When Loki frowned in displeasure because of what Money Body was insinuating, the rank 8 money cultivator said, “I am singling you out because you’re new and ignorant. You might not know this information.”

Then he looked at Nether Flame and Ant Hill and said, “But what I said wasn’t for only the newbie. I am warning you two not to have ideas too.”

“It is better that you give up on the mission and be fined than to backstab the sect. Trust me, you won’t be able to get away with betraying the sect.”

Everyone received what he said in silence. No one spoke up to reveal that the dragon king or other dragons had reached out to them.

So he said, “That’s good to hear. It seems I was the only one to whom the dragon spoke.”

This bombshell immediately made the other three curious. But even though they wanted to know what the dragon king said, they didn’t urge him to speak.

Fortunately, Money Body didn’t plan to withhold information from them. He said, “The dragon king told me to leave, or I will die. He said this while the other five world kings roamed around. So I think he let the other world kings appear as a show of force to me.”

“He wanted to pressure me into leaving. The fact that he did that instead of fighting me must mean that he is wary of me.”

At this point, he chuckled and said, “It is a good thing that he was wary of me. But if I listened to him and decided to leave, he wouldn’t have let me go.”

“By backing down, I would be signaling to him that I was weak and afraid of him. He would definitely have made a move to kill all of us at that point.”

Then he stopped chuckling, and his tone became serious as he said, “The truth is that I am somewhat afraid of him.”

His face had become solemn now, so there was no room to think that he was joking with them. While it might not be a good idea to admit weakness, he didn’t seem to mind.

“Now, now. There is no use panicking. I don’t think he can defeat and kill me. I am just now confident in being able to defeat and kill him.”

“If we fight, the best I think I can come out is a pyrrhic victory. This is why I didn’t dare pretend to be weak with him and allow him to attack me then.”

“If I had been confident of victory, I would have pretended to give up and let him take the bait by approaching me. But I am not confident, which is why I decided to take a strategic stance.”

The tone of his voice was still serious, but now he had begun looking at them in the face as he said, “My strategy is to weaken the dragon king by killing his underlings. It is a sound strategy, but I believe that the dragon king also wants to use this strategy. So I am sure that they will try to kill you three before they come after me.”

The three of them felt a chill when they heard this. Any Hill in particular, who was already running out of lifespan, took this information far more seriously than the other two.

Her words made Money Body snort and say, “Calm yourself down. The dragon king won’t make a move against you personally. He is wary of me, so he won’t expose himself and do something that will let me catch him off guard.”

“The dragon king will send out his subordinates to kill my subordinates. If I make a move against his subordinates, he will take advantage of the opportunity to kill all of you or attack me when I’m distracted.”

“Either way, the two of us won’t be making any move any time soon. The upcoming fights will be between the three of you and the five dragon underlings.”

The three of them immediately relaxed when they heard this. But Ant Hill was the most affected.

She sighed in relief and said, “In that case, I can still fight. As long as Nether Flame takes care of the rank 7 dragon, I can take care of the rank 6 ones.”

Money Body glanced at her with a skeptical look. But he didn’t say anything to refute her claims.

Instead, he said to the three of them, “The dragon king is confident in the number of underlings that it has. It believes that the five can over the three of you. To be honest, I’m not sure he is wrong.”

Nether Flame immediately spoke up to defend himself as he said, “They only have one Divine Metac. What’s there to fear?”

In response, Money Body nodded and said, “That’s true. They have only Divine Metac, while some of you have two or even three. But this doesn’t mean that you’re stronger than them.”

He pointed to the ocean beneath them and said, “Don’t forget that all of them use this world as their Cave Heaven. Since this world is more than a billion square kilometers, while none of you have Cave Heaven up to 500 million square kilometers, I’ll see the advantage of Cave Heavens is firmly in their favor.”

Nether Flame’s face tightened when he heard this. Money Body saw this and decided to say something to help him relax.

He said, “I have faith in your prowess. I’m sure that the rank 7 dragons won’t be a problem for you. After all, you have three Divine Metacs which you have mastered completely and can use together for an ultimate move.”
