OMG! Tyrant's Pampered Baby Is a Valued Princess
Chapter 1586: Numb Feet, Fell Down from Upstairs
So Feng Fuce needed to stay behind with his son to handle the aftermath.
Upon learning what happened, Bai Zhi’er quickly asked, “Is our son behaving well?”
As she asked, Feng Linxing was not far away, being interviewed by reporters.
“Little boy, someone captured you going into the fire to rescue people. Why did you have such courage? Can you tell Auntie?”
Feng Linxing frowned at the camera, looking entirely like a little adult with a grumpy face.
“What courage? It’s just fire.”
This response left the reporter speechless.
Feng Fuce gently spoke to his wife, “He’s doing well, being very good. I’m holding him, and he’s eating a lollipop.”
Bai Zhi’er felt relieved, “Thanks for your hard work.”
She added, “I’ll hang up now, honey.”
Feng Fuce hadn’t reacted yet, and there was only the busy tone of “beep beep beep” on the other end.
His brows relaxed, and his thin lips curved into a joyful smile.
Just then, Feng Fuce noticed out of the corner of his eye that his son Feng Linxing evaded the reporter’s microphone.
“Is this thing a lollipop?” The little guy frowned his handsome brows.
As he intended to taste and identify it, Feng Fuce had already gone over with a stern face and picked him up.
Then, Feng Fuce’s long hand pushed aside the camera: “No interviews, ask the police if anything.”
Having said that, he took his son back to the Maybach, accelerating toward the hospital.
Meanwhile, Bai Zhi’er, after hanging up the phone, first performed a divination.
Guided by the divination, she walked to the edge of the rooftop and glanced down.
A long-haired woman was heading toward the building she was in.
Tang Qian tightened her windbreaker, stepping closer in high-heeled shoes of shiny silver.
The cold wind blew the large wavy hair dangling around her chest, revealing a charming face, with her brows and red lips complementing each other.
“Don’t persuade me, I’m definitely not doing this film. You know my boundaries—I don’t take bad scripts, nor act for directors who insult our country!”
Tang Qian rolled her eyes dramatically, reaching into her bag for something: “Okay, stop speaking for them, I won’t take this film, not even for money.”
Just like in the photo, it’s Tang Qian.
Bai Zhi’er didn’t intend to meet her at her front door.
To avoid lingering for too long, lest Tang Qian think she’s a bad person.
She decided to make a spell, directly go downstairs, and fake a chance encounter to ask for a strand of hair.
But this request seemed odd; she didn’t know if Tang Qian would agree.
Bai Zhi’er climbed the rooftop and was about to leap down.
Due to numb feet, she didn’t react in time, and her high heel suddenly tripped on the safety net.
“Ah ah ah—” She fell headfirst.
The speed was so fast that she only managed to wave mana to add a protective barrier for herself.
However—
“Bang!” Bai Zhi’er fell directly onto a car.
She felt slight pain, like being pricked by a needle.
Tang Qian, who had witnessed it all, was stunned. Her beloved car’s alarm sounded harshly in the autumn rain night.
Her car was separated into halves, its front and back slightly raised, and the glass windows shattered all over.
“Holy shit!!” She uttered a curse.
Slowly approaching to discern the object that fell onto her car, it was a young woman in an OL business outfit, looking about twenty.
Her youthful, pretty face appeared slightly pale under the streetlight, yet no blood or wounds were visible.
“Suicide?! Hold on, I’m calling the police for you, no, wait, calling an ambulance!”
