THE GOD EATER - Chapter 441: Rock Giant.

Chapter 441: Rock Giant.
After he was done with clearing up his traces, he left the shop and took to the skies. His destination was the heavenly city above the skies. For now, he plans to update all of his Branch Metacs and prepare for the Heavenly Battlefield.
When he stayed in his room in the heavenly city and witnessed the capture of a small world, he understood far more than he did during the fight time he saw the scene.
First, there was a roar of anger that was so loud it shattered glass in windows, plates, and cups. Then the Roar shook the floating city and caused it to sway.
This time, the roar of anger didn’t cause his head to buzz when he heard it. He was able to hear the sound and remain unaffected.
He was also able to hear another much quieter roar of unwillingness from the will of the world. This was something he didn’t hear the first time around.
He had seen this scene many times before and had long lost interest in it. But now that he was different and could see things differently, he decided to see the scene again and see if he could learn new things from it.
When he reached the window of his apartment and looked out, the first thing he saw were the people who had fainted across the city. These people were lying on the ground with blood leaking from their ears and noses.
This sight made him say, “It must be pretty uncommon for a small world to be captured and subdued near the heavenly city for these people to be caught off guard by the collateral damage of the battle.”
“If this level of disturbance is common, then these people should have prepared better to deal with it. With this level of preparedness, most of them would have died if this roar of anger were a common everyday occurrence.”
As he was talking to himself, another sonic attack came out of nowhere and struck the city. This roar was louder than the previous ones. It was also more pitiful.
He heard a loud, piercing scream of sadness in that roar, saying, “Nooooooo!”
The scream shattered the fragments of the shattered glass from before and caused the world to sway beneath him. But none of these affected him. His gaze had moved up to the limit of the heavens to see what was going on.
As he looked up, he saw a large crystal ball descend from the black veil in the sky. This crystal ball itself was small and about the size of the heavenly city, but what was inside it was hundreds of kilometers across.
So while the crystal ball looked humble on the outside, on the inside, it was as large as a country, so it was many times bigger than the floating city.
Cracks had spread all over the crystal ball, so he could see what was inside it. He could see the large continent as large as a country within the crystal.
He could see an entire world within the crystal that was complete with a sky and a sun. This confirmed the identity of the crystal ball as a small world.
As for why a small world had found its way to the heavens of the Blessed Heaven World, his gaze moved around and found the answer when he saw the golden chains binding the crystal.
In the past, these golden chains were invisible most of the time. They would only flare into existence anytime the large crystal tried to disengage and return to the area beyond the black veil of the heavens.
But now, he could see the golden chains all the time. Not only were they binding the crystal, but they also extended below and above the crystal world to form an all-encompassing golden net.
He also saw that not only were the chains preventing the small world from escaping, but they were also dragging and pulling it down to the ground of the heavens.
Then he saw someone with a golden fire burning on top of their head appear and enter the crystal world. What followed was another roar of anger.
A voice of anger came from the crystal world, saying, “Get out. Get out now.”
When Loki heard this shout, he snickered and said, “As if they will leave.”
Just as he expected, the divine who entered the small world didn’t get out. What came next was a loud bang that shook the entire crystal world.
Then Loki heard another scream, saying, “Die for me. Die! Die! Die!”
This was said as a scream, so the voice was loud. In fact, the voice sounded and behaved like an explosion in that it created shockwaves.
Loki could see the air around the crystal world expand and explode just before the shockwaves struck the floating city and caused it to sway all over again.
The ground began to shake beneath his feet again, but Loki wasn’t paying it any attention. He was too busy looking at the struggle in the sky to care about anything else.
He didn’t take his eyes off the spectacle in the sky, so he saw that there was someone in the crystal world who was resisting the divine being who had invaded. The fight between the two of them was causing intense flashes of light like the solar flares on the surface of the sun.
This time, he could see what was going on within the small world. So he saw the fight between the two individuals, even though it wasn’t clear because of the far distance.
What he saw made him say, “That must be the world king fighting for his world. But he is already at a disadvantage even with the full support of the world.”
The world king was a rock giant the size of a mountain. The rock giant was so large that it reached the limit of the world. But the enemy was no slouch either.
