Robin trembled with rage at those words. She took a deep breath, trying her best to calm her emotions as she spoke.

“These are precious cultural relics that record the truth of the Void Century. Every single piece carries the weight of history…”

Dezaya waved her hand impatiently, interrupting her.

“What Void Century? What does that have to do with us? We only care about the present and the future.”

Kaguya looked at Robin’s pale face, which was white with anger, and lightly patted Dezaya’s shoulder with a chuckle.

“Alright, stop messing around.”

“Robin is an important partner of ours, and she has special feelings for these things.”

Kaguya looked around and didn’t see anyone else, so he asked in confusion, “Where are Nami and the others?”

“Nami and the rest went shopping in Nanohana. No one expected you guys to be back so soon.”

“Should I call them to come back?”

“No need, let them keep having fun.”

Kaguya waved his hand and then looked at Robin.

“Robin, stop guarding that stone. Haven’t you already finished translating it?”

“Go pick a room.”

Having calmed down, Robin let out a sigh.

“I think this poneglyph should be stored somewhere. Carrying it while sailing the sea—if it’s lost by accident, it would be a loss for the whole world.”

“Then where do you think it would be safer to store?”

“It does record the location of Pluton, after all.”

Just then, a sudden sound of rapid footsteps came from the distance.

Everyone looked toward the source of the sound and saw Vivi riding Karoo, galloping over from afar.

Her long hair fluttered in the wind, and her face still bore dusty tear stains.

“Kaguya! Wait for me!”

Vivi’s voice sounded exceptionally clear in the sea breeze.

Robin arched an eyebrow and gave Kaguya a meaningful look.

“And here she comes.”

Karoo leapt up with Vivi and jumped onto the dragon soaring ten thousand miles.

Vivi flipped down from Karoo’s back and threw herself into Kaguya’s arms.

“Why did you leave without saying goodbye…”

Vivi’s tears soaked Kaguya’s lapel. Her hands gripped the hem of his clothes tightly, as if he would disappear if she let go.

Kaguya felt the girl trembling in his arms and gently stroked her hair, his voice carrying a helpless smile.

“Silly girl, didn’t we make a promise?”

“But…”

Vivi looked up, her eyes rimmed with red.

“At least let me say a proper goodbye…”

Nojiko and the other three women tactfully retreated to a distance, leaving space for the two of them.

“I was just afraid that I wouldn’t be able to bear leaving.”

Kaguya gently wiped away the tears from the corners of Vivi’s eyes with his thumb.

“Since you can’t bear it, why are you in such a hurry to go…”

“Because I still have many things to do.”

Kaguya gently stroked the girl’s hair.

Vivi’s pretty face was pressed against Kaguya’s chest, listening to his strong heartbeat.

“Then when you’re done, remember to come back and see me…”

“Don’t worry, I will.”

“Let me take you back to the palace.”

Vivi looked up, saw Kaguya’s gentle gaze, and nodded.

“Okay~”

Then, Vivi kicked Karoo, who was slumped on the deck from exhaustion.

“Karoo, get up.”

“Quack~”

Karoo let out a weak quack.

“…It looks like Karoo is exhausted. Let him rest for a while.”

“Let’s go to the lounge and rest for a bit too.”

Kaguya led Vivi toward the lounge.

Nojiko also led Robin into the cabin to arrange a room for her.

Near noon, Nami and the others returned from Nanohana, each carrying a pile of shopping bags.

“Eh? Tashigi is back.”

“Where’s Kaguya?”

Nami saw Tashigi sparring with Nojiko and greeted her.

“Kaguya is in the lounge with that little princess~”

Robin, who was lying on a lounge chair reading a book, answered Nami’s question for Tashigi.

“Hmm? Why is this woman here?”

After hearing the voice, Nami noticed that Robin was actually on the ship.

“Naturally, it’s because I’ve already joined you guys~”

A faint smile played at the corners of Robin’s mouth.

“Master has gained another beauty~”

Honey Queen looked at Robin’s elegant and composed posture and couldn’t help but cover her mouth and chuckle.

Nami curled her lip at that and put her hands on her hips. “Hmph, that playboy!”

Makino, somewhat resigned, led Kaya back into the cabin.

She was already tired of being jealous of Kaguya’s playboy ways.

Just then, the lounge door opened, and Kaguya walked out holding Vivi’s hand.

Vivi’s pretty face still had a slight blush on it.

When she saw the lively scene on the deck, she let go of Kaguya’s hand in embarrassment.

“You’re all back. I’m going to take Vivi back to the palace.”

“Nami, the Logia Sand-Sand Fruit is on the coffee table in the lounge. Ask them who wants to eat it.”

Normally, the Sand-Sand Fruit would be best for Vivi. After all, this is a desert kingdom; here, the Sand-Sand Fruit can exert its maximum power.

But as a princess, Vivi rarely encounters combat, so giving this fruit to her would be a bit of a waste.

It would be better to give it to one of the women on the ship who doesn’t have a Devil Fruit ability yet.

If the Sand-Sand Fruit is developed well, it would at least be a First Commander-level combatant.

Upon hearing “Logia Sand-Sand Fruit,” Nami’s eyes instantly lit up.

She hurried to call Kaya and the others down.

“Let’s go, I’ll take you back.”

Kaguya transformed back into his Torch Dragon form.

Vivi sat on Kaguya’s back, and Kaguya coiled up the poneglyph from the ship and took to the sky.

Karoo followed closely beneath Kaguya, racing toward the palace.

When the two reached the sky above the palace, all the guards inside were alerted.

Chaka and Pell both transformed into their hybrid forms, preparing to fight Kaguya.

Fortunately, Vivi spoke up in time, clearing up the misunderstanding.

After Kaguya placed the poneglyph in the center of the palace garden, he transformed back into human form.

Cobra and Koza arrived upon hearing the news.

Kaguya exchanged some pleasantries with them and then officially said his goodbyes.

Just as he was about to leave, Mikita, who had just finished getting dressed, floated over.

“Heartless Boss~”

“You actually left this morning without saying goodbye~”

Under everyone’s surprised gazes, Mikita landed in Kaguya’s arms.

“I was just afraid of disturbing your rest.”

“I’m officially saying goodbye to you now.”

“Take care of yourself, and protect Vivi too.”

Kaguya gently pinched Mikita’s cheek and gave her gentle instructions.

“I know~”

Kaguya set Mikita down, said goodbye to everyone again, and then transformed back into the Torch Dragon and soared into the sky.

Vivi looked up at the receding figure, her eyes turning red once more.

“Alright, Boss Lady, it’s not like the Boss isn’t coming back~”

Mikita patted Vivi’s shoulder and comforted her softly.

Vivi calmed her emotions and turned to look directly at Mikita.

“When did you and him…”

“Boss Lady?”

Before Vivi could finish her question, Cobra and Koza on the side already had shocked expressions.

Mikita winked playfully and linked arms with Vivi.

“Well… when the Boss comes back next time, let him tell you himself~”
