Through the holographic drone feed, Team 11 watched as the surrounding vegetation grew increasingly grotesque. The trees were no longer green, twisted crimson veins spread across their bark like pulsing blood vessels. Even the roots beneath the ground seemed to throb faintly.

“…Disgusting,” Sana muttered.

Feiry walked forward fearlessly, flames flickering continuously around his body and lighting up the dark surroundings. Lighty moved calmly beside him, radiating gentle waves of golden light.

The two Druids advanced deeper without hesitation.

Soon, the first Vampire Spawn appeared.

A twisted humanoid creature crawled out from beneath a broken carriage near the swamp’s edge. Its limbs bent at unnatural angles, blood-covered fangs protruded from its mouth, and dark veins covered its half-rotten pale skin.

The moment it sensed living beings, its head snapped violently toward them.

“SKREEEECH!!”

The horrifying scream echoed through the forest.

Then, more movement stirred.

One. Three. Seven. Dozens of Vampire Spawns began emerging from the shadows. Some crawled on all fours like beasts, while others hung upside down from the trees like giant bats.

Several Team 11 members tensed up as they watched through the drone feed.

Rohit frowned. “That number is growing way too fast…”

However, Feiry simply cracked his neck casually and smiled.

“Oh? So this is today’s entertainment?”

The next second, the ground beneath him erupted in flames.

Massive burning vines exploded outward violently. The moment they touched the Spawn, their bodies ignited instantly.

Several Spawn tried charging through the flames, but before they could get close, Lighty calmly raised one hand.

Her body was grotesquely swollen, with countless blood veins connecting her directly to the nest.

The moment she sensed Feiry and Lighty approaching, the entire Hollow Creek forest trembled violently.

Then, thousands of horrifying screeches erupted at once from the depths of the darkness.

Through the drone feed, Team 11 watched as shadows surged between the trees from every direction. The ground trembled violently as hundreds of Vampire Spawns rushed toward Feiry and Lighty.

“…That’s not dozens anymore,” Deepak muttered gravely.

At a glance, there were already hundreds. Some crawled across the ground like feral beasts, while others leapt between trees with unnatural speed. Several larger Spawn dragged swollen blood sacs behind them.

Standing in the middle of the burning forest, Feiry grinned with excitement.

“Now this feels much better.”

Dozens of Spawn lunged at him simultaneously. However, before they could reach him, golden light erupted across the battlefield.

Lighty expanded a massive radiant shield around them. The charging Spawns slammed into the barrier, only to recoil violently as their flesh burned from the holy energy.

At the same moment, Feiry raised both arms.

A gigantic torrent of blazing fire erupted forward like a dragon’s roar. Everything in its path was instantly incinerated. Trees exploded, the ground melted, and entire groups of Spawn were burned alive before they could even scream.

Team 11 watched in stunned silence. The sheer destructive power far exceeded what most ordinary awakeners could achieve.

Deeper inside the nest, the Spawn Mother finally stirred. Her enormous body detached from the organic walls as thick blood vessels snapped one by one. She let out a piercing scream that briefly distorted the drone feed.

Immediately afterward, all the nearby Spawn entered a frenzied state. Their speed increased dramatically, and their eyes glowed blood-red.

“They’ve been strengthened,” Rohit said urgently. “The Mother is buffing them.”

Lighty calmly raised one hand.

A massive wave of radiant energy swept across the battlefield. The holy light clashed directly with the Spawn Mother’s blood-red aura.

Numerous Spawn shrieked in agony. Several weaker ones collapsed instantly. Even the Spawn Mother recoiled, her regeneration visibly weakening.

Vikram smiled faintly. “As expected. Light attribute completely suppresses corruption-type enemies.”

However, the Spawn Mother was far from defeated.

Suddenly, the dozens of giant flesh sacs hanging around the nest burst open.

The entire Hollow Creek region transformed into a blazing inferno. Trees exploded into splinters, blood nests ignited, and countless Spawn screamed in agony as they were consumed by overwhelming flames.

“…They’re even more terrifying than Pooja’s fire, and she’s an S-Rank Awakener?” Arjun muttered in disbelief.

The next moment, Feiry reappeared directly above the Spawn Mother. His entire body blazed with intense power as the flames around him shifted from deep crimson to radiant golden-red solar flames.

Massive radiant fire vines erupted downward from the sky.

The burning vines instantly wrapped around the Spawn Mother’s colossal body.

The creature released an ear-piercing scream. Unlike ordinary fire, these solar flames burned both her flesh and corrupted blood energy simultaneously. Her regeneration began failing rapidly.

Meanwhile, Lighty advanced calmly. Golden light spread outward in waves, disintegrating any nearby Spawn that approached.

He raised one hand toward the nest.

A gigantic beam of divine light descended from above.

The central nest exploded instantly. The fleshy cocoon structures vaporized under the overwhelming holy energy, killing dozens of unborn Spawn before they could fully form.

The Spawn Mother began panicking. For the first time, fear appeared in her monstrous eyes.

Her instincts had realized the truth, these two enemies completely countered her. Her regeneration was suppressed, her corruption aura was being purified, and her army was being incinerated faster than she could reproduce.

Feiry landed heavily in front of the giant creature, flames swirling violently around him. He looked directly into her eyes.

“You’re ugly.”

The next second, his fist ignited like a miniature sun. He drove it straight into the Spawn Mother’s chest.

The impact blasted apart half the surrounding nest. The creature’s upper torso exploded inward as burning cracks spread across her gigantic body.

Before she could regenerate, Lighty raised his hand once more. Golden spears of light materialized behind him and fired simultaneously.

“SWISH! SWISH! SWISH!”

Each spear pierced through the Spawn Mother’s core organs and blood channels.

Finally, the creature froze. Her gigantic body trembled violently for several seconds before collapsing inward with a horrifying screech. The blood vessels connected throughout Hollow Creek began drying up instantly.

The remaining Spawn across the forest suddenly lost coordination. Without the Spawn Mother’s control, panic spread. Some began attacking each other madly, while others fled blindly into the burning forest.

Feiry slowly pulled his burning arm out of the destroyed chest cavity. Molten blood dripped from his fist onto the ground. Beside him, Lighty maintained the purification field, ensuring no corrupted remnants survived.

Team 11 remained speechless for several long moments as they watched through the drone feed.

The entire mission had ended far faster than anyone had expected.

Isha quietly exhaled. “This level of combat power… already exceeds normal S-Rank Hunter standards.”

James nodded slowly.

Pooja’s eyes sparkled with awe as she stared at Feiry. “That fire power is incredible…”

Even Deepak muttered quietly, “And these are only his summons…”

At this moment, Vikram suddenly stood up.

“The mission is over. Let’s move in.”

At the center of the destroyed nest, Feiry and Lighty stood calmly waiting. The moment Vikram approached, both Druids turned toward him and bowed their heads respectfully.

Vikram turned to Isha. “Record everything properly.”

Isha immediately understood his intention. Without hesitation, she deployed multiple floating drones across the battlefield.

The drones began capturing detailed footage of the destroyed Spawn nest, the Spawn Mother’s massive corpse, and the countless dead Spawn scattered across the area.

This evidence would serve as solid proof for mission completion and contribution points.

After all, since everything here is destroyed, missions here required official submission proof to the Hunter Federation.
