Pregnant Bunny, Obsessed Beast Husbands
Chapter 311: "Want to Spend the Night Here?
The book house was heavily guarded; the little rabbit’s every move was under his watchful eye.
He was quite satisfied with her simple daily routine.
The Duke searched around but found nothing unusual. Unable to hide his frustration, he sat down by the bed and stared gloomily at the little female rabbit, already deep in dreamland.
’And here she is, sleeping so soundly.’
’As if she had worn herself out during the day.’
’Did she have nothing better to do today than play with catnip? She doesn’t even have a cat. What would be the point of that?’
For five days straight, Yu Zhizhi remained in the book house.
Soon, it was time for her appointment with the temple messenger.
He had sworn that he would deliver the Bright Moon Diary to her.
Once she had the diary, Yu Zhizhi would be able to read those 160 priceless accounts. She hoped they could help Tang.
That day, just after lunch, the Duke’s personal attendant arrived at the door.
He saw the Duke feeding Ms. Zhi Zhi, so he waited for a moment.
Until the Duke noticed him—
"What is it?"
Billy stepped forward. "Duke, Miss Yu Xiang wishes to see you. She didn’t say what it’s about, and I don’t know either. But she seemed very anxious, so it must be... something important."
Yu Zhizhi swallowed the wonton in her mouth, her eyes brightening—
’If the Duke leaves, I’ll have a chance to go to the Divine Hall Illusion Realm!’
’Yes!’
The Duke’s attention was entirely on his little rabbit. He wanted to watch her finish the entire bowl of wontons. She was a little rounder now than when he had first found her, which made her much more comfortable to hold.
"Duke, are you going to see Miss Yu Xiang?"
Yu Zhizhi was too embarrassed to rush him outright. She took a sip of soup and lightly tugged on the lapel of his shirt. "I’ll be in the book house this afternoon."
The Duke had no intention of going, but hearing his little rabbit’s words... ’Does she want me to stay?’
A flash of joy went through him. He patted her on the back as the little female slowly stood up from his embrace.
The Duke said softly, "I’ll go see her."
"Oh..." Yu Zhizhi nodded.
She watched the Duke walk away.
Once she was sure he had left the courtyard, she quickly said to Dai Li outside, "Teacher Dai Li, I’m a little sleepy. I’d like to rest for a while."
The Duke stood outside the courtyard gate, waiting patiently for a good while—
’The little rabbit still hasn’t chased after me?’
Billy stood silently to the side. He saw the book house door close and reported in a low voice, "Lord Bo Lan, it seems Ms. Zhi Zhi has gone for her afternoon nap."
’She doesn’t seem... to care much about the Duke’s plans at all.’
The Duke’s face instantly darkened.
He snorted coldly and walked away without a backward glance.
Now that Yu Zhizhi had a silver coin, entering the Divine Hall Illusion Realm was very simple.
When she arrived at the round table, the temple messenger was already there. He was sitting in his usual seat, his figure shrouded in shadows.
The young man from the Cat Clan watched the little female arrive as promised. Today, she wore a casual, light-purple, cinched-waist dress. Her dark hair cascaded down, and her snow-white skin was tinged with a rosy blush, as if she had dabbed on a bit of rouge.
It looked as though she had dressed up with care, making her even more cute and captivating than the last time he saw her without any makeup.
Yu Zhizhi looked at him with an expectant expression.
The temple messenger smiled. "The diary has arrived."
As soon as the words left his mouth, the Array Talisman above them made a GURGLING sound. It spat out the Bright Moon Diary and dropped it in front of the female from the Rabbit Clan.
Yu Zhizhi looked at the diary. It had a vintage-style leather cover. When she opened it to a page, she saw the ink inside was perfectly clear.
The author had been incredibly meticulous; every single stroke was crafted with care.
She clutched the diary to her chest. "Thank you, Mr. Ling."
"No need for such formalities. We have a contract. Just call me Zero."
"Zero."
Yu Zhizhi had what she wanted. Once she returned, she would study it thoroughly, carefully reading about every time the Bright Moon Divine Position aided a Beastman’s Evolution.
However...
Yu Zhizhi stood up as if to leave, but then she hesitated and remained in place.
The young man from the Cat Clan waited patiently for a moment, noticing the little rabbit hadn’t left. He tilted his head slightly, his fingertips brushing against the white mask on his face.
’...Hm?’
Yu Zhizhi glanced up at the talisman. In that instant, the temple messenger recalled their last encounter. She had been utterly exhausted, the corners of the little female’s eyes red as if she was on the verge of tears. She had looked so aggrieved.
’And she even dressed up specially for this visit.’
The young man from the Cat Clan spoke softly, "Go rest."
He was speaking to the Array Talisman above the round table.
The talisman grumbled, "This is the second time! What secrets could you two possibly have that I’m not allowed to know?!"
It grumbled as it slowly faded away.
A shy feeling welled up in Yu Zhizhi. She lowered her head slightly, full of anticipation for what was to come.
But...
’Thinking about last time... in the end, I didn’t let him...’
’It felt like such a waste of effort.’
She looked again at the young man from the Cat Clan, her eyes carrying a hint of reproach. But he just laughed, rose to his feet, and slowly walked toward the female of the Rabbit Clan.
"Why are you looking at me like that?"
It was as if he had done something terrible to her.
Yu Zhizhi placed the diary on the round table. She wanted to say something but didn’t know how to begin. As she hesitated, he gently took her wrist.
His fingers were warm as they caressed her delicate wrist. "Do you need me to take the lead?"
Yu Zhizhi froze for a second, then gave a slight nod.
’...I do.’
The young man from the Cat Clan sat back down in the plush red chair. He loosened his collar, his movements slow and languid. He tilted his head back to look up at the female of the Rabbit Clan, the line of his exposed throat and Adam’s apple looking exceptionally sensual.
He patted his lap, beckoning for her to sit down.
Yu Zhizhi’s cheeks flushed red.
Even though he wore a white mask and she couldn’t see his face, she always felt an indescribable shyness whenever she was with him.
She sat down on his lap and uncontrollably buried her face in his chest.
The little female was so tiny, clinging to his chest and bashfully hiding her face. She smelled so fragrant, just like last time. His breathing began to deepen.
’So obedient, so soft... Is this the Master I’ve chosen for myself?’
The young man from the Cat Clan held her quietly, his fingers tracing a path down her back until they came to rest on her round little rabbit tail.
His breath tickled her ear. "If you can’t handle it, you have to tell me, okay?"
"Otherwise—"
"I won’t stop, you know."
Yu Zhizhi slowly nodded.
Soon, she was crying out.
...
Completely unlike their first time together, the proactive kitty gave her absolutely no chance to say "stop."
Her eyes were blindfolded.
The young man from the Cat Clan took off his mask, held her by the waist, and kissed her on the chest.
Inside the pitch-black Divine Hall Illusion Realm, Yu Zhizhi had no way of knowing how much time was passing. All she knew was that a long, long time must have gone by.
Finally, the young man from the Cat Clan found his release.
Yu Zhizhi’s forehead was slick with sweat as she leaned limply in his arms. The temple messenger looked at the purple dress he had accidentally torn, his voice full of chagrin. "It’s ruined."
He held the little rabbit gently. "Do you want to spend the night here?"
’Spend the night?’
How could she dare?
’If the Duke comes back and doesn’t see me...’
A small whimper escaped her lips as she shook her head.
