Benjamin Shaw originally didn’t want to sign the contract so quickly, that way he and Alice Turner could have more time to interact, but when he saw her with a serious face, he changed his mind immediately.

He wanted to delay the time, but he didn’t want to see her unhappy, and he especially didn’t want her to be angry with him because of that.

Because of the phone call in the morning, she already had some discontent towards him, and during the meal earlier, he deeply realized this.

Glancing at Alice Turner who hadn’t spoken for a while, Benjamin Shaw picked up the pen Anthony handed him and signed his name on the paper contract.

Seeing Benjamin Shaw put pen to paper, the other three people all breathed a sigh of relief, especially Alice Turner.

She had thought Benjamin Shaw would find another excuse to delay signing the contract, but she didn’t expect he would sign it so readily.

Her mood was pleasant, but she still maintained a calm and indifferent demeanor on the surface.

Under Alice Turner’s calm gaze, Anthony also signed the contract.

The contract was made in two copies, Benjamin Shaw and Anthony each took one, and after storing them, the two shook hands amicably.

"I hope our cooperation goes smoothly."

"Pleasant cooperation!"

Out of courtesy, Grace Young and Alice Turner also stood up and shook hands with Benjamin Shaw respectively.

"Anthony! Grace! Let’s go."

Out of concern for Anthony’s safety, as soon as Alice Turner finished shaking hands, she called Anthony and Grace Young to leave the restaurant; that ’waiter’ hasn’t been found yet, so she couldn’t let her guard down.

Grace Young naturally didn’t dare to delay, quickly got up and carried her laptop over to Alice Turner, but Anthony was more dawdling.

"Mr. Shaw! We’ll leave for now, let’s arrange another day." Anthony politely said to Benjamin Shaw, with no rush to leave at all.

Benjamin Shaw was very happy to see Anthony like that, hoping he would be even more dilatory, "We didn’t drink to our heart’s content today; next time, we shouldn’t go home until we’re drunk."

If he wasn’t worried about upsetting a certain woman, he would definitely pull the three of them to the bar to continue drinking.

"Alright! We’ll settle like this; let’s call it a day for now." Anthony reached out and shook hands with Benjamin Shaw again, the previous handshake was to congratulate their successful signing, this time he was bidding farewell to the opponent.

If he didn’t bid farewell now, his sister Alice would definitely burst out at him.

"I’ll go out with you guys."

Benjamin Shaw left his seat and walked out of the private room with Anthony, Alice Turner, and Grace Young.

After leaving the private room, Alice Turner quietly followed behind Anthony to prevent that ’waiter’ from suddenly springing out from behind to attack him.

While protecting him, she quickly searched around, staying in a state of high tension and alertness.

After safely walking out of the restaurant’s doors, Alice Turner slightly relaxed, but her nerves were still tight, not daring to completely let her guard down.

"Jacob! Let’s take a cab home; I’m too tired to drive today." Alice Turner held onto Anthony, exchanging a look only the two of them could understand.

Those people have already followed them here; her car certainly wouldn’t be unharmed now, she had to be cautious and extra careful.

"Get in my car, I’ll drive you back."

Benjamin Shaw heard what Alice Turner said and turned to look at the three of them, believing her words without a doubt, not questioning their authenticity at all.
