At Shijian’s request, Xie Zuzhou immediately sent some of his strongest subordinates to track down Shiwang Zhizhu’s whereabouts. Although he disliked it, he had no other choice because he still needed her strength and time abilities.

Xie Zuzhou’s enemies weren’t just Ling Yun but also the female immortals, and they were much stronger than him, especially Huang Lingzhu. That’s why he was willing to do anything for Shijian, especially since she was the only person who could stop the Time Lord.

Moreover, Xie Zuzhou himself didn’t have a clear idea of ??the other immortals’ strength and abilities, but he had heard quite a bit about them from Shijian. He wasn’t sure he could defeat any of them, so he hoped that she could recover her strength or even reach the Pseudo-Supreme Realms.

Xie Zuzhou clenched both fists, his eyes turning sharp. He was determined to defeat Ling Yun and seize all his belongings after defeating him, especially the Chaos Primordial Dragon Bloodline.

If he could obtain the Chaos Primordial Dragon Bloodline, and Shijian stayed by his side, Xie Zuzhou was confident that he could rule the universe.

Unfortunately, Xie Zuzhou knew nothing about the darkness that had swallowed almost the entire lower realm. Even if he managed to defeat and kill Ling Yun, his ambition would disappear along with the universe.

After careful consideration, Xie Zuzhou flew out of the domain and headed towards the Spirit Groove Domain. He ordered some of his generals to send troops to the domain again; he believed Ling Yun and the female immortals saved the people in that domain because of Yuan Yueli. Since the woman was already in their hands, he believed they wouldn’t interfere in his affairs anymore.

After all, the Spirit Groove Domain was rich with resources for either cultivation or blacksmithing, so Xie Zuzhou made it his main target. Since he didn’t know whether Ling Yun and the female immortals would release the blacksmiths they captured some time ago, he ordered his subordinates to closely monitor them.

Meanwhile, Chaos sat relaxing atop a cloud within a domain, accompanied by his daughters. They were watching Shijian, who had just captured one of the male immortals there.

Chaos shook his head slightly as he watched Shijian begin to dual cultivate with Zhe Shouhu. If he didn’t order his daughters to tell her about the male immortal’s location, she wouldn’t be able to find him, let alone capture him.

Chaos was furious with Huang Lingzhu because she told the other immortals about Shijian, which made them hide their presence so neatly. In the end, he was forced to order his daughters to tell him about their location, but she seemed dissatisfied because she could only find one.

"Are you going to tell her about the location of Shiwang Zhizhu, Father?"

"Yes." Chaos nodded. "However, I won’t do it now, and I will wait for her to capture the rest of the male immortals first. By the way, the number of immortals has increased by two with the birth of Liao Shuzhen and Bai Xuanyue’s two sons."

Fate and the others naturally already knew about them, and the birth of the two little immortals improved Chaos’s mood.

Chaos sighed. "Unfortunately, Ling Yun is quite stubborn, and he is unwilling to impregnate Fen Hongyi and Mu Xianyu."

"Hehe," Fate giggled. "Ling Yun is different from Long Hun, and he is much better at controlling his lust, so he won’t take women who don’t have feelings for him."

"If you do anything to them, Ling Yun will definitely not reject them, Father," Law said.

Chaos shook his head. "I won’t interfere in their relationship, so they have to find their own way to convince him, just like Liao Shuzhen and Bai Xuanyue before."

"When do you think Time will let go of her feelings for Long Hun, Father?" Will asked.

"Once Long Hun disappears from this universe, Huang Lingzhu will surely fall into misery, so Ling Yun must use that opportunity to subdue her."

They imagined Huang Lingzhu’s expression once that day came. In their eyes, her self-esteem was too high, and she was too arrogant, so they wanted to watch as Ling Yun subdued her.

Chaos gazed into the distance. "That little girl seems likely to succeed in creating her device before long, and it will bring about a major change to this universe."

"Xuanyuan Yue?"

"Among Ling Yun’s children, her interest in such things is the highest." Chaos smiled to himself as he remembered Xuanyuan Yue; she was the only living being who dared to threaten him apart from Ling Yun. "Perhaps she will succeed in creating a flying artifact that can traverse other universes in the future, but unfortunately, I won’t be able to witness her success."

Will and the others looked at Chaos in astonishment; they had never seen him smile like that, but he smiled when he remembered Xuanyuan Yue.

"If that little girl succeeds in creating her flying artifact, she will probably become the third strongest after her father and Huang Lingzhu."

"Huh? Are you sure she can surpass Sheng Ming and the others?"

"Who knows?" Chaos shrugged. "Whether she will be able to surpass them or not, you guys will see the results in the future. However, I believe she will succeed in doing it, especially after she has transformed herself."

"You seem to really like that little girl, Father."

"Hahaha," Chaos laughed heartily. "You’re right, Fate. I like her, and I hope she manages to achieve all of her dreams."

Ling Yun’s clone walked into Xuanyuan Xue’s bedroom, sat down beside her, and took their son from her embrace.

"Our daughter has a lot of strange ideas, husband."

"Did she tell you something?" Xuanyuan Xue’er recounted her conversation with their daughter earlier, making Ling Yun laugh. "Hahaha! I didn’t expect she would have such thoughts, Xue’er. She’s an adult now, so we have to support her. If she wants to find a husband from another universe, then so be it. Perhaps I can fight with her future husband one day, and we will prove who is the strongest between us."

Xuanyuan Xue’er looked at her husband in disbelief. "Why do you like fighting now?"

"If I manage to defeat Chaos and become the strongest in our universe, I will have no more opponents." Ling Yun looked at her with a smile. "That’s why I want to fight with Tang Xiao and the rulers of the other universes."

"So, you fully support our daughter for that reason?"

"Yes," Ling Yun nodded. "Ever since I met Tang Xiao’s memories on Earth, I’ve had the idea to create such a flying artifact, and I was thinking of creating it after I defeated Chaos. However, the appearance of the darkness and several other things changed my mind, and I didn’t have time to think about such things. Since our daughter has the same idea, I choose to fully support her. By the way, you have to keep an eye on her if she succeeds, and you can use one of your clones for that."

"I know." Xuanyuan Xue’er had been thinking about that ever since their daughter expressed her idea, and she couldn’t possibly leave her to go alone. "Is your cultivation still far from breaking through?"

"I still need a few years to break through to the next stage." Ling Yun paused. "I’ve thought it through, and my cultivation can’t break through to the Supreme God Realm during our current seclusion."

Xuanyuan Xue’er nodded in understanding. "When our son is two years old, I will return to seclusion again, and our daughter can look after him for us."

"You don’t need to rush about that, Xue’er." Ling Yun looked at his son and teased him. "For now, you can accompany our son as long as you want; otherwise, he won’t be close to you if you leave him so soon."

"But—"

"No buts, okay?" Xuanyuan Xue’er sighed when she saw the seriousness in Ling Yun’s eyes. "Even if you don’t enter seclusion, I can still use your yin qi, so you don’t need to think too much about it."

"Alright, then."

After accompanying Xuanyuan Xue’er and their son, Ling Yun left the room and went to see Bai Xuanyue and Liao Shuzhen.

Since Bai Xuanyue and Liao Shuzhen had always lived in the same room, their two sons were also there, so Ling Yun went straight there.

Unlike Ling Yun’s sons with Xuanyuan Xue’er and Feng Huang, his two sons with Bai Xuanyue and Liao Shuzhen were much more active, and he could feel their bodies naturally absorbing qi.

Ling Yun accompanied them for sometime before leaving their room, and he went to the training ground to train his other children and their wives.

In the Tianshan Realm, Xuanyuan Yue was preoccupied with her device, assisted by Xiao Yin, Ling Xiyu, and Ling Zhiwen.

Xuanyuan Yue wasn’t the only one impatient to create the device; the three seniors from the Tianshan Realm were just as impatient as she was. They decided to temporarily put aside their activities in their realms, focusing their attention entirely on building the device.

They worked from morning to morning to create the device as quickly as possible, and they hardly ever took a break. Fortunately, they were cultivators, and Ling Yun had left them plenty of pills, so their exhaustion didn’t bother them.

Three months later.

Xuanyuan Yue, Xiao Yin, Ling Xiyu, Ling Zhiwen, and Ling Tian stood in front of a capsule. They looked elated after their long efforts were finished, and they only needed to test the device to see the final result.

"Phew!" Xuanyuan Yue wiped the sweat from her forehead. "Finally! The science capsule is complete! We should test it right away, and we’ll see if it works or not."
