“Besides, our death won’t affect my boss. He won’t be the one to pay for our deaths. You will be the one to pay. After we are dead, he can just hire another batch.”

The attendant made good points, so Loki changed his tactics and said, “Never mind then. I will find him myself.”

As the ball of light scattered, her memories surged into his mind. Some of the fragments of her mind fell into the white ocean below and were immediately dissolved. But he didn’t lose every fragment to the corrosive water.

He was able to grab hold of the memory he wanted by using the Memory Read Metac. When he used the Memory Read Metac, he discovered that her memories had become easier to read. Unfortunately, there was nothing left of her mind when he was done.

What he saw made his eyes light up and say, “So their boss is a seer with the Knowledge Network Life Ability. What an interesting development. I have to admit that I didn’t expect this.”

As he said this, he turned his attention towards what was happening in the physical world.

In the physical world, the attendant’s eyes became vacant. Then she fell down dead.
