“King Cobra, this matter was indeed a failure of our supervision.”

Saint Pit spoke first, his voice carrying a hint of anger.

“We will immediately convene a meeting to re-evaluate the Seven Warlords of the Sea system.”

“Evaluation alone is not enough.”

Cobra’s voice was firm and powerful.

“Alabasta needs substantial compensation. I demand five Devil Fruits as reparations, and the World Government must guarantee that similar incidents will not happen again in the future.”

Cobra’s demand caused the Gorosei to fall silent once more. The sound of rustling paper came from the other side of the den den mushi, as if they were looking up some data.

After a moment, Saint Nasujuro’s low voice rang out.

“Five Devil Fruits is indeed not a small number, but considering the severity of this incident, we can agree to this condition.”

Faced with the World Government’s readiness, Cobra was actually stunned for a moment.

His request for five Devil Fruits was merely an opening bid; his actual psychological expectation was three.

“In that case, this matter is settled.

Deliver the Devil Fruits to Alabasta as soon as possible.”

Cobra quickly adjusted his emotions, his tone returning to its usual majesty.

After hanging up the phone, the Gorosei sat in their seats with grim expressions.

“These pirates need to be taught a lesson; they seem to have forgotten their place.”

Satan Saint said coldly, his fingers tapping lightly on the table.

Alabasta Royal Palace—

The delicate and soft Vivi didn’t last long before she fainted from exhaustion.

“Really too weak.”

Kaguya, still wanting more, sighed and gently climbed out of bed.

After getting dressed, Kaguya quietly left the room.

Just as he was preparing to find Tashigi to continue, a door not far away was suddenly opened.

Mikita, dressed very scantily, walked out of the room.

Upon seeing Kaguya in the hallway, Mikita was startled, but she soon revealed an ambiguous smile.

“Boss is still awake so late, surely you’re not planning to do something bad?”

“Aren’t you awake too?

What are you planning to do?”

A playful smile curled at the corner of Kaguya’s mouth, his gaze lingering on Mikita’s faintly visible curves.

Mikita lightly bit her red lip and feigned shyness as she pulled at the hem of her thin nightgown, yet she deliberately made the movement look more provocative.

“It’s my first time staying in a palace, and I couldn’t sleep, so I came out for some fresh air~”

She blinked her large, watery eyes.

The candlelight in the corridor flickered between the two, heightening the ambiguous atmosphere even further.

Kaguya walked up to Mikita, reaching out to brace his hand against the wall by her ear, looking down at her from above.

“I have a way to make you fall asleep very quickly, want to try?”

As he spoke, his other hand had already moved to her slender waist.

Mikita’s breathing became noticeably hurried, yet she feigned composure by tracing circles on Kaguya’s chest with her finger.

“What kind of method… ah!”

Before she could finish her sentence, she was swept up in Kaguya’s arms.

Mikita let out a startled cry and subconsciously wrapped her arms around Kaguya’s neck, her soft chest pressed tightly against his.

“Of course… exercise therapy.”

Kaguya whispered in her ear, his hot breath making Mikita’s whole body go weak.

He carried Mikita with large strides toward her room, kicking the door open with his foot and then closing it with his heel.

The Moonlight spilled onto the bed through the gauze curtains, adding a touch of hazy beauty to the upcoming amorous scene.

While a great battle was starting again in the Alabasta Royal Palace, another battle was taking place in Katorea, where the Rebel Army was located.

A portion of the Rebel Army led by Koza, after learning that the drought in the Alabasta Kingdom was Crocodile’s conspiracy, decided to lay down their arms and return to the kingdom’s embrace.

However, another part of the ambitious Rebel Army refused to accept the truth, and a fierce conflict broke out between the two sides at the desert oasis.

Perhaps because Cobra’s benevolent rule was deeply rooted in the people’s hearts, Koza’s side clearly had the advantage in numbers.

Under the Moonlight, sparks from clashing swords intertwined with sand and dust, and the sounds of shouting and killing echoed across the empty desert.

This battle lasted until dawn.

Koza stood atop a sand dune, looking at the rising sun in the distance, his face full of exhaustion and determination.

The bloody battle of the previous night had ended; the rebel flags were broken, and those stubborn, ambitious men had all been killed.

“It’s over…”

Koza let out a long sigh and turned to look at the companions behind him.

Most of them were wounded, but their eyes were filled with hope.

“Koza, what should we do next?”

A warrior asked.

Koza remained silent for a moment, his gaze fixed in the direction of the Royal Capital.

“Return to the capital and beg His Majesty the King for forgiveness.”

He said firmly.

“Since the truth has come to light, we cannot let Alabasta continue to be divided.”

Everyone nodded one after another; they had long since grown tired of the pointless war.

The morning sun shone on the sand dunes of Katorea, clearly illuminating the traces of the previous night’s fierce battle.

Koza led his exhausted but determined team on the journey back to the Royal Capital.

Meanwhile, inside the palace, Kaguya was leaning lazily against the headboard, with Mikita snuggled in his arms, a lingering flush of satisfaction on her cheeks.

“Boss is such a liar~”

Mikita pouted and lightly punched Kaguya’s chest, her fingertips lingering affectionately on the lines of his muscles.

“You promised exercise to help me sleep, but instead you kept me awake all night~”

Kaguya gave a low chuckle and caught her restless wrist.

“That means you’re still not tired. Should we continue?”

“Hmph, definitely not~”

Mikita whimpered and curled into his arms like a satisfied cat.

Kaguya gently patted her arm as if coaxing a child.

Before long, he heard the sound of Mikita’s even breathing.

Kaguya gently let go of the woman, got dressed, and left her room.

When Kaguya returned to his own room, that little weakling Vivi actually hadn’t woken up yet.

Kaguya shook his head helplessly and turned to walk into the bathroom.

When Kaguya came out of the bathroom again, Vivi finally woke up.

Looking at Vivi hiding under the covers in embarrassment, Kaguya said with a smile, “Since you’re awake, hurry up and get up.

Don’t hide under the covers; it’s not like I didn’t see you last night.”

Vivi was so embarrassed she buried her small face even deeper, wriggling under the covers like a silkworm, her voice as faint as a mosquito’s buzz.

“You… you go out first…”

Kaguya let out a light laugh and turned to walk out of the room.

In the palace dining room, Tashigi, Robin, and the others were already enjoying breakfast.

“Morning~”

Kaguya greeted the women.

“Morning, Boss~”

Sara was the first to respond.

“Morning~”

Marianne also replied softly.

“Morning~

It seems Mr. Kaguya slept quite well last night.”

Robin gave Kaguya a meaningful look, a faint smile playing on her lips.

“Oh, how does Miss Robin know?

Could it be that you peeked last night?”

Faced with Kaguya’s teasing, Robin very calmly and elegantly picked up her coffee cup, took a light sip with her red lips, a flash of mischief in her eyes.

“The soundproofing of the palace isn’t as good as one might imagine~”

“Pfft—”

Sara, who was drinking milk nearby, couldn’t hold it in and spat it out.

Looking at Sara’s unnatural reaction, Kaguya knew that these women must all know about what happened last night.
