Commander Lynn didn’t hesitate. Immediately, he forgot everything else and approached Ayra, sweeping her off her feet and carrying her outside.

At that moment, all he could think about was getting her back safely so she could deliver the cub.

As he arrived outside the cave, he met Nyx and the other beastmen, who were outside preparing to leave. As soon as they saw Lynn carrying Ayra, they turned toward them in confusion.

"Oh! We were just waiting for you two..." one of them said.

"What’s wrong?" another asked, noticing the look on Ayra’s face.

"What’s wrong with her?" Nyx asked as they stared at Ayra, who didn’t look well in Commander Lynn’s arms. Her eyes were shut, and one hand was pressed against her stomach as she writhed in immense pain.

"We need to get back... fast," Commander Lynn said. "She wants to deliver."

Without hesitation, everyone abandoned what they were doing and finished packing as quickly as possible, getting ready to leave.

"You carry her," Commander Lynn said, handing Ayra over to Nyx. "I’ll transform and carry the two of you. That way, we can get there faster."

Nyx nodded in agreement without hesitation.

Commander Lynn immediately took his beast form, and Nyx climbed onto his back with Ayra securely in his arms. The moment they were settled, the wolf took off into the distance as fast as he could.

Nyx held Ayra firmly but gently, making sure she wouldn’t feel too much discomfort from the trip. The rest of the warrior beastmen gathered everything they could and rushed after them, all making their way back to the tribe for the delivery.

Back at the tribe, everyone was already worried and panicking as they searched for Ayra.

They had left Ayra’s room throughout the night so they wouldn’t disturb her rest. But that morning, when they went to check on her, they realized she was gone!

The news spread quickly through the tribe, sending everyone into a panic, especially the tribe lords and cubs.

Everyone immediately joined the search, moving around the tribe and calling out for Ayra. But they knew they would have to extend the search outside the tribe if they wanted better results.

And just when they were about to send men out to search, Commander Lynn and the others came running back with Ayra on his back.

Nyx jumped down from the wolf’s back with Ayra in his arms. She was still in great discomfort, and it was obvious to everyone who saw her.

The tribe lords immediately stepped forward, with the cubs right behind them.

"What happened to her?" Lord Zark demanded worriedly. "Why is she like that?"

"Who hurt Mama?" Ally demanded.

"Who did this to Mama? What’s wrong with Mama?" Zay asked, looking worried.

Commander Lynn returned to his beastman form and quickly explained, "She needs to deliver right now. So let’s not waste time explaining too much. We need to prepare everything."

Everyone immediately understood what was happening and calmed down. Without further questions, they turned and began making preparations for her delivery.

They arranged the room and quickly invited the old man who had helped with her previous delivery. They had found him a house within the tribe so it would be easier to get him whenever he was needed.

While everything was being arranged, they took Ayra to her room and gently laid her down. She lay there, sweating and panting from the pain as the old man soon arrived at the scene.

Her mates had gone outside with the others to wait for the results. Commander Lynn wanted to leave as well, but seeing Ayra in such a state, he insisted on staying.

The old man confirmed that he really wanted to remain, and Commander Lynn nodded.

"She’s bearing my cub, so I should stay with her through this moment," he stated firmly.

The old man didn’t refuse him. He allowed Commander Lynn to stay while he proceeded with the work of delivering the little one from Ayra.

Everyone waited outside.

The tribe lords had put aside their usual work, investigations, and even their inquiries into what had happened to the tribe. At that moment, everyone was occupied with one thing—standing around and waiting for the cub to be delivered.

They anxiously paced back and forth, longing for some news.

While they waited, the snake cubs and Zay sat close to Ally, who was also sitting anxiously and waiting.

The little ones were confused. Neris tugged on Ally and asked, "What’s wrong with Mama? What is she doing in there, and why are we all here waiting...?"

Ally smiled at Neris, patting him on the head as she explained, "Don’t worry. Mama is going to deliver a cub."

"Deliver a cub?" Nat asked, staring at her in confusion.

Ally smiled and explained further, "Let’s put it simply. Mama is going to get more siblings for us!"

The eyes of the little ones lit up with excitement as they stared at each other before turning back to Ally.

"Really? Mama is going to bring more siblings for us?"

Ally nodded with a smile.

"That’s good, then." Neris smiled. "This means we’ll have more siblings to play with, right?"

Ally nodded again. "Yes."

The little ones smiled at each other, happy and excited over the news.

But Nyeon looked around curiously. "It’s such good news. Why isn’t everyone so happy about it?" he asked.

Ally smiled. "Well, it’s a good thing, but Mama has to go through some tasks for it. So everyone is worried about Mama going through those tasks. Everyone hopes she gets through it smoothly."

She said this as they all nodded, staring toward the building.

"I hope Mama goes through it smoothly too," Nat said.

The triplet snakes and Zay all held each other’s hands firmly as they sat there, staring toward the house.

Everyone else waited as well. Some, like Nyx and the tribe lords, paced around anxiously, unable to sit still. They were all worried about Ayra’s safety and desperately waiting for the delivery to be over.

Others remained seated nearby, anxiously waiting for the results.

It took some time before they finally heard it.

The faint sound of a cub crying came from inside.
