Once everyone was seated, Ah Li started the car and headed to the place of the Chinese gathering. The gathering took place in a well-known small park called Qinghua Garden. The name itself was chosen by the Chinese community.

When Jiang Xue and her group arrived, many people were already present in Qinghua Garden. Although it was called a park, it was actually a private garden, and according to Ah Li, it opened only one day a month, specifically for the Chinese gathering.

Ah Li knew many people, so as soon as she got out of the car, some people greeted her. Ah Li cheerfully responded one by one and introduced Jiang Xue to everyone.

After parking the car, Ah Li led Jiang Xue to a pavilion in Qinghua Garden. At the moment, the pavilion was surrounded by people, some chatting, some playing music and singing, and others playing finger-guessing games.

The owner of Qinghua Garden was also present, so Ah Li introduced Jiang Xue to him, saying, "Mr. Huang, this is my newly met friend Jiang Xue. She’s also a foodie, not only well-versed in Sichuan cuisine but also knowledgeable about other Huaxia cuisines."
