At the dead of night, Pentos quietly slipped away from the Ambrose estate.

He had waited until the guards changed shifts before moving. He avoided the main paths and used the darker corners of the estate to escape the surveillance. Every few steps, he stopped and looked around to make sure nobody had noticed him.

After leaving the estate, he continued through the quiet streets until he finally reached a small building outside the radius of the town.

The building looked ordinary from the outside, but the moment Pentos entered, he understood that it was anything but ordinary.

Several guards were stationed inside. They were dressed in dark clothes, and each one remained alert as they watched him enter.

One of them stepped forward and silently led Pentos deeper into the building.

Pentos followed without saying anything.

His heart was beating faster than usual.He already knew who was waiting for him.

The guard finally opened the door and stepped aside.

Pentos entered the room.

Inside, he saw two familiar figures.

A white-haired man was sitting calmly at the center of the room, while a red-haired woman sat nearby.

The moment Pentos saw them, he immediately lowered his head and bowed.

"My Lord."

He then turned toward the woman and bowed again.

"My Lady."

Ethan looked at him for a moment.
