After the meeting adjourned, the Marine Intelligence Department began to intensify its investigation into Kaguya’s information.

After all, they couldn’t issue a wanted poster without even knowing the person’s name.

At the same time, Garp’s dog-head battleship was slowly sailing away from the port of Marineford.

On the deck, Garp gazed at the distant horizon, a meaningful smile playing on his lips.

“The East Blue…

it’s been a long time since I’ve been back.

I wonder if that brat misses his grandfather.”

He turned and spoke to his adjutant, Bogard.

“Pass down the order: full speed ahead.

We aim to return to the East Blue within a week.”

“Yes, sir!”

Bogard saluted and left in a hurry, while Garp pulled out a bag of senbei from his robe and began to munch on them noisily.

East Blue, Cocoyasi Village—

After eating breakfast, Kaguya and the other two began to pack their things to leave.

Just then, the den den mushi on the table rang.

“Bulu bulu bulu~”

The den den mushi took on Tashigi’s appearance.

Kaguya picked up the phone, and before he could speak, Tashigi’s anxious voice came through the den den mushi.

“Kaguya!

Are you hurt?!”

Hearing Tashigi’s concern, Kaguya felt a warmth in his heart.

He had thought Tashigi would first question him about why he killed those Marines.

“I’m not hurt; my strength is decent enough.

I thought you were calling to interrogate me about why I killed Nezumi and the others.”

“It’s good that you’re not hurt.

Why would I question you?

I already know what Nezumi and his men did.

They deserved to die.

Captain Smoker has already set out with us to clean up those Marine vermin.”

“Oh?

You’re on Smoker’s warship right now?”

“Yes, we’re almost at Shells Town.

By the way, Kaguya, you should go into hiding quickly.

Even though Nezumi and his men deserved to die, they were still Marines, and Marineford will definitely put a bounty on you.

Once we’re done cleaning up the vermin in Branch 153, Captain Smoker might come to arrest you.

Captain Smoker is a Smoke-Smoke Fruit user; your swordsmanship won’t work on him.”

Having given her heart and soul to Kaguya, Tashigi was now revealing internal Marine intelligence without reservation.

The face of the den den mushi, mimicking Tashigi, was full of worry, and even her voice trembled slightly.

Kaguya gently stroked the hilt of the sword at his waist, his gaze sweeping over Nami and Nojiko, who were packing their luggage.

“Don’t worry, we’re preparing to leave Cocoyasi Village.”

Hearing that Kaguya and the others were preparing to leave, Tashigi breathed a sigh of relief.

“That’s good then.”

“Tashigi, do you want to come with us?”

Tashigi’s voice paused for a few seconds, and the den den mushi’s eyes widened slightly, as if it could feel the struggle in her heart.

Finally, Tashigi said softly: “I won’t go with you.

I’m more useful staying in the Marines than leaving with you.

I can help you get intelligence from the Marines.

That way, you’ll be safer.”

“Tashigi…”

Kaguya wanted to say more, but a sudden noise came from the den den mushi, and Tashigi’s voice became urgent.

“Captain Smoker is coming, I have to hang up!

Remember, you must be careful!”

The den den mushi instantly returned to its original state, leaving only a soft ‘click’ sound.

“This silly woman…”

Kaguya shook his head, though he wasn’t particularly worried about Tashigi’s safety.

Although Tashigi had an intimate relationship with him, Smoker wasn’t the type of person to use a subordinate to threaten an enemy.

“Kaguya, we’re ready, let’s go!”

Nami and Nojiko walked over, carrying two bundles.

“Alright, let’s head out.”

After the three said their goodbyes to Belle-Mere, they walked toward the shore.

The villagers of Cocoyasi Village, knowing the three were about to leave, came out one after another to see them off.

Genzo stood at the front of the crowd, his rough palms tightly clutching his iconic pinwheel hat, his eyes slightly reddened.

“Nami, Nojiko, you must take good care of yourselves!”

Genzo then looked at Kaguya and gave him a deep bow.

“Kaguya, you are the benefactor of Cocoyasi Village.

We will always remember your kindness.

If you have the chance, you must come back and see us.”

Kaguya nodded with a smile, his gaze sweeping over these simple villagers.

The three boarded the dragon soaring ten thousand miles, and Nami and Nojiko stood at the stern, waving goodbye to the villagers on the shore.

“Moomoo, let’s go.”

Kaguya pulled up the anchor and gave the command to the sea cow, Moomoo.

Moomoo let out a low cry, its massive body slowly pulling the hull, and the dragon soaring ten thousand miles began to sail out of the port.

The sea breeze brushed across the deck, and Nami’s short orange hair fluttered in the wind as she gazed at the receding Cocoyasi Village, her eyes shimmering with complex emotions.

Nojiko gently put her arm around her sister’s shoulder and comforted her in a low voice.

“We’ll be back.”

Moomoo pulled the dragon soaring ten thousand miles toward the deserted island where they had hidden the treasure…

“The treasure is still here.

Nami, transfer these treasures to the ship.”

Nami nodded and used a barrier box to pack the treasure, flying it toward the dragon soaring ten thousand miles.

“Should we just pile these treasures on the deck?”

Nojiko asked, looking at the mountain of gold and silver jewelry piled on the deck.

“The treasure room is currently full, so let’s move these gold and silver pieces to the lounge on the second floor.

After all, there are only three of us on the ship.

The two of you will stay in the Captains Cabin with me, so the second floor isn’t needed for now.”

Hearing this, Nami and Nojiko’s faces turned slightly red, but they didn’t say anything.

After all, the three of them had been sleeping together for so long that they were already used to it.

The three moved the gold and silver jewelry into the second-floor lounge, filling a total of five rooms.

Of course, they weren’t packed to the brim.

Instead, they avoided the furniture in the rooms and piled the treasure in the empty spaces.

“Kaguya, where are we going next?”

After the three had finished transferring the treasure, Nami asked about their next destination.

As the ship’s navigator, she needed to know the next destination to plan the route.

“Is Clockwork Island on your sea chart?”

“Clockwork Island?

Let me look…”

Nami began to rummage through her sea charts, which included the ones she had purchased in Loguetown.

“Found it!

Are we going to Clockwork Island?”

“Yes, I plan to add a mechanical propulsion system to the dragon soaring ten thousand miles.

Clockwork Island should have that technology.”

Although the dragon soaring ten thousand miles was currently being pulled by Moomoo and was faster than a typical warship, Kaguya still liked to have a backup plan.

In case something happened to Moomoo in the future, they could rely on another power system to escape danger.

Nami spread out the sea chart and carefully studied the route, her slender finger tracing across the parchment before finally stopping at a sea area in the northeastern part of the East Blue.

“Clockwork Island is about a three-day voyage away, but if we let Moomoo go at full speed, we can get there in a little over a day.”

“No need for full speed, we’re not in a hurry.

Let’s not exhaust Moomoo.”

Once the route was confirmed, the three went about their own business.
