Chu Yunfan pressed the shutter, capturing the beautiful scene of sunlight, a gentle breeze, and youthful charm. The gentle curve of his lips remained, but his gaze had deepened.

Chen Mo and Su Yuqing were enjoying a quiet moment together on the other side of the rooftop. In the distance, the surface of Mirror Moon Lake shimmered like scattered silver.

Su Yuqing leaned against Chen Mo, her heart filled to the brim with happiness. The gentle breeze had long since whisked away her earlier shyness, leaving only a deep affection for the person beside her.

After a little while, the two took a few photos together on the roof before rejoining Zhou Yue and the others. They all chatted and laughed for a bit.

After spending some more time on the roof, the group decided to head to their next destination.

Leaving the expansive view of the library rooftop, they were hit by a refreshing blast of cool air as soon as they stepped inside the library.

But upon exiting the library, the cool air was immediately replaced by a wave of warm air from outside.

"Where to next?" Lin Xiaoxiao asked, looking at Zhou Yue.

Zhou Yue pulled out her phone and scrolled through her meticulously crafted "Campus Exploration Guide." "According to the intel I’ve gathered, the closest spots to the library are Academic Building Three and the Experiment Center. There’s also a small garden over there that’s supposed to be nice!"

"Sounds good, let’s go check it out," Lin Xiaoxiao said with a smile.

Su Yuqing nodded in agreement and subconsciously glanced at Chen Mo.

Zhou Yue caught her glance and turned to the couple. "Are you guys coming with us?"

Chen Mo had no objections, but considering Shen Xinghe, he looked over at him and said, "Let’s see what Xinghe thinks."

"We were planning on exploring the campus and learning our way around anyway. As long as you don’t mind two extra guys tagging along, I’m fine with it," Shen Xinghe said, nodding his agreement.

"What’s there to mind about having two handsome guys with us?" Lin Xiaoxiao chuckled. "Let’s go."

And so, the group of six headed toward the academic district in high spirits.

Zhou Yue and Lin Xiaoxiao were clearly still relishing the "sweetness overload" they’d witnessed on the rooftop. They huddled together, letting out suppressed giggles and whispers from time to time, their teasing gazes darting back and forth over Chen Mo and Su Yuqing’s clasped hands.

Their staring made Su Yuqing a little uncomfortable, and she tried to gently pull her hand away, but Chen Mo only held it tighter.

He turned his head to look at her, his eyes smiling as if to say, ’What are you afraid of?’

Su Yuqing’s face flushed, but a sweet feeling blossomed in her heart, so she let him be.

The buildings in the academic district were noticeably more solemn and orderly.

Academic Building Three was a red-brick structure with an old-fashioned architectural style, covered in lush green ivy that gave it an air of scholarly history.

The Experiment Center next to it, on the other hand, was a brand-new glass-curtain-wall structure, looking thoroughly modern.

The contrast between the two was stark, yet they complemented each other.

"Wow, this experiment building is so impressive!" Lin Xiaoxiao exclaimed. "I wonder what it looks like inside."

"We’ll find out when we have our lab classes. We’ll probably be spending a lot of time in there," Chen Mo added. As medical students, they had a natural interest in the building.

After walking halfway around the Experiment Center, they found a small, meticulously maintained garden just as expected.

The grass was like a green carpet, with various flowers and shrubs planted throughout. A few gravel paths snaked through the area, dotted with several wooden benches.

Though not large, it felt particularly tranquil and pleasant nestled among the academic buildings.

"This place is really nice! We can come sit here when we get tired of studying," said Zhao Ya, who liked these kinds of quiet corners.

As the group strolled along the path, admiring the garden, an old professor with a refined air, dressed in simple clothes and holding a few books, walked toward them.

Seeing this group of obvious freshmen, the old professor gave them a kindly smile and greeted them first. "Hello, students. Are you all freshmen this year? Getting familiar with the campus?"

"Hello, Professor!" None of them knew the man, so they could only address him as ’Professor’ as they quickly returned the greeting.

Zhou Yue answered, "Yes, Professor. We just finished exploring the library and came over to see the academic buildings and this little garden."

"Wonderful, wonderful," the old professor said, nodding with a smile as his gaze swept over them. "This is Jingsi Garden. Many students like to come here for morning reading or to relax. Your university years are precious, but you must remember to balance work and rest. You need to study hard, but you also need to know when to ease up."

"Thank you, Professor. We’ll remember that," the group replied politely.

The old professor briefly pointed out the directions and features of a few main academic buildings before leaving with his books, his figure looking vigorous from behind.

"That professor seems really nice," Su Yuqing said softly to Chen Mo.

"Yeah. Compared to high school teachers, university professors tend to be less intimidating. Of course, not all of them are like that. Some might be even more imposing," Chen Mo said with a smile.

"The way you say that, it’s like you’ve been to university before," Lin Xiaoxiao remarked from the side, giving Chen Mo a suspicious look.

"Ahem!" Chen Mo let out a light cough, his expression unfazed. "My cousins told me."

Leaving Jingsi Garden, they passed through a tree-lined path, and the view suddenly opened up to reveal a huge, standard-sized stadium.

A red rubber track encircled a green field, with basketball courts, tennis courts, and other facilities on the sidelines.

Despite the hot weather, there were still many students on the field, running and playing ball, full of youthful energy.

"This stadium is huge! If Wang Lan were here, she’d definitely be screaming with excitement."

Watching the figures sweating it out on the field, Zhou Yue suddenly suggested, "Hey, why don’t we go sit in the stands for a bit? Soak up the atmosphere?"

Everyone agreed to the proposal.

They walked over to a shady spot in the stands and sat down. A gentle breeze drifted by, much more comfortable than baking under the sun.

They hadn’t been sitting for long when they saw a few guys in basketball jerseys, drenched in sweat, walking toward them, laughing and talking. It looked like they had just finished a game and were taking a break.

One of the taller guys scanned the stands, and his gaze instantly locked onto their group, a look of pleasant surprise appearing on his face.

Because there were quite a few beauties over here.

Two of them were absolute knockouts: Su Yuqing and Shen Xinghe (who was mistaken for a girl).

Zhou Yue, Lin Xiaoxiao, and Zhao Ya weren’t bad either, so naturally, the group immediately caught their attention.

The only one who was a guy, Chen Mo, sat right in the middle of them, a truly enviable position.

’What kind of blessed luck allows a guy to be surrounded by so many beautiful girls?’
