter 1592: Recreating the Past

Chapter 1592: Recreating the Past
The Sun Authority enveloped the entire city easily, as Jinwu’s domain was probably the biggest one among all of them.
Then, Nathan took advantage of this area to apply his domain. The time element was flowing into Jinwu’s Sun Authority.
Considering Jinwu’s domain also had a trace of the time element since he manipulated the time of the sun, Nathan could infuse his domain much easier.
Of course, Jinwu had done this a couple of times in the past with other divine beasts, such as Anubis. It wasn’t that hard to match with Nathan.
Then, Mae infused her illusion into the domain, enveloping the entire city.
Once she was ready, she looked at Anubis and Xolotl. “Please stand at least two meters from me. Let my power flow into your minds so that I can extract your memories easily.”
Both of them trusted Mae fully and allowed her to do whatever she wanted.
“Are all of you ready?” Mae asked.
“Please begin.” Nathan gave confirmation.
Mae then clapped her hands.
The entire area started changing from their position to the entire fortress.
“Memory of the Dead.” Anubis and Xolotl poured their power into the crystal.
The scenery changed one more time according to what Anubis and Xolotl could see from the trace of the death energy.
“To think that someone can trace the death energy to this extent. That little wolf’s sister is so capable,” muttered Xolotl. “Should we give him a ’wolf for sale’ sign or something?”
The divine beasts chuckled.
“Ankh of Reincarnation!” Anubis activated his power.
The scenery was refined further.
The buildings around the area were gradually reconstructed according to the Memory of the Dead.
The fortress city was a quite massive city. The population seemed to be around forty to fifty thousand people.
There was actually a water source near the mountain that kept the entire population alive, but after getting destroyed, the water source seemed to have been erased as well.
Nathan and the others gradually lifted up their bodies into the air to get a better view of the fortress. However, they couldn’t go too high, or the ability would be broken.
Nathan spun his body slowly.
Next to the cliff, there was a massive building that seemed to be used by all the important people. It looked similar to a government building or a castle.
Despite it being a city, there didn’t seem to be any place to play around like a normal city. Rather, they could see at least several training fields used by the soldiers.
Due to the natural terrain advantage, they built a wall from one side of a cliff to the other.
Still, the city looked much more primitive than any city he had seen. The road was still dirt, and the housing was using wood and straw.
There were a few buildings made of stone.
Nathan pointed at those houses. “Jinwu. You should check those places with stones. They must be either wealthy families or government buildings. Check them for now.”
“Should I just skip the buildings for the rich?”
“Check it for now. Rich people often have collections. Arts and stuff. Some are collecting important books. We need those books, but yes, you can focus on the government building first, especially the biggest one. Most likely, it’s a castle used by the most influential person in this fortress city.”
“Understood.” Jinwu immediately took off.
“Qilin?”
Qilin shook his head. “Nothing. I can’t see anything yet.”
“Got it.” Nathan snapped his fingers. “Anubis, Xolotl. We should begin recreating the people.”
“What do you think we’re doing right now? Recreating the buildings is easy because they’re not moving, but the humans will be moving, so we’ll have to keep track of every single individual if you want an accurate depiction. Or do you just want us to keep it simple?”
Nathan thought for a moment. “Sorry, keep going then. It’s better to have it as accurately as possible. If we can see where people are running to, we can spot a few details we have missed.”
“Yeah. So, give us more time. Thirty minutes, maybe.”
“Take your time then.” Nathan then headed to Garuda and Peng. “Garuda, Peng. Let’s start sweeping, especially the ones that are not used here, such as the corpses.”
“Got it.” The two of them immediately formed a gale, carrying away all the aliens that had died in the battle earlier.
“Anyway, I will be moving around. Please tell me when you are ready.” Nathan waved his hand.
“Let me go with you.” Qilin rushed to Nathan.
Xolotl and Anubis didn’t say anything, so they split up for the time being.
Nathan might be curious about the biggest building, but he didn’t plan to go too far. He first visited the nearest stone building.
It looked like a small mansion. Since it had been reduced to rubble, Nathan could only fly around to enter the illusion and check any details within that building.
He could see the office and a few bookshelves, but he couldn’t see anything special from this mansion. The only thing noticeable was the training ground within the mansion.
As expected of the Asura Palace, even a mansion like this would have a personal training ground that could be used to train a few hundred people.
Qilin said, “There is nothing wrong in this place. This guy knows nothing about arrangements, so it’s a mess. But that’s understandable.”
“Now that I think about it, can you explain to me about feng shui? Just briefly.”
“If you want a simple explanation, it’s as simple as arranging buildings, objects, and space in an environment to achieve harmony and balance.
“In the ancient times, where ena is abundant, objects and buildings do have their energy, unlike the modern times where you came from.
“Arranging the flow of this element can improve your health, relationships, and bring luck and prosperity.
“You may think it is nonsense, but if we simplify it to a modern perspective, having a house with good airflow, a comfortable temperature, and a relaxed atmosphere will do good to your health. When you go home, you won’t argue with your wives because you feel relaxed. You feel the warmth of a family and the coolness of the atmosphere.
“With such a harmonious relationship, you will feel good when working, which improves your luck and prosperity.
“Meanwhile, this place has a weird flow of energy, and I’m still figuring out what’s happening. It’s like they’re trying to gather this flow to a certain point… maybe to a building, a weapon, or… a person.”
“A person?” Nathan raised his eyebrows. “Asura?”
