Pioneer of the Abyss: A Deepsea Livestreamed
Chapter 179 Book 2: Chapter 57
Aqua
My abyssal servants begin rushing around the Dark Ocean in search of the Bloodliner as said Bloodliner goes into stealth again. Only for him to be countered when he attacks me by tentacles of darkness from the dark lord. At which point I use another Light of the Abyss.
Then rinse and repeat, where this process occurs over and over again. Slowly whittling down the Bloodliner as they fail to deal any additional damage to me.
But all I manage to do to them is repeatedly wound their mind.
I don’t land a single attack on their body. Mostly because I’m not acting personally thanks to my wounds.
Ever so gradually, I whittle down their mind. Making them slower and slower with every blow to their mind.
After several minutes of this process repeating though, the Bloodliner suddenly lets out a loud roar of sheer rage. Then he appears far away, no longer in stealth. And without letting the abyssal servants get any closer, he suddenly transforms into a large aquatic dragon.
His transformed state looks like a large and intimidating dragon with four limbs, a slightly long neck and head, and scales all across his body. But he also has gills and fins on his body, clearly denoting him as an underwater type of dragon. Not an air dragon.
Although what makes that even clearer is the fact that he’s a dragon without wings.
My eyes widen when the water around us suddenly begins to grow more and more turbulent. Then the water suddenly begins rushing towards me in an obvious attempt to crush me.I quickly use Pressure of the Abyss on the water all around me and some of the water they’re controlling before taking control of that water myself with Abyss. Fighting against their own control with my own.
But I quickly find an issue.
Their Magical Strength is clearly greater than my own, since I can’t overtake much of their control. Which makes sense since I’m a physical strength focused fighter. Not a magic focused one.
Even with that though, I do still manage to over take a small amount of their control. And I defend myself with my highly pressurized water against their own lower pressure water.
Another advantage for me. The pressure of the water.
My highly pressurized water clashes against the lower pressure water, creating a strange yet vast vortex within the Dark Ocean in the process. Making the Bloodliner look surprised, likely at the sight of me successfully defending against his water control.
I narrow my eyes at the Bloodliner before briefly glancing at the livestream chat that is going wild right now.
[holy shit this battle is wild…]
[This is the first time I’ve ever seen a battle between aquatic Bloodliners!!!! Show me more!!!]
[I’ve never seen a fight like this before…]
[Who will win? Probably Aqua, right?]
[Aqua is pretty badly wounded right now, so I’m not sure…]
[Yeah, her stamina might be pretty low. She may not die to her wounds with her OP regeneration, but she might still fall unconscious. And if that happens… she’s done for.]
[There’s no way Aqua would ever die to someone like this. He hasn’t even said why he’s attacking her!]

[probably cause she was just outed as someone not from Oceana]
[Really? Is that enough to try and murder her?]
[For some newly initialized worlds, yes, that’s enough. Especially someone at the top of the world.]
[This is also a Bloodliner. One from a newly initialized world with a clan worshipping him. That alone says enough.]
[True. Probably has a big ego.]
[And, as usual, little Aqua shattered said ego.]
Well they’re having fun…
They are likely not wrong though.
The Bloodliner’s water attacks aside, his revealing himself by ending his stealth also turns him into a target for all of my abyssal servants. So while I’m blocking his water control, the abyssal servants are all rushing towards the aquatic dragon. Diverting some of his attention with the water attacks towards them.
I frown slightly at the sight of him beginning to crush quite a few of the abyssal servants with the water. Mostly the weaker abyssal servants, including some massive ones that are incredibly low level at this point.
It’s a little unfortunate that my abyssal servants can’t level up.
They’re stuck at the level I get them at.
Thanks to my abyssal servants attacking the Bloodliner, I manage to push back against their water attacks. Giving me freedom again as I begin turning to offense. Focusing my own Abyssal water towards the Bloodliner.
Of course, I also try to use my latest skill on him, but it doesn’t seem to do much of anything. Likely due to him being a water type Bloodliner too. So I quickly give up on using Abyssal Purge on him.
Still. The Bloodliner roars in anger as he fights against both my water control and my abyssal servants. With the dark lord getting attacks in repeatedly.
I feel my lips quirking upwards at the sight of the dark lord proving very useful.
After all, a turned abyssal servant has the skills and magic it had in life. And I can still heal it through mana.
The only downside is that it won’t stay summoned forever. So I need to end this battle before it despawns.
Anyway, since the dark lord can repeatedly heal through my mana, it does a lot of damage to the Bloodliner. Repeatedly attacking them without a single worry about taking damage in return.
I spend time watching all of this happening while using Pressure of the Abyss and Abyss to fight against the Bloodliner’s own water control. Just letting my body regenerate bit by bit.
But no matter how long this battle will take, I can’t see my wounds fully healing before the end of it.
I have a massive hole spanning over half a foot in diameter straight through my gut from one end to the other. And even if I can regenerate nearly nine hundred times faster than a regular human, that’s still not fast enough to fill up a massive hole in my gut like this in just hours.
It would probably take at least a day or two to heal still. And this battle won’t last that long.
That’s also for just one of the many holes in my body. Not just the one in my gut.
Considering the number of holes in my body, it’ll probably take at least a few days to fully heal from these wounds. Any normal person would long since have been dead by now. Especially considering the fact that I’m underwater.
There are plenty of infections across the ocean after all.
But they shouldn’t affect me as a Bloodliner from the waters.
Anyway, I continue fighting against the Bloodliner with both my abyssal servants and my water control for quite a while. Even using Light of the Abyss from time to time to further injure his mind.
And ever so slowly, the Bloodliner shows wounds beginning to cover his body. Patches of scales ripped off by my abyssal servants. Chunks of flesh missing. Claws cracked.
Then things take a sudden turn.
The Bloodliner lets out a loud roar as a powerful flood of water shoots out of every pore in their body. Wiping out most of my abyssal servants and sending the strongest abyssal servants far away from it.
All while the Bloodliner himself rushes straight at me with his claws and fangs coated in rapidly vibrating water.
I quickly raise my arms to block his attack as I summon new abyssal servants in front of me to block the Bloodliner. But the Bloodliner just tears them apart on his way towards me.
The chat suddenly goes quiet, meanwhile I find myself gritting my teeth when the Bloodliner tears through my abyssal servants before clawing straight at my arms and digging his fangs into my shoulder.
I cry out in pain before pulling both of my arms back and transforming them into claws as tentacles grow from my back. Then I stab all of them into the large Bloodliner’s body. Badly injuring it in the process as all of my attacks make it deep into its body.
My strength stat is quite high after all, thanks to my Abyssal Orca heritage.
It should be much higher than the Bloodliner, even with my immense wounds.
But even with that, I barely managed to move my body so that his fangs and claws don’t hit my brain or main heart. And I keep him in place through my tentacles and claws to make sure he doesn’t try to rip chunks of me out.
Because that would be a problem if he did.
I might survive it, but that doesn’t mean I can fight well if my body is torn into multiple pieces.
After a few seconds of this clash, some of my abyssal servants, including the dark lord, arrive and begin attacking the Bloodliner from behind. And now that I’m attacking directly with my claws, I can visibly see my venom beginning to spread into their body.
So now it’s just a matter of whether my body can last long enough in one piece for him to die.
Which I’m going to make sure it does.
