The next morning—

After a night of sailing, the dragon soaring ten thousand miles returned to Cocoyasi Village.

The villagers working by the seaside had never seen such a majestic and domineering sailing ship before; they thought pirates had arrived again.

They ran back to the village in a panic to spread the news.

When the dragon soaring ten thousand miles dropped anchor and moored in the offshore waters, the villagers finally saw Kaguya and the other two standing at the bow.

“Everyone, put down your weapons!

It’s Kaguya, Nami, and the others!”

As the group landed in a small boat, the villagers crowded around them enthusiastically.

“Nami, I’m heading back first.

If they want to take a tour, you can bring them up to have a look, but tell them not to touch anything recklessly.

Especially the top two floors.”

“Mm, go on back.

I’ll leave things here to my sister and me.”

After greeting Kensuke, Kaguya turned and walked toward the tangerine orchard.

He didn’t feel the need to be overly polite with these villagers; in the entire Cocoyasi Village, he only cared about the two Sisters, Nami and Nojiko.

No one else was worth Kaguya wasting his time on.

Upon returning home, Kaguya took off his clothes and began to continue his cultivation in the courtyard.

Although he had also cultivated during those two weeks in Loguetown, he had spent more time teaching Nami and the others.

He had only done some basic physical training every day.

Lifting the thousand-jin boulder in the courtyard once again, Kaguya felt a long-lost sense of exhilaration.

Sweat slid down the lines of his muscles, reflecting a crystalline glow under the sunlight.

Kaguya took a deep breath and lifted the boulder high above his head, feeling the surging power within his body rushing through his veins.

The training continued until noon when the two Sisters, Nami and Nojiko, returned.

“Honestly, training like this as soon as you get back.”

Seeing Kaguya set down the boulder, Nojiko skillfully picked up a towel to wipe the sweat from his body.

“I’m used to it.

The training intensity over these past two weeks wasn’t enough; my body feels a bit rusty.”

Kaguya took the towel, casually wiped his face, and gave a bright smile.

“Nami, can you help me count how much money I have left now?”

“What do you want to do?”

“I’m preparing to ‘take a master’.”

“Take a master?”

“Mm, more accurately, I’m going to buy lessons.”

“Where are you going to buy lessons?”

Nojiko asked with some confusion.

“There’s a place in the East Blue called the Isshin Dojo.

A master of swordsmanship is hidden there.

I need to ask for guidance on how to break through to the realm of a Great Swordsman.”

Nami nodded upon hearing this and walked into the house.

“I’ll go cook.

You should rest for a while.”

Nojiko also turned and walked inside.

Nami’s workload was quite heavy; after finishing lunch, she spent another two hours counting before she finally finished organizing Kaguya’s current savings.

“There are over twenty-eight million Berries in cash.

The gold, silver, and jewelry are worth over thirty million Berries.”

“Over fifty million?

That should be enough.”

In fact, if Kaguya went to the Isshin Dojo to become a disciple, it wouldn’t cost much at all.

But Genzo was originally from Wano Country.

Knowing that the prototype for Wano Country was that disgusting nation, it was impossible for Kaguya to take Genzo as his master.

If he wouldn’t take him as a master, then he could only pay for the knowledge.

“We’ll rest at home for a week.

We’ll set off in a week for Shimotsuki Village.”

Neither Nami nor Nojiko had any objections.

After all, they had already prepared themselves to go to sea with Kaguya.

During this week, the three of them continuously performed physical training at home.

More than half of the Sea Kings meat they had bought back from Loguetown was consumed.

However, Sea Kings meat was indeed a high-energy food; with its help, Nami and Nojiko’s physical strength improved rapidly.

Nami’s originally slender arms now showed clear muscle lines, and Nojiko’s movements became more agile and powerful.

The day to set off finally arrived.

Yesterday, Kaguya had Kensuke contact the previous group of sailors again.

Because Kaguya was very generous, those men chose to go to sea with him again without any hesitation.

“Kaguya!

Kaguya!”

Just as the three of them had finished packing and were about to head out, Kensuke came running over, shouting loudly.

“What’s wrong?

What happened?”

“Huff, huff, huff.”

Kensuke leaned on his knees, panting for breath, with a look of terror still on his face.

“A sea beast!

There’s a sea beast!

A massive one that looks like a cow.

It suddenly emerged from the water and is frantically destroying Arlong Park.

Now it’s heading for your ship!”

“It’s Moomoo!

The pet kept by the Arlong Pirates.”

Nami understood the situation as soon as she heard it, her face instantly turning pale.

“It must have discovered that Arlong Park was destroyed and is now going on a rampage!”

A cold light flashed in Kaguya’s eyes as he threw the luggage to Nojiko.

“You two wait here.”

Before his voice had even faded, his figure had already turned into an afterimage, rushing toward the seaside.

Nami and Nojiko certainly wouldn’t wait at home; they hurriedly grabbed the luggage and chased after him.

The villagers stood on the shore holding farm tools, watching the anomaly in the sea from afar.

The water around the dragon soaring ten thousand miles was churning violently, and a massive black shadow was swimming beneath the ship.

Suddenly, a giant head with bull horns burst out of the water.

Its blood-red eyes stared fixedly at the ship’s hull, and it opened its massive maw to bite into the gunwale.

“Ah!”

The villagers cried out in alarm, wanting to drive away the sea beast, but their legs wouldn’t stop trembling, and they couldn’t even hold onto the ‘weapons’ in their hands.

“Beast!”

Kaguya flew out from the woods, instantly kicking out two vacuum slashes.

Just as Moomoo was about to bite the ship, the ‘Rankyaku’ slammed heavily onto the bridge of its nose.

“Moo!”

Moomoo let out a pained howl, its massive body overturned by the slash, crashing into the water with a loud ‘boom’.

The dragon soaring ten thousand miles beside it was pushed by the resulting giant wave and rocked violently, but the sturdy hull remained undamaged.

Kaguya landed steadily on the deck, coldly watching the sea beast thrashing in the ocean.

This sea cow’s hide was very thick, and its defense was extremely high.

A Rankyaku that could cut through trees had only left a shallow wound on the bridge of its nose.

Moomoo quickly recovered from the sharp pain, angrily whipping its tail and kicking up waves several meters high.

Its eyes became even more crimson; it was clearly completely enraged.

“Looks like I’ll have to use some real skill.”

Kaguya muttered under his breath, his right hand slowly pressing onto the hilt of the sword at his waist.

onikiri slowly left its scabbard, the blade’s edge flashing with a cold, chilling light under the sun.

Kaguya’s gaze became as sharp as a hawk’s, and the aura around him suddenly surged, as if even the air had frozen.

“Moo—!”

Moomoo leaped from the sea once again, its massive body blotting out the sun as it opened its giant mouth and lunged straight for Kaguya.

However, just as it was about to bite down, Kaguya’s figure suddenly vanished.

“One Sword Style: Cow Slaughter!”

A silver blade-light flashed like lightning.

Kaguya’s figure appeared behind Moomoo, a drop of dark red blood dripping from the edge of onikiri.

Moomoo’s movements came to an abrupt halt.

A deep sword wound appeared on its massive body, and blood began to gush out.

“Moo…”

Moomoo let out a pained wail, its massive body crashing down and kicking up a colossal wave.

“Kaguya!”

Nami and Nojiko arrived panting for breath, stunned by the scene before them.

Nami hurriedly shouted,

“Don’t kill it!

It’s just a poor creature that was tamed by Arlong…”
