It was a pressing need to relieve himself.

At this time, Andre wanted to head to the lavatory. All morning, he had held back the urge, but embarrassment clawed at him, twisting his insides. But how could he voice this out loud? After all, there are differences between men and women. However, if he were to ignore this growing pressure, the next scene might lead to a far more humiliating situation.

Andre inwardly struggled, his mind in a tangle, thoughts racing as he felt his cheeks grow hotter, a deep crimson spreading across his face.

Just as he was about to surrender to despair, he noticed Yue Ran moving towards the door, ready to step outside. In that moment, instinct took over. He reached out, grasping her wrist with a firm but trembling grip, his heart pounding in his chest.

"Wait," he managed to stammer, wrestling with the shame that threatened to overwhelm him. "I need to head to the lavatory. Can you… help me?" His voice was a mixture of shyness and frustration, the words tumbling out as if they were the only lifeline he had left.

Yue Ran stood there, momentarily taken aback as a revelation washed over her. She finally understood the reason behind the deep flush that had graced the man's face throughout the morning— he had been suppressing his discomfort, an impressive feat considering he had managed to endure it for hours. This guy is still somewhat powerful.

Yue Ran looked at the man several times, his expression one of puzzlement.

Andre, feeling the intensity of her gaze, furrowed his brow in discomfort and embarrassment but made no move to release the delicate wrist he was holding onto. The silence between them was thick with unspoken thoughts and emotions.

Of course, Yue Ran had to help him, so she stepped forward. She enveloped his form with her support, feeling the weight of his body lean against her. Andre, though still weak, had regained some strength in his legs after days of rest, and he found it easier to stand. However, the tremors in his muscles persisted, compelling him to clasp Yue Ran's hand tightly for support.

Yue Ran then slowly led him to where he had to go.

Andre felt that this was the most embarrassing moment of his life. He urinated with his back to a woman. Even if he was careful, the sound could not be ignored.

His face was flushed with shame, the pale, jade-like complexion flushing into deep shades of crimson as though stained with blood. Until the end, he held the slender and soft hand tightly again; his palms were hot, his face was feverish, and his heart raced with such intensity that it threatened to leap from his chest.

Andre coughed lightly and said dryly, "I… I am done…"

His legs still could not stand for long, so Yue Ran placed an arm over her shoulder so that he could balance himself well and move more easily.

Yue Ran could feel the warmth of Andre's body pressing against her as she supported him, the texture of his clothing brushing against her skin. His legs were shaky, struggling to hold his weight for any length of time.

Perhaps the two were exhausted after standing for too long, or they did not notice the threshold on the ground. In any case, Yue Ran took a step forward, but Andre beside her did not follow. In an instant, she realized what was happening— there was a shift in balance, and the full weight of the man tipped toward her uncontrollably.

Before Yue Ran could react, Andre crashed into her, the sudden impact knocking her off balance. Together, they stumbled, and she instinctively braced herself for the fall. The world around them blurred for that brief moment as they collided, and the shock of their bodies meeting echoed in the air.

Andre wrapped his hands around her tightly, engulfing her in his embrace, and the two fell hard to the ground, landing with a jarring thud.

A sharp cry escaped her lips as "ouch" pierced the air, her voice tinged with pain. The sudden shock left her face pale, and the color drained from her cheeks as she struggled to process what had just happened.

Andre was also startled by this sudden happening. Instinctively, without a second thought, he reached out to shield Yue Ran. His hand moved swiftly behind her head, an urgent attempt to soften the impending impact. The force of the collision reverberated through him, causing his body to tense as he took the brunt of it. A sharp sting radiated through the back of his hand, leaving it slightly numb from the jarring pain.

"Are you okay?" Andre asked, his voice edged with worry. He was a little anxious, and he forced himself to prop half of his body up with his hands to ease the weight resting on her.

Yue Ran's lips were a striking shade of red. Just moments ago, the man's chin had collided with her mouth, leaving her eyes glistening with unshed tears from the sharp sting. She pressed her lips together tightly, anger bubbling within her, evident in her fierce glare directed at him.

"Why did you throw your body at me?" Yue Ran accused, her voice a mix of irritation and disbelief. "It hurts a lot."

Yue Ran softly rubbed her mouth, trying to soothe the ache.

As soon as these words came out, Andre was momentarily taken aback, his mind struggling to process what had just been said, and then he came to his senses. A wave of heat washed over him, reminiscent of a lobster boiling in water, turning his face a deep, vibrant crimson. He fumbled for his words, stuttering as he protested, "No, I… I did not throw my body at you…"

"Then why did you fall on me?" Yue Ran raised a brow in doubt. "What is wrong with you?"

Andre found himself at a loss for words.
