Alice Turner only replied to Thomas Fisher with these four words, a reason he simply couldn’t accept, nor could he understand.

But she wasn’t planning to explain or say anything more. After speaking, she turned to return to the ward, and at the moment she turned around, she saw Charlotte Shaw standing at the ward door.

His sister came out too?

"Are you going to return to Derry Kingdom with Anthony?" Charlotte heard Thomas and Alice arguing about this earlier. She shared the same opinion as Thomas and didn’t agree with Alice returning to Derry Kingdom with Anthony.

Yet, she didn’t know under what identity to persuade her, so she could only tentatively ask the other’s intentions.

Alice still honestly nodded. "Yes, I have matters to take care of back there."

Whether for work or personal affairs, she felt she should return once more to clarify things.

She was still an employee of AK International and must give Boss An a clear account of whether she’s staying or leaving.

"Just call them to give an explanation, why do you need to go in person? I don’t agree with you returning to Derry Kingdom with that guy." Thomas Fisher was also resolute in his stance, strongly opposing Alice returning to Derry Kingdom with Anthony.
